Unfortunately, it seems that Manchester United changes coaches but they all think the same way and make the same mistakes. For example, there is Victor Osimhen who is a very skilled striker, but Manchester United stops signing him and spends a lot of money signing players without great skills. So it is difficult for a team to have good results when they have this bad behavior.

Let's look at the squad of Liverpool, Arsenal, Manchester City, they have players with great skills from the attack, midfielders and defenders. But Manchester United doesn't have that.
I think Amorim will bring about a change in Manchester United. He’s convinced me with his success at Sporting Lisbon, the problem to me is not the coach but the problems lies within the board because I don't know why a team of Manchester United's caliber cannot even make good signings. In the case of Victor Osimhen, I think the reason why he wasn't able to move to Manchester United was given to his high transfer fee which some may say it’s understandable that Manchester United in their current situation are trying hard not to make any expensive transfers due to FFP regulations.
It is not easy for a team that is in a slump like Manchester United to recruit quality players because every player certainly also looks at the percentage of the team to be able to win the title before deciding to join.

Manchester United's management has indeed made several mistakes in recruiting since long ago but for all that they also cannot be blamed entirely because of course every recruitment is made based on the wishes of the coach but from several previous coaches none have succeeded in lifting the performance of the Manchester United team even though they have been supported by management.

For now Amorim has not proven anything so I do not have strong confidence that Amorim can improve the performance of the Manchester United team regardless of his success in the previous team but I think it will be different from handling Manchester United who compete in the Premier League.

Real Madrid's priority target is revealed. They're putting Saliba transfer as their priority during the summer transfer season. I totally agreed to target him, and signing him will help club to have perfect defense. However, i'm doubting Saliba to accept it, and will call him as the dumbest player if he rejects Madrid.

If he chooses to stay at Arsenal, he deserved to be blamed as someone who has no motivation to step up.

I don't believe the coaches are the main reason why players constantly do leave the club. Ten Hag may be the exception in this case. While coaching plays a role in a team's overall performance, it is not usually the sole reason for a player’s performance at the club or their departure. Many other elements including club structure and ambition influences such decisions.
Coaches are human and not spirits. They can be pissed off by a player's behavior and this might make them do everything to make the player leave the club. Ten Hag was not pleased with Ronaldo's behavior and he kept keeping him on the bench until the Portuguese became frustrated and left Old Trafford. But a coach will do everything to keep a player who is humble and obedient even if he is not performing optimally, this might be the case with Nicolas Jackson of Chelsea.

Marcus Rashford loan period is an important moment for him to convince big European teams to recruit him at the end of the season. So I hope he can maximize this opportunity as best as possible to set a record or at least appear consistently to help Aston Villa win. Rashford plays for a club that is on the rise both in the EPL and UCL which places Aston Villa as a representative team for the Premier League with Liverpool and Arsenal. Rashford will have the opportunity to play in the UCL, giving him a bigger role that he couldn't get with Manchester United.
Rashford is still young and can play at any level in the English Premier League and Europe. Aston Villa is already a world-class club since they are playing in the highest club competition in Europe. His aim now should be how to help the club win trophies this season. And I also think that he should consider signing a permanent deal with the club that rescued him when he needed help.

There were so many rumors about this Guy. But at last he finally found his destination. I mean, ultimately, Marcus Rashford has completed his move on loan to Aston Villa. The club will be covering 75% of his annual salary. Some of the people are just arguing about it, that he will bring up some good services to the club or blah blah but I don't think so he could do something else because Marcus Rashford's performance is nothing more than a rubbing day by day he is just losing his quality and couldn't find any good. Since the 2021 season, he has lost a lot of his confidence, and his performance status has declined. So that's why Barcelona also got them to reject.

At the start of the winter window, Barcelona were interested in his signing, but later their dressing room was arguing with the staff that his move would not be beneficial for the team due to lack of performance. So that's why the Catalan side has changed his mind about his signing.

I see this current move of Marcos Rashford to Aston villa as a shot at redemption for him because most people including me believe that he has past his best days even though he is still very young, but just as you have rightfully said he must use this Aston villa move to prove that he still got it in him, that his best days is not behind him, though the system that are in place in Manchester united team makes it difficult for attacking players like him to perform very well, so he really needs to perform very well at Aston villa to prove his doubters wrong, and also attract potential suitors because am quite confidence that his playing days at Manchester united is over regardless of how efficient he is in the colors of Aston villa, as long as Amorin is still the manager of Manchester united, so he is actually using this second half of the season to play for his future in my own opinion, because I know that during the summer Manchester united will make some addition to the team which will make his services no longer needed at the club if am not wrong, so he must take this opportunity that presents itself in other to secure a better future for his playing career.

