Sporting Lisbon has released a report. It is about their coach, Ruben Amorim, is going to Manchester United. Manchester United and Amorim have completed a deal. They agreed to pay 10 million to get Amorim from Sporting Lisbon.

I feel so good to see Manchester United has secured Amorim's signature. I consider this as quickest they have ever moved. It took less than two days to sign a new coach. INEOS has planned the sacking and hiring well.

And you guys Manchester United fans must be ready for a roller coaster ride. Amorim has a lot to fixes in his first season.

Manchester United have decided to do a good thing by sacking Erik Ten Hag, Congratulations to Manchester United and the fans,  it is not easy to be with a coach who doesn't know how to make the fans happy, I'm not a Manchester United fan but I'm very happy for Manchester United team for letting Erik ten Hag leave his duty as a Manchester United coach, I know it difficult for a team like Manchester United to coach back to their best performance because they need the more good player's but I trust the new coach that Manchester United want to sign From sporting.

I have not seen the new coach style very well because I don't watch sporting games but the performance we are seeing with sporting teams is very good and the coach is a young coach that players will like more than Erik Ten Hag, Manchester United should get the deal to happen so that they can start playing very well, Manchester United next match is against Chelsea and we all know how Chelsea and Manchester United match used to be, the game is used to be tough.

Real Madrid has already understood that their young player wants to seek opportunities elsewhere, but for this they are demanding no less than 80 million euros. Initially, Real Madrid's plan was to bet on Güler's development, but the internal conflict with Ancelotti is a problem that seems to be irreparable and is already affecting other Real Madrid players.
That is better for Güler because it will provide more opportunities for him to be directly involved in the game compared to Real Madrid, which is now still quite minimal. But I don't think Real Madrid will release himself permanently and maybe the loan option is better because Güler's potential increases can make Real Madrid repatriated him again. Regardless of how rumors occur and I see Güler's talent will continue to develop if he is given the opportunity to play regularly and Real Madrid needs to consider lending him.

So you are equally saying that carlo ancelotti should play ada guler over Kyler mbape? how bro? How ? it's undeniable that ada guler is a very quality players and nothing is disputing that fact, but playing him over Kyler mbape is actually not an ideal thing to do even though he might be more suited into the team than Kyler mbape.
But by doing that, it's an insult to the personality of mbape, and we should take note that ada guler is an inferior player to Kyler mbape, in quality and in experience wether we like it or not, just that ada guler is more suited to the playing pattern of this present real Madrid team than Kyler mbape.

So the deal thing to do is to loan ada guler out for like two seasons, so that he can gain more experience and maturity, by two years time I believe that he would have developed like three to four times better than now, so I believe that he would be in a better place to compete for a place in Madrid team than presently now.

Real Madrid are one of the best competitive club in Europe and they have almost every oppositions crossing their paths,  so beating them becomes easy for them. In Real Madrid, there are quite presence of outstanding players, we're talking about players that have top notch qualities and putting the headcoach in a crucial situation to select. This is not even a debate because Kylian Mbappe is a top player and there's absolutely no way Arda Güler will start game ahead of the Frenchman. Its quite fine and understandable to see Kylian Mbappe missing big chances because he's yet to fit into the system and everything pan out so well.

Real Madrid are focusing on winning major titles this season, there's no such thing like distraction when it comes to the manager, he knows what to do, how to handle his players, the game tactics to implement because all that matters is accumulating three points and lifting major trophies. Carlo Ancelotti wouldn't take any drastic decision because he's not in any scenario at such, all what he would do is simply plan the game time of the rare gems on the bench, that would make sense.

