But there is no great joy from this victory, because Newcastle and Chelsea also won their matches and all the teams remained in their previous places. 8th place for Manchester United is too bad a result, compared to last year they remain without the Champions League, this is of course a step back, but despite this ten Hag remains in the team and say that Manchester United is currently in a better position than in the past year.
It’s really a step backwards for Manchester United and for Chelsea they have really improved their game and the result at the end of the season is really impressive, no one expected them to end at 6th place and secure a spot in European competition. I feel Chelsea will qualify for the Europa because i don’t see Manchester United winning Manchester City in the FA Cup.

Manchester United needs to improve their team before next season starts because this squad cannot compete in the league especially with such weak defense. They need to rebuild the team even though Ten Hag will stay a little longer.
Ten Hag should not remain. It's clearly damaging to Manchester United. This year he failed in every field. Both Manchester United's player rotation and player quality remained very poor. They fell behind in the Premier League pace and were eliminated in the UCL. I don't understand how Manchester United still tolerate such unsuccessful situations. They do not have enough basic squad to aim for the championship next year in the Premier League. I think they will miss this a lot in the future.

Chelsea and Manchester United this season have played with unsatisfactory performance, but this is not a setback for these two teams, how do we know Chelsea just changed their squad last season and started the season very badly and have now managed to lock up tickets to the competition? Europe, this is a comeback for Chelsea.

Likewise with Man United this season which could only finish in 8th place, here we cannot blame the coach, because they lost a lot of players this season due to injuries, this made Ten Hag unable to give his best in implementing his game, indeed there were several lines that Man United must bring in to be able to carry out the coach's wishes so that next season runs smoothly.
Manchester United vs Man City in the FA Cup Final, here Man United has the opportunity to give a trophy to its fans this season, it is not impossible to beat Man City, especially since this is the final, everything is still open for two teams to win the FA Cup.

I never cease to be amazed by his positive thinking, and thus gets another chance to stay in the team and try to change something next season.
At least the victory was an encouraging result as Manchester United's closing match in the Premier League compared to Manchester United having to end the season with a defeat. Indeed the victory did not change anything and Manchester United finished in 8th place and did not take part in the UEFA competition for next season and this is a very result bad for a big club like Manchester United, even though last season they were able to finish in the Champions League zone and get a ticket there but this season he didn't get it again, but Erik Ten Hag is still retained by Manchester United even though if you look at the facts he is not a really suitable coach Manchester United and the club need to make changes not only to players for next season.

Manchester United must make changes to the club. I think keeping Erik Ten Hag is not a good idea. Maybe this coach was quite good in his first season but was unable to continue his good performance in his second season and now Manchester United is experiencing a pretty bad decline and is having difficulty getting Champions League tickets. and this season Manchester United's performance is quite bad in the Champions League so even if Manchester United plays in the Champions League if they are still under Ten Hag, I'm not sure this coach will be able to give their best.

Manchester United having a rest from playing in any European competition should give them more minutes to rest and build a strong team that can compete with other top teams to challenge Manchester city for the title because they are still the favourite to win it again next season. Manchester United have to be very active in the transfer market to achieve this because they need a proven striker that can convert the chances being created. Manchester United also need to let go of many players and exchange them for those that will be willing to play with the vision of the coach. The problem at the club is not caused by the coach but by the players. Manchester United have alot of entitled players that are only at the club because they are English players, they are feeling too big to play for the success of the club.

If this gonna be real and it will be a shocking move for sure.

According to Florian Plettenberg, Bayern Munich have held concrete internal talks over appointing Vincent Kompany as their next manager ahead of the 2024/25 season.

The Bavarian side considers the Belgian to be an ideal candidate to take charge of the Bayern side after Thomas Tuchel left the team at the end of the current season.

https://www.goal.com/en/news/live/transfer-news-and-rumours-live/blt1ccfda38eda06d5a

I never expected Bayern to consider Kompany as a new manager for the club and it's not predictable for sure This is going to be insane if this news comes true caused by kompany's team burnley was performing so badly this season. I meant to say that Kompany is now coaching Burnley, who are being relegated back to the Championship Division and this shall be their main consideration befor etry to appoint him. How can a big club like Bayern Munich consider him as a new addition to the team?

This is crazy. It appears that Bayern is simply having difficulty bringing a good coach to the club. I'm aware that Bayern frequently sacks and hires coaches, which are making many coaches got upset with it. It does not even leave room for the new coach to grow the club.

This could be one of the reasons why Bayern failed to attract quality players. Even Tuchel has decided to leave Bayern Munich after the management made a surprising U-turn for him.