The experience that Rashford get from his loan spell could in fact be the making of him. It allows playing in a team with an agenda to highlight his skills that he may have not attained fully in the previous club. However, Pantovic could secure a permanent move to a big European club if only he can do a great job and make input for the team. Also, the chance of participating in a large tournament will also help develop his mentality and skills as he will demonstrate that he is still capable of performing at the highest level. All of it just comes down to how he is able to utilise the opportunity, show himself on the field and demonstrate that he is a player of a particular club rather than any other club.

Harmony between the coach and the players will make the players feel comfortable, they also don't have any pressure and allow them to last longer. Ten Hag puts too much pressure on the players, making them feel bored and having difficulty developing their talents because the strategies implemented do not match the players' abilities. Management ambitions can also influence these decisions, the most common thing that happens is that management will open the exit door for players who do not contribute in order to make room for new players who are considered capable of improving the team's performance.
This is a common thing in football, but when a team has very good harmony, it will make the players more comfortable to stay in the team for a long time. For a player and coach, coming and going will definitely happen, even a player who is labeled the most loyal will eventually leave because of retirement.
I even saw players who contributed greatly to the team eventually had to leave, whether it was because of retirement or disagreements with players or management or even some were sacrificed because of team finances.

Don’t you think that coaches do contribute to some of these players poor performances?

When I check the record of how players were leaving Manchester United, mostly coaches do have hand in their leaving because that was how Ronaldo left, De Gea left also, Jordan Sancho who was a good winger in Dortmund flops and was chased out of the club by Ten Hag; now Rashford was also chased out of the club let’s say by Amorim.

Manchester United‘s management need to restructure their mode of decline and how they treat players, because for one, two, and more players to leave for same reasons, it means the coaches also have fault or something is wrong in the management; therefore, I think k Rashford deserve to stay in Manchester United because he is still good and the team can still depend on him.

Believe it or not but it happens lot, when player is no longer on the same page and is not happy with the coach he will definitely play as he pleases and in the worst case he will definitely choose to leave and play with another team that can fulfill what he wants.
There are also other reasons such as salary issues or opportunities with other team in influencing career advancement but for Manchester United players from the past until now there have indeed been many players who have clashed with the coach until they decided to leave or were deliberately sold or loan.

Looking back from time after Alex Ferguson I feel the board of directors also have a hand in these bad signing of players. I have also heard Manchester United supporters on several occasions including coaches complain that they don’t have 100 percent choice in player selections and most times the club make these signings on their terms and offer to the coach to do his best with them. I think the coaches should be given the right to make their choices and finances made available to get these choices.
Erik Ten Hak was given full trust in the recruitment of players and he also failed to make a big change for Manchester United so he was fired and if you look for fault maybe it's not just the management but indeed all have a level of weakness. This trust has been given before but there has been no change and I think what needs to be fixed is the person who is looking for players because they must be able to properly assess the needs of the team so that buying players is not only based on quality considerations that are expensive but the team's needs for the players they buy. Amorim deserves to do his best for Manchester United and maybe the management should give him that trust so that Manchester United can get more maximum results.

Are you kidding? Rashford has turned into rubbish since he signed a new contract with United (3 years ago, I think). From a player who Ronaldo himself said "reminds me of me" he has turned into an undisciplined footballer and a piece of wood on the pitch. There is a type of footballer who, having received a fat contract, stops trying and not only stops progressing (which everyone expects) but starts to degrade. Rashford is exactly this type of player.
I think the problem with Manchester United players is the wagers given to these guys such that they lose focus and become lazy, I say this because all players that have played for United recently and gone to other clubs have played brilliantly...talk of Elanga at Nottingham,  this Lad is doing wonders over there and his wages haven't made him lose his mind. Talk of Sancho, he too is playing well, Wan Bisaka is playing well, Anthony playing for Betis already impressed in his first game and the list is endless...

But for Rashford playing for Villa,  I see him starting from the bench like Duran did as that's the system that works best, but let's see what's to come.

Otherwise for United to improve,  they need realistic wagers for its players, not pampering wagers.

When I see Rashford physical appearance, he doesn't looks like Rashford that I know lol.

He's more bulky and looks older since he didn't trim his mustache, so I think he's not really active in gym and training, hence his performance drop significantly.

But, we have seen Manchester United players are successful with their new teams.

Rashford joining Aston Villa is actually a career improvement since Aston Villa play in Champions League.

