Im not even predicting this to happen. We have been hearing that many times xavi insists that he will leave from Barcelona as a coach, but Laporta tries to convince him to stay in the club much longer, but good news is coming from EPL for Xavi. I was not even speculating this would happen, but the magpies are starting to aim for Xavi as a replacement for Howe.
That's true if Howe is shit, and PIF needs to get rid of him from the club as soon as possible. It's the only way to recruit a good coach to replace him in the squad. The latest report has been coming from newcastle if club has very strong interest top recruit him as a new coach which is good.

Quote
According to HITC, Newcastle United are interested in signing Xavi as they eye the Catalan manager as a replacement for Eddie Howe. The Magpies have had a disappointing season after being ousted from the Champions League group stage and they currently find themselves 10th in the league. With Xavi leaving Barcelona at the end of the 2023/24 season, the English club want to bring him to the Premier League.
https://www.goal.com/en/news/live/transfer-news-and-rumours-live/blt1ccfda38eda06d5a

I do really support this decision, considering the fact that Newcastle has potential, but it has been managed by the wrong coach. The club should not put its trust in Eddie howe to manage the club because he is not even capable of building a good club. Eddie Howe never had a good journey in the football.
As a club with unlimited funds and newcaslte, it must be able to recruit a high-quality coach, and I think that's a good solution to pick Xavi from Barcelona. It will make the competition in EPL becomes even tougher than this time.
There will be a more capable coach to handle the EPL team, which is obviously good news. I see potential owned by Newcastle, but it's managed by the wrong coach, which has prevented Newcastle from using all of its potential.

Moving to the newcastle will be the right decision from xavi instead of stay in barcelona much longer.

The deal that may be very hot in the near future is the race to sign Everton's Jarrad Branthwaite. In addition to Real Madrid paying attention to him, Premier League giants are also jumping into the race including Mancity, Man Utd, and Tottenham. It can be said that this deal is making the Premier League fight. Everton only accepts to sell people if they receive at least 60 million pounds. Jarrad Branthwaite is a product of Everton's own training facility, very young, only 21 years old and of British nationality. He has had a pretty good season despite Everton fighting a relegation battle.
I believe Branthwaite's career would have improved a lot if he had been transferred to a bigger club like Mancity. In the past, Mancity also took John Stones - a player also produced from the Everton training facility. Thanks to working with Pep, Stones has been raised. This is also something that Branthwaite should consider.

Jarrad Branthwaite was made his debut with Everton senior team on 2021/2022 when Rafael Benitez train this team but unfortunately he was only played 6 times in Premier League and because Jarrad Branthwaite didn't gets much the opportunities to playing regularly at that time then last season he was loaned to PSV and with this team Jarrad Branthwaite performance is really showing good progress even at PSV he was being an the key player of PSV and help this team to reach to runner up position in Eredivisie and when his loan duration ended Sean Dyche has decide to trust him to playing regularly this season as cente back and during this season Jarrad Branthwaite have already to play 25 times in Premier League

When Everton performance very poor this season but as defensive player Jarrad Branthwaite can performing consistent and currently he was into England national team squad and Jarrad Branthwaite hopes he can make his debut with England when this team facing Belgium later and indeed some of big teams in Premier League have been notice to his performance so that's why Jarrad Branthwaite was into the radar of Manchester United and Manchester City but recently Manchester United probably will withdraw because they feel 60 millions is too expensive but apparently only Manchester City left who still interested to bought him and they do not mind paying the transfer fee according to his price tag

some news in this boring break for the national teams.

Mbappe will not announce anything regarding his future as long as there is a possibility that Real Madrid and PSG could meet during the cup.
Juventus is interested in Mason Greenwood, who is currently on loan. the price should be low as the player only has one year left on his contract with Manchester.
Kylian Mbappe to Real Madrid, let's wait till the deal is been finally triggered. There are shocking news in football, we just have keep listening ears on ground because what's coming would seem surprising to our eyes and most of us will find it hard to believe. For me, I'm already open up and will accept the legit news which will be flowing in anytime soon. Besides I can't be easily deceived or following rumors, just patiently wait for the top football journalist, Fabrizio Romano to make posts on his page, that's probably where I get my information and stay updated with football trends.