I was still wondering why Liverpool hired him as their new coach caused by he was not good enough as a coach considering his history is not even impressive. It appears that he never received anything special during his career as a head coach and this may be wrong for liverpool to appoint him as a new coach. I am confident that Slot will not have a successful season in his first year as coach of the club and he may be leave at the second season of his career as liverpool head coach.
What is your standard for "good enough" though? Winning trophies? Did you consider Klopp a good coach when he managed Dortmund? How can you be so confident to judge he will fail this soon?

I think it is too soon to say anything. You also need to remember that Edward is back, and they will likely discuss some stuff including which players will they need to develop and so on. I remember reading Slott's ability to develop young players and work with a limited budget is OK, so that's probably what they're after. There's no perfect replacement for Klopp. Even if Pep comes in I believe some fans will be dissatisfied anyway. So yeah, if you're a Liverpool fan just save your grumbling and see whether you play good football next season. Having a big dream like winning the quadruple is good, but using that to judge whether you should keep a manager after 1 season is too harsh imo.

I agree on some points, mainly with regards to the fact that it is still too early to say anything. However, fans will always compare the current coach with the past coach. So, adding a completely "unknown" name, compared to Klopp, will generate this type of question, it's totally normal.

Romano has announced arne slot's appointment as the club's new coach for liverpool. He will be a three-year appointment for Liverpool and it's quite long for me. i would prefer for liverpool to sign short term contract with him. expect less if the club has a disastrous first season under him. It only takes days before Arne Slot becomes Liverpool's head coach and there may be a lot of changes to happen with liverpool soon. Liverpool moved quickly in preparation for the upcoming summer transfer season. I was still wondering why Liverpool hired him as their new coach caused by he was not good enough as a coach considering his history is not even impressive. I am confident that Slot will not have a successful season in his first year as coach of the club and he may be leave at the second season of his career as liverpool head coach.

He may need to make some adjustments to the club like bringing some new players to replace the existing players. I don't even see this as good news, but it appears that he may be unable to deliver what we expect of him. Liverpool is back in the transition phase under a new coach.

The decision to scouting the new players will be on the next head coach. klopp has also ordered liverpool fans to chants arne slot during his farewell speech. I can't fully trust arne slot because he is not having a good history in the managing the club.
Liverpool is probably gambling by signing arne slot from feyenoord. Im doubting liverpool's capability to compete in the upcoming season. I totally aware about who arne slot is.

Never put a big hope to him. You will be disappointed then.
TBH, actually I also don't agree if Liverpool brought in Arne Slot as the new coach to replace Klopp and according to the history of Arne Slot journey, he has not been able to give confidence to Liverpool fans who already know that Arne Slot experience is not enough to be able to help Liverpool to reach their level again. higher in the following season.
however, we have to be aware and understand that Liverpool is one of the popular EPL teams that has a very good reputation and it certainly won't be possible to bring in a coach quickly without considering the future of the team and from my way of thinking, Arne Slot is believed to be able to bring change to Liverpool in the future, Liverpool will certainly be ready to accept all the risks that will occur and have various alternatives to fix everything if something bad happens.

no one will have hope for the new coaching candidate, but most of them choose to wait for Liverpool decision and if they force Arne Slot to be brought in, we must give him the opportunity to make a change or at least half the season Liverpool must provide consistent performances.
as fans of the EPL team we have to be more patient and wait for the information that Liverpool will say later and we also have to be more patient to see what will happen and from what I think it looks like Liverpool will not really bring in Arne Slot.

I also cannot say that I can trust the new coach that Liverpool is bringing in 100%. Because I have not seen him enough to say how he is going to do. It is great to see that almost every personnel of the Liverpool club is actually trying to encourage people to encourage the coach and make him feel at home. But if he is unable to bring in good results I do not think people are actually going to care about what other people say. Eventually, there will be a lot of tension between the coach and also players as well as the fans. But that doesn’t mean whatever they are doing is actually wrong. I believe this is the right approach to actually welcome the new coach.

However, I believe he will have to bring in good results from the very start. Another important thing is that he will have to consistently bring in good results. Otherwise, people are definitely going to question this decision made by Liverpool.

I have a good feeling that this Liverpool new coach will deliver and perform well in Anfield. The fans already love him and with the way Klopp sang his name yesterday, I think the man already has the floor and he has no excuse. Jurgen Klopp made sure that he has to win the heart of the fans to the side of the new manager. If you read through Arne slot history, you will understand that the man has eyes for winning trophies.  The management of Liverpool are going to give him money to back him on the transfer market so he can get his quality players that will deliver his tactics.

Liverpool seem to have tendency bringing a coach who is capable of rebuilding a squad like how Klopp has done. Arne Slot has that criteria, he rebuilt Feyenoord Rotterdam that were at struggling phase to win Eredivisie league title. He also has a good skill at speaking in public, but he is too straight forward or too honest that can be a problem in front of english media.