There is no doubt about the competition actually keeping this Arder Guler out of the starting line up but seriously even the substitutions the he is suppose to get minutes from is actually lacking too and this is drastically going to affect the development of the lad, he needs to be playing frequently just like his mate and gaining experience there but Madrid is actually limiting all this now and it is a big threat for his career. I will say players actually left Madrid for same reasons here, a clear example is the Odegaard deal, Odegaard hardly got a chance at Real Madrid and when he decided to move to Arsenal many felt his physics is going to be a problem and today he is there must realliable player. Arder Guler to me is the most talented kid in that Madrid squad and with even that absence of Toni Kroos I was thinking he will even be use more but no Madrid midfield is comprises of  tacklers and traveller of the ball and that’s it the lad hasn’t even be given a chance to break in. If this lack of game time continues I think the player should consider other options before it is way too late

I don't know what to think or what to say, but the fact is that Ancelotti does not have Guler as his first option, and it is something that things at Madrid are very difficult to determine. For me, Guler comes before Mbappé, so they should value Seniority before fame , but it is Ancelotti who puts him in. It is a fact that Mbappé was hungry and in fact he showed it by scoring all the goals he didn't score. If they put Guler in to score goals, I think he would have been much more effective than Mbappé himself. However, playing in Madrid, they should not play like an Italian team ,  the 4-4-2 does not apply, they should be more offensive.

When it became known that Erik ten Hag was sacked, there was a lot of news about the new coach, I didn't even see that a possible replacement could be the Brentford coach (but he has already denied this), and I just saw that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer could return to Manchester United, but for some reason I also don't believe this news, it seems that now all the coaches who are out of work will try on this position, I read about Xavi during the day, and I think they won't forget to mention Zidane either.)
I would be quite happy if Zidane wanted to coach Manchester United who are currently slumping to replace Erik ten Hag, because in terms of experience Zidane has also been seen as good for a team like Manchester United. But we all need to wait and see how the Manchester United team management will deal with this because now there are indeed many unemployed coaches besides themselves who no longer want to be coaches for any team. And hopefully this news can be a good start for Manchester United in the coming seasons.
Zidane has a good history in La Liga when he coached Real Madrid and he also won many trophies but he does not have much experience as a coach in a league other than La Liga so being a coach in the English league is certainly not easy to bring a big club like Man United back to its glory days but as a player of course he has a lot of experience and many achievements that he achieved as a player because of that talent that made him when he served as coach of Real Madrid he became a good coach thanks to his intelligence in setting tactics and compared to Ten Hag of course Zidane is better but that is if he is willing to become a coach for Man United because currently he has not had any special discussions about when he will return to being a coach at least if he is willing to become a coach for Man United in the EPL it will add to Zidane's experience as a coach.
Zidane surprised everyone after he took over from Rafael Benitez immediately he got fired. Zidane was able to mange the club and won UCL with the little experience that he has gotten as an assistant coach in Real Madrid. He might not have much experience in coaching but I think he gat the quality of beingva good coach if he goes back to the coaching business. If he comes to United, he might be able to transform the team, but what if he doesn't want to be coach to Manchester united.
Zidane will probably not accept this transfer offer. Amorim news for Manchester United has started to circulate. Amorim is showing very good management in the Portuguese league. He could show a good performance at Manchester United if he is transferred, but as far as I know the French legend has no desire to manage Manchester United. If the management convinces him, then of course we can talk about other things.

I don't think that's unusual, to be honest. People who give honest answers in football interviews are rare, probably because there are NDA and other stuff before they can talk freely. You also need to consider that they need to manage their PR with the fans or the board. It doesn't help that the media twist words whenever they like it.

Anyway, I believe the main reason the news changes so quickly is because MU is eager to trigger his release clause, not necessarily because of his salary. Maybe it's a factor but I wouldn't judge him just because of that. There's nothing wrong with wanting to get paid more either.

Did I hear that right? Previously, Ruben Amorim made a statement that he was happy at Sporting and was not interested in becoming a Manchester United coach, but now suddenly the latest news has emerged that he has reached an agreement with Man United management and is willing to become the new manager to replace Erik Ten Hag, but I think Ruben Amorim's sudden decision is because he might find it difficult to refuse a tempting offer from Man United because I think he will get a bigger salary if he coaches the Premier League club as I read in my local news below:

I still don't know Manchester United had to start working with this coach from Sporting. Manchester United is a great team and they could spend too much money and hire some other coaches with better experience and get better results with these coaches but in the end, they want to hire Amorim from Sprting while he is not even familiar with the Premier League and this can make it much harder for Amorim to start working in Manchester United.
But maybe Amorim won't be able to start working with this team right now, so Nistelrooy will still coach the team until Amorim signs his contract with Manchester United.

