It's very obvious manchester united keen to pay everton less than what they wanted. Manchester united has sent the second offer to everton, but it's getting rejected again. The second offer was around £45 million, which is too far from what everton demanded for Branthwaite.

Honestly I would use most of my funds for CBs rather than other positions if I were in their place. Because the area they need to improve the most is defense like I said before.