Supporting any new figure at the club is a standard to be done by the fans. There is no point at being sceptical of any new figure at the club, because it will bring disharmony that can cause continuing problems in the future. Before he does anything, there is no reason to look down at him. A new figure can't do anything right without supports from the people around from the beginning.

It is probably not going to be the best expectation to have from a new coach that he is going to be able to bring insane results from the very start of the season. What I am thinking is that hopefully, the fans are not going to actually think that and if the start is not that good, they will not actually show their anger instantly. Hopefully, they will be able to stay a little patient. But at the same time, Liverpool's authority will also have to be careful.

Sometimes a coach comes in and makes some big changes. In the first few weeks, it works out well. But after that, it might not. Just look at what happened to Manchester United. I think they actually trusted the coach a little too much. There is also something which Liverpool should avoid if something like that actually happens. Obviously, I hope that does not happen with Liverpool. But you never know.

The Magpies fought really hard on last matchday and they earned themselves good points on the EPL table. They automatically qualify for the Europa League and this is good news for them, atleast they didn't settle for lesser positions like other random average clubs. English Premier League this season is tougher than expected, this really interesting to make comments about. Arsenal and Manchester City had a long competitive run for the title. The last matchday was filled with suspense because Arsenal and Manchester City points gap was slim.

Real's victory this season has been clear for a long time now, long before the last rounds, because their form clearly showed that they are the best this season. Moreover, their chances of winning the Champions League this time are very high, so this season is clearly for Real. Given the way they are now, they will be incredible next season if Mbappe joins them

In as much I don’t believe it that Vinicius will actually don’t like Mbappe coming to Real Madrid because he might have said that due to the anger then they Mbappe first rejected them. Vinicius is a selfless player that I think Mbappe will definitely benefit from as a teammate due to his work rate. This players are not similar players they have different style of pattern that to me complements each other.

Mbappe will definitely add much firing power to the Real Madrid team and will fit in well if everything goes well, but this doesn’t mean they will be too exceptional next season, there was a time they had the Best players in each position on the team under Mourinho but still failed to win the Champions league.

Yes Manchester United to improve because this their season was definitely too poor. They have already arranged departures and that would mean more arrivals too which is good. But you see that Manchester United defense I don’t think they actually were lacking quality but rather injury ripped them off their players like Martinez and Shaw plus the entire back line except Diogo Dalot.

As for Chelsea they were coming up this end of season which wasn’t a shock to me, because I did expected much from them and to be sincere they were actually creating chances all season but weren’t able to convert. Also the midfield looks settle as Cole Palmer took the attacking role with Gallagher been given the freedom to be a box to box. This new formation has actually shown the quality of Moises Caicedo who look better without Enzo around him. If I were Pochettino I would build on this last eleven during preseason and add just few changes

I remember rumours that Vinicius was strongly against this player in the team, I hope that's not true because it's unlikely the management will listen to him and his play at RM will end up sitting on the bench and he'll be sold at the end of the season. In fact RM's squad after signing Mbappe will be unbelievable, I don't know who can stand up to them, I think they will win the Champions League with this squad easily
Vinicius may not be serious about what he says because so far he is still quite young and cannot control his emotions well. Real Madrid currently has great players and seems ready to face several competitions next season. Currently, we can say that Real Madrid's position is above the clouds because the points they have are quite far from second place and they can be sure of winning this season.

Real's victory this season has been clear for a long time now, long before the last rounds, because their form clearly showed that they are the best this season. Pre-Klopp Liverpool era was a disaster, he did a great job and he will always remembered from taking them from a mid table to competing and winning their first ever EPL title and leaving a well structured team behind.
Klopp is the only Liverpool coach who has successfully won an EPL trophy in the club's history. Gave many other trophies too for Liverpool, so he is the best coach after Benitez. If Liverpool loses Klopp because management refuses transfer for player's expected by Klopp, then this will be a club blunder that cannot be accepted. It's like Liverpool has thrown away the diamonds owned by the club. although this season did not meet expectations.
I have not read where it was stated that Klopp decided to leave because of management refusal to allow him sign players. The news has always been that he wants to take a break from coaching and probably come back later. Unless there is another side to this which is what you are saying. But Klopp has had a nice working relationship with the management of Liverpool so I doubt they will refuse his request provided it is something that club can afford.
I agree with you that this is just a rumor that Liverpool management didn't allow Klopp to sign a new player for the club. Below, I have provided a source in which Klopp has clearly stated that he is leaving the Liverpool FC He took the decision to leave Liverpool because he is tired now and says that he will not be able to do anymore coaching of another clubs , he wants to enjoy his life. Apparently, Klopp coached Liverpool for approximately 8 consecutive years, which is a hard work.