Ruben Amorim has a good record with Sporting CP this season so the management sees him as a more suitable coach to handle Manchester United, but being a Manchester United coach is not as easy as he was at Sporting CP because here it will be very different.
Ten Hak was also very good before coming to Old Trafford and he has done a pretty good job at his previous club.
But when he was entrusted to be the Manchester United coach, he was not able to give something better in the second season and before he was fired.

This will be a note for Ruben Amorim and if he is not able to handle the team well then his fate will be the same as Ten Hak. The level of selfishness of Manchester United players is very high and he must be able to take a different approach from Ten Hak.

From what I understand, they are still in the negotiation phase. I say this because Manchester United has not yet paid the 10 million euros and the contract has not yet been signed. According to what I read in an article on CNN Portugal, Ruben Amorin dodged the journalist's question when he asked if he was leaving Sporting. He did not answer yes and he also did not deny that he was leaving. He probably did not answer because there is still some uncertainty. Only after Manchester United pays the 10 million euros and the contract is signed will everything be clear. Now one thing is certain:

Taking Manchester United from this current position to a top position, something like top 4 would be an almost impossible mission, I say this because Manchester United does not have a very strong squad and there is the issue of assistant coaches, I do not know if the Sporting coach will come with his assistant coach or if he will stay with the 2 assistant coaches from Manchester United.

It seems massive interests are coming for Arda Guler. liverpool is now joining with Manchester City to get him, but the problem is that Real Madrid has stated that they would not sell their player, Arda Guler. It's confirmed that if he will not leave from his current club.
The better for those PL clubs are looking for Arda's alternatives. I'm doubting Madrid to let him go even if those clubs were sending 100m offers.

Why not?

I have read in several news portals that Liverpool already has the go-ahead to take Güler from Real Madrid
Liverpool, which is enjoying a great season under Arne Slot, has a great chance of benefiting greatly from Real Madrid's internal conflict to succeed in signing Turkish player Arda Güler, who is very unhappy with coach Ancelotti.

Real Madrid has already understood that their young player wants to seek opportunities elsewhere, but for this they are demanding no less than 80 million euros. Interesting. It will be interesting to see if Liverpool will agree to take him on loan. It is clear that first of all they want to get him completely as an asset that will progress and become more expensive. But this is contrary to the interests of Real, which would like the player to have playing practice at the top level but remain under Real's control. It will all depend on Guller himself, as being a starter at Liverpool sounds very tempting (compared to being a rotation player at Real).

If he is thinking about his career seriously, it is going to be better for him to actually stay with Real Madrid. Because Real Madrid developed this player into an absolute beast. He is already a very good player. So I genuinely do not have any doubt about his capabilities already.

And Real Madrid is doing the right thing. We have already seen him have some issues with injuries. So if he starts playing as a starting 11 player for Liverpool, it might be a problem for him because he can get easily injured. We all know how tough it can be in the English Premier League physically for a player. So it will be better for him in the long run if he does stay with Real Madrid.

At the same time, if he can keep himself healthy and actually perform well with Liverpool, I don't think it is going to be a bad idea to actually go to Liverpool. But again, if he ends up being injured, it is going to be a big problem for his career.

Regards

Duke

Arda Guler is a young talent and there are definitely many teams that want to hire this player because of his age and his performance but still, he is under contract with Real Madrid and I don't think if Real Madrid wants to put him or sell because they are investing on this palyers.
I even saw rumors about Guardiola showing interest in acquiring Guler and making his return to Turkey, but to be honest, I don't think Real Madrid wants to lose this player, and even Guler prefers to stay in Real Madrid instead of playing for Liverpool or the other team.

I didn't expect Manchester United management to move quickly to get a new manager. Ruben Amorim success with Sporting CP was the basis for Manchester United interest in recruiting him, previously I hoped they could recruit Xavi because they didn't need to spend a transfer fee. However, that's not a big problem, because for The Red Devils fans, a change of manager is highly anticipated news, there are high expectations placed on Ruben Amorim shoulders. Meanwhile, if the process goes as expected, the new manager will reportedly be introduced soon. Ruud van Nistelrooy is likely to only be in charge of Manchester United for one match against Leicester City.

