I don't know for sure what PSG are offering, but if it is indeed £60m, then that is not enough to get a top, talented and young striker like Victor Osimhen. Napoli wants PSG to trigger his release clause, i am pretty sure they would not do not so too, as it is around €130m IIRC, they definitely cannot pay that high, so if the deal must pull through, both clubs must find a middle ground.

That being said, there are talks of Osimhen moving to the Saudi Pro League if this deal does not work out, he wants to leave Napoli. It is going to be somewhat sad to see such a young talent move to the Saudi League, i know he will make all the money in the world, but it would not be good for his career and his chances of individual awards.

I don't think Arsenal will be successful in the signing of Nico Williams, he has been on Barcelona's radar for a while and he also has his eyes on Barcelona. I think it's a right idea for Arsenal to go for a player like Nico, they need that profile up front in their team. It would make sense for them to have Saka or the right and explosive Nico on the left. I think they should look for another player that can give them that. I don't think he has learnt from his mistakes as he keeps on making the same mistake over and over. He has a very bad temper but he is a good goal scorer and as he can help teams to win trophies everybody is overlooking his bad habits. Manchester United has interested want to bought PSG player Manuel Ugarte Manchester United even several times to make a bid for Manuel Ugarte but indeed PSG has refuse the offer from Manchester United because PSG feel the offers from Manchester United is too low and after seeing this rumour which PSG is really want Sancho too then i was thinking possibility Manchester United and PSG will do swap player between Sancho and Manuel Ugarte and i think this is win win solution because both of teams can gets the players they want without spend a lot of money

It's not that its a rumor or not, the problem is that Napoli has set the price for his release so high that many feel its too much for PSG to pay that sum of cash for his arrival to the French club. I believe the only thing that still keeps the deal as a rumor is because of the price hike as I believe osimien himself don't feel likely to continue playing at Napoli.