I think what happened two years ago with Mbappe's move to Real Madrid will not happen again, it has been rumoured many times that there are conditional agreements, already agreed salary and other aspects, as if there is no point in Mbappe looking for another team, because it is obvious that he will not stay in PSG
While they were going to agree again in the past, Mbappe changed his decision at the last minute after PSG's astronomical offer. I think this situation will not happen again because Mbappe is now aiming for success and he must have realized that he cannot achieve this success in PSG. He can realize his dreams by going to Real Madrid and this time I think that is exactly what he is focusing on. I think he will be transferred to Real Madrid.

Yamal is one of the most potential players of Barcelona. He is getting often to score goals now. I think Barcelona management will regret it if they sell Yamal and they only get some money that never fixed the financial problem of Barcelona. IMO, Barcelona management should change their mind to sell the young players.

When other clubs don't have any good youngsters, La Masia graduates never end
And I think Barca doesn't want to lose Yamal, Pedri, Gavi, Balde, and Cubarsí.
Then think about the club's finances too which is also a very important thing. Barcelona's finances were bad, and they needed to fix it in the future or they have no capability to get the new players from the different club. The only way to solve this problem is to sell some of the potential players for a large sum of money which will help club to repay its debt. I recall someone posting that if Yamal was priced at more than $200 million by Laporta, which made no sense but barcelona can sell him for huge sum of money.

Having a large number of academy players is beneficial, but it is insufficient when the club is still experiencing financial difficulties and it may be bankrupt in the future. Barcelona was even unable to repay its debt. Barcelona can use this to generate revenue to help pay off its debt. This is far preferable to only keeping them to play for the club.
La Masia Academy has been extremely popular, but Barcleona must keep in mind that the club must also raise funds to cover all of its expenses. Barcelona has consistently lost money on player transfers.

They are part of the next generation. Barca cannot give up or let them go, they know the Consequences.
They are a good player with big prospects and currently mostly on low wages, there is no sensible reason to sell them, both sporting and economic. They are the future.
true, but Barcelona must also consider its finances. They can't even keep up their current performance by focusing solely on developing potential players while their club slowly dies due to a lack of funds and this is the fact since barcelona is financially dying now.

Gone at the days that clubs sell their young stars for peanut money and in the future they will regret. In the present football the amount of money invested in players is very much and the one they want to buy or sell such players they said them outrageously also. If you also check Manchester United, their youngster Maino has been approached but they won't sell.

I am also of the opinion that Barcelona is no longer in financial crisis because if they are 200M will go a long way to solve problems for then. But if things are fair, Yamal is not supposed to be sold by the club.

Kobbie Mainoo is a Manchester United bound player and would end up being a legendary player for Manchester United just like the likes of Wayne Rooney, Roy Keane, Paul Scholes and Co's.
But I believe players like Alejandro Garnacho and Amad Diallo would definitely leave the club. Garnacho might also be Manchester United player of the season. The way he plays both the right wing and left very well. Lad has really increased and developed under Erik Ten Hag.

Barcelona should cash out big on players like Frankie De Jong, Robert Lewandoski and Raphina as they're being linked with twi huge bids from the Saudi Arabian Premier League Competition.

Ivan Toney finally being linked with a move to Manchester United makes perfect sense. He will be a good source of goalscoring next season, that replacement for Antonio Martial is quite appealing.

His career has been in a bit of a decline in recent years, but I don't think it's understandable that Jose Mourinho is still unemployed. He is still a good manager and he can be one of the best again. I think he should be the manager of Chelsea after Pochettino. Porto in Portugal and Chelsea in England are his home. He is the only one who can bring Chelsea back to the old days. I know he wasn't very successful in his second Chelsea term and his last Roma adventure but I think he deserves another chance with Chelsea because of what he has achieved in the past.

There's a new owner at ChelseaFC so things mightn't work as fans are wishing for it to work. Jose Mourinho coming back to Chelsea mightn't go as planned and he'll be spoiling his legacy at ChelseaFC. Jose Mourinho needs to go to Saudi Arabia where he'll be enjoying his coaching and not over competing in Europe. Football has new tactics and Jose mourinho packing the bus mightn't work again for him. Football is about the game play like when Manchester city, Arsenal and other clubs playing very well are dominating the ball and possession and also winning the game. No club is interested in a manager that'll only be defending and not playing football that'll have alot of ball possession. Jose Mourinho should take the job offer from Saudi Arabia and go to manage one of the top clubs there and use them to win trophies.

