You say this as if it was universally valid and any player could be replaced, but this is definitely wrong. There is a class of players you can't replace. How would a club replace Messi with a player of equal quality? Or how would a club replace Mbappe or Ronaldo during his prime? For most players I think you are right, but is always a hand full of players that are above everyone else. They produce numbers and chances like nobody else.

It is the same for extremely good goalkeepers. If they get injured, many of the teams have instantly a problem. So obviously it does matter how good a player is when it comes to replacing them after they retire or leave the club or are injured.

I said it and I stand by my words. Every player is replaceable. Except for only two players, Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi in their prime. Except for these two every player is replaceable, at least so far. Even Mbappé is replaceable.

Do you remember the magical words of Pep Guardiola? When he said "we cannot replace him, we just cannot" about Aguero?

In the end, he was probably the easiest to replace. So I never believe that no player is replaceable. Only the two that I mentioned were irreplaceable in their prime and those two are exceptions. And remember exceptions do not make the rule. Maybe a few very select players are not replaceable at a certain time. But in general, it is not true that you cannot replace a player. With time and money anything and any player is replaceable.

I 100% agree with you on Aguero and don't forget that Pep Guardiola uses these praises as part of his communicative strategy. He says about everyone of his players that he loves them even when they are sitting on the bench. He calls literally every player irreplaceable, it is just Guardiola Cheesy

See, I wasn't wrong when I brought up Messi and Ronaldo in their prime and I think that Mbappe has some elements in his game that are almost non-existent twice in the world right now. Replaceability means availability right now in the present. Sure there might a player in the future who could perfectly replace Mbappe, but I don't see that player today. Vinicius Junior has his own set of qualities as a left winger.

But let me put this differently again: I am not saying that no other player could play there without the team losing quality in their game. When Vinicius Junior was injured, they did a good job in "replacing" him as it is still Real Madrid. But you can see how nuances changed in their game when Vinicius Junior was back and reached his top level again. It's a difference. The same happens when Mbappe is injured and PSG has to get along without him. Of course they can put another high quality player there, but in my opinion there is no doubt that you can see the difference when he is missing.

And availability really is a problem when a club doesn't have time to plan. It's not like they can just pick any player in the world and boom problem solved. A lot of things have to work out in terms of timing and stuff.

I get your point, but I would still say that for some players it is close to impossible to make up for their absence under most (if not all, see Messi or Ronaldo) circumstances. There could be another Ronaldo in 15 years from now or another Messi, but that doesn't help the Madrid or Barcelona of today.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe, as the large owner of Manchester United shares, has reportedly contacted Thomas Tuchel as the new coach if Manchester United part ways with Erik Ten Hag. It seems that Sir Jim Ratcliffe is not quite satisfied with the results provided by Erik Ten Hag with the Red Devils and because while he still has the opportunity, he has approached Thomas Tuchel, who has also been confirmed to be leaving Bayern Munich at the end of the season.

But is it the right decision if Manchester United recruits Thomas Tuchel? Remembering that with Bayern Munich he has failed to defend the Bundesliga title which he has won for 11 seasons and now only has the chance to win the Champions League. I doubt that Manchester United will be better, especially since Manchester United will start from scratch with a new coach later.
I thought when Sir Jim Ratcliffe said Manchester United fans should be more patient it was a signal that he would retain Erik Ten Haag as coach at his club, but if it is true that he has contacted Thomas Tuchel, it means he really wants changes at Manchester United for the better for next season.