I have post about this before because after Ten Hag sacked Manchester United has several candidates as Ten Hag replacement including Xavi and Ruben Amorim and i thought Manchester United will not moved quickly to decide to find new manager and Ruud van Nistelrooy will be in charge aa interm manager for next several matches but i have seen this is officially that Ruben Amorim will being an the next manager of Manchester United

This summer Ruben Amorim name was appears because some of big teams just like Bayern Munich or Liverpool want to using his service but at that time he has decide to stayed at Sporting and now after Manchester United want him Ruben Amorim didn't think twice and accept the offers from this team

But in the end it will be very difficult to happen and may not even happen for Zidane because until now it seems that he still remains firm with his previous words where he will never be in the EPL for any club so in the end expecting Zidane to EPL let alone Manchester United is now just a wishful thinking.
Now Manchester United are with a new coach even though his status is still interim but the opportunity must certainly still be given to van Nistelrooy at this time considering support is one of the things that must be done in the condition of Manchester United which is indeed in a slump and van Nistelrooy who is indeed under great pressure. Indeed, this transition ultimately has risks but I think this is the right thing to do and should have been done since a few weeks ago or even from the beginning of the season just replaced
I am not sure that van Nistelrooy is the most suitable option for the current Manchester United, I was in great doubt about ten Hug when he was appointed because of his compliance with the level of Manchester United, but van Nistelrooy's figure is even more dubious about the credibility in the coaching craft. I have nothing to say about the greatness of Nistelroy's career as a player, but still the coach is a little different. The team in its current state needs a star coach who is able to cope with the capricious stars of top clubs like Jose Mourinho.

I wonder what is the highest amount paid to a club for their coach. I mean 10 million euro seems a lot, not sure if anyone paid more, I am sure there could be but I am not aware, to me this is the highest I can remember and dude definitely deserves it. This is a young coach, he is not like Erik Ten Hag, if the players are playing great, he will let them play great, but if the players just wants to play badly to get rid of the coach, he will just sub them all out, give the younger players a chance.

This is why players like Garnacho and Maino ended up playing great, because they realized they have to show themselves. People like Bruno or Maguire or whatever, do not have to prove anything. I believe there is a time for clean up within the team itself as well.

In this circumstance Manchester United find themselves this season, they will definitely look for Zidane as an option to replace Eric Ten Hag, but I have also heard in the past that he’s more interested in coaching a national team than a club team. They should still present this offer to him, maybe he’ll change his mind and accept it since he’s out of contract for any team and won’t want to stay like this for a very long time more again. Manchester United will be glad to have him join them because he has a very good record in the past for Real Madrid and also won the champions league with them several time before he left the club some years back. I fell he’ll do well for Manchester United when given the opportunity again to manage a club team in Europe. Manchester United are in a really bad form and the season is not yet in its mids and they’re already on the 14th position on the table, this was not how they wanted this season to be for them. Let’s wait to see the person they’ll replace Eric Ten Hag with soon.
When I look at Manchester United current condition, something in me tells me that their are suffering from their own affliction, in the sense that, they hard the best hands in the past in Manchester United such as CR7 and Zedain, but eventually those great team builders left the club because of the unavailable treatment they where getting from the club management, this doesn't go well because leaving a star players to depart the club just like that is not a good way to go about things and Manchester United really messed their club standing up at some point and the results of that is what their facing today.

Now after the sacked of the coach few days ago, another hunt begins and who knows how the replacement will be because the pressure to deliver will be on the new coach since the clubs current standing is not all that favorable at this moment.

We don't know what will happen in the days ahead wether or not Manchester United will be reasonable enough to make the best decision in the interest of the club.

This is fast, though I think there was a report of him saying he was happy at Sporting and now his moved to Manchester United is official, like I said before with the right negotiations United management will get the coach they want, though they may be happy at their current club but it can still happen.

Ruben Amorim have a difficult game ahead of him against Chelsea this weekend, let's see how well the Manchester United team will fare against the Blues and if they can be less wasteful like we say against West Ham.
Though above all this game will be difficult for the blues but I hope we get a win or worst draw against Manchester United at old Trafford.