Young players such as Yamal, Gavi and Pedri are a great advantage for Barcelona, which has a bad financial situation. If they sell them at the right prices, the club can become economically stronger. In addition, quality football players are constantly emerging from the infrastructure and by selling them, the club can earn additional income. Yamal is a good player, but I think it would be better for Barça if he brings a big transfer to the team.
There are important players that will be having good connection with the team's president and coach, such players will have lengthy years in the team and also selected in the best XI. Barcelona have quite vast numbers of talented players. Barcelona president, Joan Laporta will always show his concern for his team. He's not expressing moves to sell his promising young players, rather he will choose to stay calm and execute good budgets for Barcelona.

Barcelona players will be very tactical when they have Xavi Hernandez as headcoach, he's this type of coach that will not welcome the poor results because he's experienced and prominent for the team. Yamal Lamine, Pedri and Gavi have been the main players that have been strengthening the team's performance, always pushing forward for the good results, this is precisely the time for Barcelona to hold tightly on their players.

The Barca president and management are not stupid, if they received an offer of 200 million and didn't sell it, it means they think they can make more money from the player or achieve more success from that team. Frankly, it would be difficult to sell a 16-year-old wonderkid, perhaps the greatest talent after Messi, for 200 million and watch him 20 years playing for another team. Perhaps Yamal will gain much more than this, both financially and in terms of success, during his time playing for Barca.

But that's something Barcelona wouldn't do if they didn't really feel compelled to sell their players. I think if that was their thinking then they would have done it a long time ago because in the previous few seasons also some of their star players like De Jong and Gavi were looked at by a lot of clubs and even the offers were quite large but with Xavi's characteristics where he only focused on incoming players and did not let any players leave it backfired on themselves.

Now if you look at the conditions next season if it is possible that there is a new coach then surely it will also follow the existing ones where they will not try to release their players unless it does not fit their attacking scheme.
Now there is another option where Lewa can also be sold to the SPL because it will benefit Barcelona if indeed they are ready to make a reshuffle but the current situation is uncertain for Barcelona because in the end we don't know who the new coach is and what steps he wants to take later.

It is not up to Barcelona alone whether these players are going to stay or not. Barcelona has been smart though when it comes to most of the contracts of their youngsters. By giving them a chance to play for the first team in La Liga, one of the conditions is a long contract duration. But these durations of any of those contracts aren't without limits. Some of the players have release clauses and if they sign a 5-years contract at the age of 18, by the time they turn 23 Barcelona is getting into trouble as the players get into a more powerful position for negotiations. None of these players would tie themselves longer to the club without any need for that to be done. Barcelona has been this club that all the players dreamed of, but times have changed over the past few years. If they want to make sure that their best young talents don't leave, the best way to do this is to become the best club in Europe again and that is probably not achievable in a short amount of time.

Yamal is a good player, but I think it would be better for Barça if he brings a big transfer to the team.
But the problem is whether they are willing to do that as one of the solutions to improve their current performance. We certainly know for the past few seasons, especially in the Xavi era, that he was very reluctant to let go of their star players even though there was a big offer and it could cover their financial margins which were still unstable.

In the previous 2 seasons we clearly know how the De Jong drama has always been created in every transfer, be it summer or winter, even Manchester United have also prepared with a crazy offer to De Jong but with the drama and Xavi's reluctance to sell this player, the conditions have not changed because they always want to keep players but insist on adding new players even though their financial condition is getting worse.

It's not impossible for Gavi, Pedri and Lamine Yamal to be like that either because even though we don't know what Barcelona's plans will be next season and which coach will be appointed but if in the end there is the same attitude where Barcelona doesnt release its star players and still worsens its financial balance I still feel that Barcelona will not change and even seem to be getting worse financially.

In my opinion, it makes no sense to sell players for a Barcelona that wants success. It might be foolish to sell these three players, especially those who can play at the top level for 10 years. Instead of the departed players, they can bring in young and potential players like Real Madrid did. At the beginning of the year, we were reading the news that they were about to sign an agreement with Arda Güler. If Arda had come to Barcelona instead of Real Madrid, he could probably have been one of Barcelona's best with these young players. He is having difficulty getting playing time in Real Madrid, and perhaps he will be sent out on loan next year.