However, replacing Erik Ten Haag with Thomas Tuchel will probably only make United the same team, the changes will not be significant because we can see how Tuchel at Bayern Munich failed to bring the team to retain the title and also dominate it in the Bundesliga, Tuchel only looks good when he is successfully brought Chelsea to the Champions League title but afterward, Chelsea also had difficulties in the English Premier League, and what is interesting is that there are rumors that United will use the services of Graham Potter if Ten Haag is no longer at Old Trafford, as well as Mourinho's name being mentioned as one of the replacement candidates and all of them are names who have coached at Chelsea.
Personally I think the decision by Sir Jim Ratcliffe who's happens to be the highest share holder at Manchester United to replace Erik ten Hag with current Bayern Munich boss at the end of the current season is a very good one. Erik ten Hag isn't the kind of manager that Manchester United need at the moment because of his poor tactical experience and decisions that's hugely cost the club a whole lot in the past.
Thomas Tuchel on the other hand haven't been a great manager at Bayern Munich since he signed for them and have made the club lose the league title for the first time in over 13 years but I there's no doubt to the fact that he's a better manager when compared to Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag because their records are there for everyone to see. Thomas Tuchel won the UEFA Champions League title with Chelsea in 2020/21 season after guiding Paris Saint Germaine to the final in the previous season. He'll definitely make a good manager for United if you ask me

According to SPORT, Diaz would like to join Barcelona in the summer transfer window as the Catalan club look for vital reinforcements ahead of next season. Barca intend to recruit two or three players in the upcoming window, with the winger and midfielder positions currently a priority. The Colombian star has been heavily linked with a move in recent months and reports have since emerged regarding his desire to join the Spanish giants.
https://www.goal.com/en/lists/luis-diaz-transfer-decision-barcelona-psg-liverpool-star/blt862b5bd594974fbb#cs3a4f9a5b56739a18

It seemed to me diaz has lost his interest to stay even longer in liverpool since klopp will be leaving from the club at the end of season. This gonna be a very good thing for barcelona as long as the club will able to recruit luiz diaz. Diaz's father was hoping for his son to join in the real madrid but it's unlikely to happen since madrid has so many best wingers in the world.
It will be far better for barcelona to recruit diaz and sell some garbage wingers that are still playing in the club right now. Im hoping this will be coming true since diaz has no reason to stay for another season in liverpool caused by klopp and salah will leave at the end of season.
There will be a lot of surprise to come at the upcoming summer transfer season. Barcelona may be also adding more players to be sold for some cash. The club is still having financial issue right now. This is also making the situation even more difficult for liverpool.

Since officially becoming a shareholder of Manchester United Sir Jim Ratcliffe have an ambition that he want to bringing new manager to replace Ten Hag position and few months ago it says he want Chelsea former manager Graham Potter but apparently this rumours is not happened and now Sir Jim Ratcliffe want to gets Tuchel but indeed i agree with you because Tuchel was failed to bringing Bayern Munich to gets Bundesliga title and he should be considering this record as the reference but apparently he was very serious want to gets Tuchel because recently Sir Jim Ratcliffe have already contact Tuchel agent to discuss about this transfer

But because Bayern Munich still playing at Champion League so Sir Jim Ratcliffe have to wait a bit longer because Tuchel still focus with Bayern Munich probably after this season ended so Tuchel will give his answers regarding this rumour whether he will accept Manchester United offers or not and i know Manchester United didn't satisfied to Ten Hag works and there is possibility Ten Hag will be sacked soon but i personally thinking Tuchel is not the right manager for Manchester United

Yes, most players are replaced. Football business. So teams change, players move on. Pep stated even legends like Aguero have their day. Pep is a maestro at this; he changes his team and Man City keeps going. But, guy... Ronaldo, Messi? Not the same story. Natural freaks. The consistency, longevity, and game-changing impact may never be replicated. It's not just about the goals or trophies; they've redefined footballers

So everyone's replaceable? Truthful generally. However, those two have been the exceptions for so long that it's impossible to imagine anyone replacing them. Am I right? Who made you reconsider irreplaceability before them?

Maybe you already reading the news about Darwin Nunez, this Liverpool player was called as the worst finisher in the European league according to ESPN[1]. This assessment can reduce the selling value in the upcoming transfer market. It was brought in for 85 million euros, but currently the valuation is only 70 million euros. However, until now there is no rumors that Darwin will become Liverpool selling list in the summer transfer market. What do you think about Darwin, do you believe Darwin will stay at Liverpool next season?