Klopp is a very polite coach, very friendly with Liverpool management and I don't think there is any similar issue that made Klopp think of leaving Liverpool. Klopp gave a lot to Liverpool. Trophy, UCL, which is the dream of every club, Klopp gave it to the club. Many more trophies were won in eight years. So I don't think Liverpool will upset him on a small issue.

I am wondering what Guardiola's plans are and whether he wants to stay at City for longer. It would be great as I think football needs those personalities. Klopp is gone now, he would be a big loss if he leaves City one day.
Pep Guardiola is a genius and he's the best thing that happen to Manchester City over these past years. There's always hedges for big games, I've watched how these matches becomes interesting and out of line for Liverpool this season. The coach have tried his best but he thinks it's time for him to leave. Jurgen Klopp exits Anfield at the end of the EPL 2023/2024 season, because he chooses what's best for him. Liverpool are not in form and they struggle in EPL matches, even got knocked out from the FA Cup by Manchester United and the Europa League by Atalanta. They have to reshuffle the club because biding for winning comes with a lot of fights to be won.

Mason Greenwood will return to Manchester United this summer because Getafe has decide will not permanent him and during his loan Greenwood performance is really impressive because he can save Getafe from relegation zone and Greenwood records at that team is he can scores 8 goals and 6 assists and because Greenwood was into Manchester United sell lists then some of big teams has showing their interest to him and the rumour is Napoli is really serious who want him and it says Napoli representative has been contact Greenwood agent and currently the negotiation to talking about this transfer is still on going and recently Manchester United has been provide Greenwood price tag because those who interested want to bought him they have to spend at least 40 millions and if Napoli are not willing to pay the price they want then Manchester United are considering to hold him because Greenwood will be into Ten Hag next season plan
Mason Greenwood is better than Anthony and every one can see it now. If Manchester United are unwilling to let him go then he can be a very good asset for them next season from the wing he plays together with Amad Diallo.

Pep already confirmed that he would be City's manager for the 2024-2025 EPL season, he has one year left on his contract, and it is going to expire at the end of the 2024-2025 season. The real question is if Pep would extend his contract longer than that, it is quite obvious that he loves City and he his happy at the Etihad, but a lot of things can change within one year and he might begin to have other plans, or plans of taking a break, just as Klopp has done.
Pep Guardiola will not remain in Manchester City forever and I think that at the end of his contract he may not want to renew it but will want to look for a bigger challenge, maybe another league, or take up a the managerial position in a National team. He is also very accomplished, and may just decide to leave the coaching job.

Manchester City with four in a row already, with Pep still coaching the team, they have the ability to make it five.

Arne coached very well in the Eredivisie but the problem is that the Eredivisie and the EPL are obviously different competitions so there can be a tendency and results that do not match expectations in the end.

Indeed, we know how Arne Slot's performance at Feyenoord was really very good not only in the Eredivisie but also in the Europa League but even though they had to be eliminated and finished in second place in the Eredivisie but that did not reduce the praise that indeed he coached quite well but on the other hand, the Eredivisie and EPL standards are clearly different.
We take the example of Ten Hag at Ajax who performed perfection but at Manchester United he really did not have a big impact and this could also happen for Slot.

Although the worst possibility is not expected but we must be aware that something like this could happen so I don't want to have too big expectations for Slott before he really proves that he is worthy of praise and Liverpool's decision to appoint Slot as Klopp's replacement is not a mistake.

The last time there was talk that ten Hag could be fired was at the end of April, after that and even now I do not see any mention that he could be fired.

The weakest line in the team is defense, need to work in this direction. I agree that Manchester United's results are too bad to give Erik ten Hag another chance, but it looks like he might stay on the team for another year. If this is the case, then he needs to try to do everything possible to justify this trust, and since they are left without European tournaments, they will be able to direct all their efforts to the Premier League.
Every club have challenges and fixing them ought to be a issue for the desirable clubs. I'm a blue fan, my team was not inform but when it comes fighting for solid positions on the table, I totally understand how ambitious they become. Firing Erik Ten Hag from the managerial position wouldn't save the day for Manchester United, rather it will become more worsen based on the fact that there's absolutely poor games to be played. However they will managed to feature for the Europa Conference League next season, atleast a tournament that will boosts them to retrace their steps.

Manchester United have recorded poor performance this season, they're unable to meet the necessary standards been mapped out for elite clubs, watching them struggle this season is definitely out of the line. When the scenario involves Manchester United, we're talking about three main factors, the clubs fan base, the manager and lastly the players. They all played important role for the progress of the Red Devils.