That's all correct but if you ask me, I think that Rodrygo would be the first to sit on the bench if Real Madrid is able to sign more top strikers. If we assume that Mbappe will go to Real Madrid, it would be Vinicius Junior, Mbappe and still Rodrygo for now. But I think they wouldn't step there and instead try to sign one more player of the category Mbappe/Vinicius Junioar. It is true that Rodrygo took a great development there and he became a very reliable player for the team, scoring goals and working a lot for their offensive game, but I think that most people would agree that there are better strikers than him. I think he would be the first to have a hard time to defend his spot in the first eleven.
Why Rodrygo must be on the bench? It will be a serious mistake to put him on the bench, he is an important player for Real Madrid. I only see 2 wingers that can be put as the main attackers, they are Vinicious and Rodrygo. If Real Madrid succeeds to sign Mbappe, it will be complete with Mbappe as the Center Forward. In the formation of 4-3-3, we will have Vinicius-Mbappe-Rodrygo. I think this will be a great combination of Real Madrid attackers.

Dude, Rodrygo isn't functioned as a striker (center forward). His main position is a right winger. If Mbappe joins Real Madrid, Ancelotti will use the main formation of Real Madrid with 2 wingers and 1 striker in the attacking line. Vinicius will be the left winger, Rodrygo is in the right winger, and Mbappe is in the striker position (CF).

Who said that he must be on the bench? You better read my posts with more precision and if it is not possible, use a translator and translate it into your native language. I never said that Rodrygo must be on the bench. Do me a favor, find that line of mine and quote it here.

I said that in some special case when we were to see Real Madrid sign two players like Mbappe and Haaland, I am quite sure that Mbappe could play an impressive role as a winger. In this case he would play a right winger or they could switch to something like 4-4-2 where Rodrygo and Vinicius Junior would still have their places and interpret their positions more offensively than the midfield would.

It was just some thought experiment and I thought it was clear to everyone. I shared an opinion and I never said that Rodrygo must be on the bench. He has rightfully established himself as part of the core team.

I am of the opinion that a special thread be dedicated to Xavi Alonso  Grin
As funny as this might sound, it is important to note and acknowledge that Xavi Alonso has actually done extraordinary well this season. If many expected this to happen I am not among those many. I am among the few that thought that the German Bundesliga season will end as usual. But Xavi Alonso took many people by surprise and even up to the European competitions, this guy is still doing great. I am not surprised that many clubs are interested in his services because he has proven himself to be a special and an extraordinary new talent in the coaching industry. In as much as both Liverpool and Bayern Munich and even the Real Madrid had once have him as their players, I would definitely want Xavi Alonso to come to England to compete with Guardiola and as such I will have Etche opportunity to watch him every weekend.

Lol, this is funny, but frankly, if Xabi Alonso deserves a thrown of his own, I think Mbappe should have had one by now for a very long time! Cheesy If Mbappe had his own thread here, we would probably soon be looking at at least 200 pages of posts...
LOL. At a time I personally renamed the Ligue 1 thread as Mbappe thread. Anytime you visit there, it is either Mbappe this or Mbappe that. Even when there's no more rumour to discuss, a random person will come up with a random rumour about his transfer and a new topic is renewed As we talk, Mbappe already has a jersey and shirt number in Real Madrid  Grin

But yes jokes aside, he is an interesting personality without a doubt, but there should be caution that we don't exaggerate. I mean it is not impossible that he goes to another club and gets fired within the six months. If he goes to Liverpool or Bayern and the teams don't perform, which is a possibility, the big adventure could be over faster than anyone thought it would.
You are totally not out of point. Xavi Alonso only have proved that he can take an average club to become a big club within one season but he has not proved that he can sustain a big club to remain at their position for more than one season. A move to Bayern Munich or Liverpool will prove everything.

This guy has been so loyal to Atletico Madrid which is really hard to see nowadays.
At current times every player goes to another club if he finds a good deal.
You know, he has been with Atletico Madrid since he was a little kid. He played in the Atletico Madrid B team when he was in his youth. And after he got promoted to the Atletico Madrid squad, he never looked back. And he stayed at Atletico Madrid no matter what the situation was. I think he is going to retire as a “one-club player"
