It is great news for PSG fans. I believe Nuno Mendes is currently one of the most valuable players for the team. He is only 22 years old but performing in a spectacular way for his role.  Smiley

This must be the priority for PSG from now on. They shouldn't lose their crucial players easily. If they maintain the quality level and continue to add the right players, they can finally achieve their ultimate goal one day. The goal is a Champions League trophy of course. Yeah they couldn't win one even while they had a dream trio like Neymar - Mbappe - Messi. However this doesn't mean they won't with different players either. The squad is very young so it just needs to be given some time to go for bigger achievements.

I really disappointed with some Barcelona players who told the club not to sign Rashford. If they were doing opposite thing, i believe Rashford would be playing there. This is my first time to see how players are deeply involved in the player transfer.

It seems to me Barcelona player didn't wanna see a stranger to join in their club, and disrupt their harmony. That's why they told. club to move on from Rashford.

It could be a golden opportunity for him, but yeah it's passed.

He didn't sign because he obviously expects a pay rise, maybe it's not very appropriate considering Real have Mbappe, Rodrygo and Bellingham, because Vinicius is no longer an irreplaceable player, but in any case Ancelotti would not want to lose such a player. Saudi Arabia also plays a big role in this, it is obvious that they are ready to offer Vinicius a big salary, but is he ready to swap Europe for a less popular championship, and be left without the Champions League?

This move will not even matter to Real Madrid as they have great players in the team when they give them a very big offer. We know how big this team is and every team values business more than anything you can think of. The president of Real Madrid will not hesitate to want to sell off Vinicius if a big offers come for him and he knows they’ll benefit well from his sell. They don’t need to keep all Mbappe, Rodrigo and Vinicius when they can still do well without Vinicius in the frontline in the team. Saudi Arabia will likely increase the offer if the drama goes on, and they will do anything to have them join them. He is still young and will add more value to them.

Ancelotti loves Vinicius' game. He won't leave easily just because of the money offered by a rich club. Vinicius will achieve more by staying with Madrid. Madrid should also give a little reward for a salary increase. I don't think it's a mistake. Although Madrid has enough players who can fill Vinicius' position, I'm sure Madrid will keep him by all means. Unless there is a change of coach, maybe the situation will be different.
Vinicius is one of the wingers who has very high-quality skills that Madrid might not have anymore if he leaves. The coach and management also really defend the player before there is a player who has the ability like Vinicius with a great mentality and high enough skills. On the one hand, Vinicius also feels that Madrid is his home which has always given him brilliant achievements and given him the title he wants. Even when Ancelotti has to be replaced by another coach, I am sure the new coach will not let him go just like that. Because Vinicius has become a key player who always makes the biggest contribution.

A short time ago, I came across a source telling that van Dijk and Salah both were preparing to extend with Liverpool. I can't find it now but I don't think it makes sense. At least for Salah. Because he officially stated that he decided to leave the team by the end of the season. But maybe they could offer van Dijk a new contract at least. He is 33 maybe but just like Salah, he is also doing great this season. I believe he is still a crucial part of Liverpool squad.  Smiley

Salah extended his contract with Liverpool, and Van Dijk says that he himself does not know what awaits him in the future. It seems to me that Liverpool would not like to let go of their captain, but now it will depend not only on their desire, perhaps it will depend on the terms of the contract that they offer him.

I think that Van Dijk understands his importance for the team, in addition to being a leader and captain, he is also a fundamental player for Liverpool. In addition, it is not clear what will happen to Alexander-Arnold, whether he will stay or want to go to Real, and this will also weaken the defense.

Liverpool took a long time before they finally offered a contract extension to their star player Mohammed Salah securing his future at the club amid transfer speculation. His continued presence at Anfield is crucial, given his influence in Liverpool's attack. As for Virgil Van Dijk, he will remain at the club till summer of 2025. While there has been no official announcement regarding his future beyond that.  VVD remains one of the most vital figures in the team and many fans will hope he retires at the club to cement his legendary status.

While rumours have circulated that TAA may be going to Real Madrid, there has been no official bid made by Madrid. Liverpool is in discussion to offer him a contract extension as his contract will expire in 2025. Wether he will wear the iconic Real Madrid jersey remains to be seen.