Like if some relegation level team, or championship team asked for the same player, they could have gotten away with a million or less, but when Chelsea asks, or any other rich club asks, the price is 15 million, because they are rich. I know that sounds unfair, but that's basically a punishment from small clubs to big clubs in exchange of big clubs being rich and always getting something, and small clubs never do. That is why they overpaid that much... I mean probably.

There is no point in all these explanations. Chelsea messed up like they have been doing since the new management took over. These days, they buy players with the hope that they can sell them for a profit. You look at that kid, and you know he's not the kind of player they overpay for. He's not the kind of talent or has the potential to be a world-beater, so if the parent club ask for 15 million instead of a million, you walk away.
In my opinion, this shows how bad Chelsea has been when it comes to recruiting players. Overpaying for players won't give you a good team; it just gives you a team with some overrated and overpriced players. You can't dominate any league with players like that.

Wow it’s been a very long while since I heard that name. Batshuayi signed a two and half year contract with Eintracht Frankfurt on the 3rd of February to replace departed Marmoush who joined City in January. I hope he really fills in the gap as he is expected to, for a player like Batshuayi I must say I have a bit of doubt that he will live up to expectations and can make as much impact as Marmoush.

Michu Batshuayi has always been on the road and a very fond traveller in the game of football. The last time I saw him play was in the Turkish league and with him been silent over there meant he found a place which he loves and that’s why he settled there. Right now he is going back to Bundesliga where he had once played in for Borussia Dortmund and as such I don’t think he will not find it hard to actually adapt there since he is use to the environment.

As for Eintracht Frankfurt it is a fair deal most especially the kind of club they are they wouldn’t be able get someone of high value as Marmoush so rather they have to settle with some people who can be affordable. Like I said earlier Batshuayi is a central striker more direct than even Marmoush and if it goes well will score more goals and save the team, so overall it is a good addition by the German side

We are experiencing hectic times towards the last days of the transfer. Batshuayi, who plays for Galatasaray, was transferred to Frankfurt today.
When Frankfurt sold striker Marmoush to City, they want to fill the vacant place with Batshuayi, but I think this transfer is wrong.
Because Batshuayi was a substitute player in Galatasaray and he could not be very effective when he entered the match later. Because he mostly plays ball standing still. I did not see features such as fighting and running. The Bundesliga is a harder and faster league. I am looking forward to seeing how he will be included in the squad here and what kind of performance he willWe wish for the Batshuayi to bring the best out of the team and also be productive for Eintracht Frankfurt. It is never easy for a team to look for a replacement for someone who has had such an influence as Marmoush, but every footballer has a chance to show what he can do on the pitch, let alone for Batshuayi. We can spend some time with him to ensure that he feels at ease with him new environment and help him as he looks for his right rhythm to play. Of course there is pressure especially when there are high expectations placed on someone but If there is good synergy and proper coaching guidance then it cannot be said that he cannot develop more than expected. Thus, consistency and patience are characteristics that would lead to the expected outcome. perform. Frankfurt bought Batshuayi on a transfer fee, but they will most likely part ways at the end of the year.  There is no effective performance in Batshuayi. He spent his best period in Fenerbahçe in Turkey, but went to Galatasaray at the beginning of the year. It flies from place to place like migratory birds. I wouldn't be surprised if his destination soon is one of the Arabian teams.

United is open to seel Garnacho and Mainoo this summer.

It seems Amorim is losing his patience for Mainoo and Garnacho. It's good to sell those players as they're nothing than liabilities to the club. They can sell Garnacho for high price, and mainoo as well.

That's gonna be Amorim's first step to rebuild his club. He's not feeling satisfied enough with his current squad, especially when he always suffer the lost even against a mediocre team.

Selling a lot of key players must be a major move to push the team to be better.
Both players are young and still have good years ahead of them to develop and get better. Selling them now will be a bad decision for the club because they show good prospects, they could be the next top players for the club in the near future. There are other players like Erikson, Casemiro who are aged and not giving 100% to the team, they should be sold instead and keep the youngsters to develop with time.
When I saw that Manchester United were going to sell Garnacho and Mainoo and heard that Chelsea were linked to signing them I was very happy because I knew they are both very young players with potential to become great players in future and it is very bad decision to put them up for sell at this time. I don’t know if Manchester United are looking to raise some funds for other purposes but whatever their plan selling Mainoo and Garnacho is not ideal, Chelsea is a team that accommodates young players and having these two players will be a huge boost to the squad but it didn’t work out. If united still decide to put them up for sale Chelsea will definitely sign them.

Let’s just hope Amorim’s plan to rebuild the team by selling young players succeeds.