The press has once again linked Sergio Reguilón with Beşiktaş. The left-back who has played only five matches for Tottenham this season wants to join a team where he can play regularly. Tottenham may also consider loaning him out. However, I don't think Reguilón will join Beşiktaş. Masuaku is already in that position and seems to have improved. Since Beşiktaş's priority is a left winger and a forward, such a loan move wouldn't make sense. If Masuaku were to leave, this transfer might have been possible. In the current situation, this just seems like an offer from agents.

Madrid are reportedly ready to make a very fantastic offer to get Saliba, but I think it is just a rumour that does not have strong reasons for us to believe it, because after all they did not make much movement to recruit Saliba in the transfer market last winter, not even just Saliba, Madrid also lost a lot of their transfer targets due to the lack of activity they did to recruit players such as Alphonso Davies and also Jonathan Tah who finally chose to stay at their respective clubs, besides that Madrid and Ancelotti have issued statements before if they are likely not to recruit new players this season and maybe that is the reason why Madrid are  too passive in the transfer market.
Anything about Madrid is just a rumor until they made an official announcement. They would never try to leak the progress between them and Saliba. This pretty much the same like Mbappe's case. They always denied any rumors linked to Mbappe, but he played for them now.

I see no reason to feel anything is so fake for them caused by they are always able in keeping the progress private.
Until the transfer market closed they did not get a single player to recruit so inevitably Ancelotti had to optimise the current squad to compete in La Liga and also the UCL, recently they lost to Espanyol and in that match they also lost Rudiger as one of their main defenders due to injury, So I think with the depth of the current squad, of course, Ancelotti must work hard to maximise and maintain the potential of his players, especially since the season is still very long with the busy schedule they will face later, of course there is no guarantee that Rudiger injury will be the last injury that will befall their squad this season.

Vinicius is in talks with Real Madrid to extend his contract with the club.

Real Madrid have dominated La liga and the Champions League in recent years. I don't think Vinicius JR would want to leave Real Madrid. But there have been some unpleasant incidents in the past. He hasn't been subjected to racist attacks for a long time, but if he experiences something like that again, I think it would be normal for him to leave Spain. In the current circumstances, he can continue to play for Real Madrid as an indispensable member of the starting 11 for many years if he doesn't experience any off-field incidents.

Vinicius reportedly rejected the first offer of a contract renewal, does that sound excessive? Maybe Vinicius wants a higher salary, but let's remember that Florentino Perez is not someone who can be pressured so easily, if Vinicius really wants to stay in Madrid then he must lower his ego. Don't let bad things happen to him because it is possible that he could be kicked if he disappoints Perez.

I'm going to fucking gutted if Madrid lost Vini just because they can't give what he wanted. However, he's still under contract until 2027, and plenty of time for Madrid to extend his contract. I thought it's related to the salary problem.

They gave a lot to mbappe, while he came as a new player, and Vini wanted it. That's why they're strying to restructure his salary and raise it, but most probably their first offer is not satisfying Vini. THat's why he rejected it.
The rejection of the contract extension is very surprising to me because previously he also rejected a fantastic offer from the Arab league team, maybe he really wants to keep developing and playing in the European league after rejecting the proposal from the Arab team, but he should also realise that Madrid will not sacrifice their financial stability and team for the sake of fulfilling the ego of a player, so I think if he doesn't accept the contract extension offer with the salary increase offered by madrid at the moment, most likely without waiting for 2027 of course he will be sell by perez to another team later, reportedly at this time madrid has offered an increase in salary in the contract extension proposal, but vinicius and his agent rejected the offer because it was regard not in accordance with his contribution and status as one of the key players in the team all this time.

Vini was not liking Madrid's offer. So, Vini is reluctant to accept Madrid's contract extension. I see the progress is not stopping yet. Madrid is gonna send another offer for Vini as soon as possible. They won't let him to leave from the club due to the low salary.

Vinicius repetitively said he is very comfortable to playing in Real Madrid and he want to stayed much longer in this team i think Vinicius shouldn't be talk because he have to proof and showed his loyality to Real Madrid because at this team people known him and Real Madrid too has make him to became an world class player so if he says was true i think Vinicius should be accept contract extension which given by Real Madrid

The rumour about why Vinicius refuse to extended contract from Real Madrid is because he received the offers from Saudi Arabian clubs and these clubs has offering huge amount of salary if Vinicius want moved from Real Madrid and if he only thinking about money i think this summer Vinicius should be leave

Yeah, Ronaldo was the example, he asked for higher salary, but Real Madrid choose to not extend his contract even Ronaldo was at his prime. Real Madrid know their value and they don't want to make their players bigger than the teams.

I think Vinicius will stay in Real Madrid, he has not yet winning Ballon d'Or.

It makes sense according to this analysis. With Mbappe and Rodrygo who have the same position as Vinicius, he should not be too pushy about the salary if he wants his career to continue to develop. If the target is only money, go to another league that is ready to pay whatever the player wants.
At Real Madrid they also have talented young players who play in the same position as Vinicius like Guller.

The continuation of this drama needs to be followed. If the first rejection was because Vinicius' signal asked for a higher salary, then there will be a decision from both parties.
On the one hand, Vinicius deserves to expect a higher salary because it is reasonable because of his contribution so far, but on the other hand he also has to pay attention to Real Madrid as a whole.
In the past, Ramos also had a great drama until it was rumored that he would wear the Manchester United uniform.

At this point we need to remember that all of them are for summer as well, nothing is going on right now, and while that was a mistake for them to not get a good defender when they had the chance, it's just the reality. So Saliba move, even if it happens, will happen during the summer and not right now.

I am not sure who is the most expensive defender until now, I know 222 million paid for Neymar was the most, but that is just attacker, so I have no clue who is the most expensive defender, but no matter what happens, I am not so sure if Real Madrid would be willing to pay 150 or something for a defender, just doesn't make sense, they could find someone much cheaper. If they want, they could probably get VVD for free since his contract is up. I am sure that they can pay a lot more for his salary instead of paying for Saliba, that would make more sense and they would have a great defender without paying much money for the player as well.

I still don't see this happening in the near future. Real Madrid has just been unlucky that one of their major centerbacks Éder Militão has been on and off for some time now but on a good day when he is available. It feels like they don't need any signing on that department.

Maybe they will attempt to groom some lads that can step in when one of the seniors is injured. Spending that much to sign a huge centreback just to bench another top player in the long run would be crazy IMO.
They really need a good squad for this season even though they have their main players. Having a number of good players will allow Ancelotti to rotate and play them in turns. Now the crucial point is that Real Madrid are a little bit weaker in the defensive area and that makes it difficult for Real Madrid to face the competition in the competition. The young players don't have the experience and it will be difficult for them to face the big games so the target of retaining the Champions League title will be difficult.

Money is not a problem for Real Madrid because they have enough finances but they are trying to build the team strength by relying on young players for the long term and maybe this is what makes them not get the players they are looking for in the transfer market.
It's always easy to see a young striker than a young defender, because defending needs skills and experience. This is what Madrid haven't put into consideration. Madrid should get a strong  defender that's capable of handling that position, and let them forget if he is young or not. Otherwise, it will affect them in their upcoming matches and might deprive them from winning trophies this season.

Glazers bought players for Ten Hag and spent especially a lot in the first season and Ten Hag picked up almost all of these players, including Onana and Zirkize and Antony and then United stopped playing well, defeat after defeat, United stopped qualifying for the Champions League and there was no success in the EPL either and in such a situation the deductions also dropped, because in big tournaments you can make money on games and advertising, but who of the serious sponsors will pay money for advertising to a team ranked 8th in the EPL?
In general, Ten Hag is to blame for spending a lot of money on players, but under his leadership United played even worse than when David Moyes or Mourinho trained United.
Glazers were completely trapped by Eric Ten Hag qualities as they spend huge amount which is now having no chance of return because players those were bought by this pair currently have no depth and due to their performance Manchester United is one of the worst clubs in Premier League.

It's really strange because no one expecting things like these while they were doing decent job before arrival of Eric Ten Hag but now as things are going we can expect Amorim could be also brought some good things back as he gives departure orders to few players which were doing nothing and have huge burden on these clubs finances. Glazers era has surely never been remembered as good because after their take-over things have never been on balance now due to having few new takeovers or shares things are coming back on track which is good sign.