Klopp will leave Liverpool at the end of the season. Some say that if Klopp leaves, Salah will leave too. Because we know that Salah has received astronomical offers from Arab teams. In this case, Nunez may have the opportunity to prove himself once again. I don't think he is a bad striker, I think he can become a good striker if he gets more playing time. His finishing skills are a bit bad. But he is good at finding positions. I think he can overcome this problem by doing extra work in training.

Really? I would vote Hojlund instead.

Hojlund played for 1,809 minutes, 24 matches, scored 7 goals, assist 2.
Nunez played for 1,896 minutes, 32 matches, scored 11 goals, assist 8.

Look at above statistics, which one is better and which one is worse? if we speak about the transfer fees, Hojlund isn't cheap though, Manchester United spent 74 Million Euros for him.

Nunez is inconsistent, but Hojlund was only prime for 8 matches and then play like shit.

Harry Kane was transferred to Bayern Munich at the beginning of the season with high hopes. The English footballer contributed 33 goals and 10 assists in 30 matches in the Bundesliga. Kane has performed well individually but this year Munich's poor performance has also affected him.
Harry Kane could leave Bayern Munich next season and return to the Premier League. After disappointing at Bayern Munich, Kane is tempted to play for Chelsea next season. Harry Kane should definitely be in Chelsea's squad for next season. Because Chelsea need someone exactly like Kane. Kane is a consistent footballer but sometimes you need luck on your side. I hope his transfer to Chelsea will happen and we will see his goals in the Premier League again next season.

In my opinion, these are absolutely stupid rumors/assumptions. No matter how unlucky Bayern may be this season, Kane has excellent statistics at this club (which means he feels good there), plus Bayern is now in the semi-finals of the Champions League and will also participate next year (unlike Chelsea). I don't see any reason why Kane would move to Chelsea.
I see no reason why Kane should go to Chelsea for next season. The reason is that Kane has made a good contribution to Bayern Munich, and it is very likely that Bayern Munich will keep this player. Harry Kane has scored 40 goals for Bayern Munich, 33 goals he scored in the Bundesliga, and 7 goals he scored in the Champions League. These are great statistics for a player who just joined them this season. So it would be a shame if Bayern Munich had to let Harry Kane go next season.

Moreover, Bayern Munich also does not have financial problems that require them to sell their players to make a profit. They can even bring in other players who have high prices with their good financial capabilities. If they sell Kane just because they are looking for profit, then that doesn't make sense in my opinion. because their struggle to actually get Kane's signature required a long process, even with the drama they experienced too.

I doubt that Manchester United will be better, especially since Manchester United will start from scratch with a new coach later.
I'm also not sure whether Tuchel will be successful if he serves as Man United coach, but from the other side I'm trying to think if in fact Tuchel failure was only in this season in the Bundesliga and in the previous season Tuchel still managed to help Munich win the Bundesliga title and that means there is a good chance if Man United is trying to bring in Tuchel because we don't know what's really going on at Bayern Munich.
but what makes me more doubtful is whether Man United will really let Ten Hag go?
everyone knows that Ten Hag seems to have given Man United management confidence so that he still has a chance to be retained even if he fails in the UCL and EPL.

reading from several cases that have been discussed by several people, actually Man United needs fresh air or needs a new coach to try to speculate whether there will be improvements after the change of coach and all of this also depends on how Tuchel will train the Man United players, whether he can provide confidence good or it will become a big problem between players and coaches.
but reading from the sources you say it seems as if Sir Jim Ratcliffe really believes in Tuchel who will be able to make a difference to the performance of the Man United players.

Araujo has been a rock-solid centre-back for the Blaugrana through their tough periods, however, the Catalan club could be ready to cash in on the Uruguayan, SPORT reports, with the club looking to get back into compliance with La Liga's financial requirements. It is believed that Araujo has a large market value and selling him could be hugely beneficial for the club's finances going into next season.
https://www.goal.com/en/lists/barcelona-ronald-araujo-man-utd-target-red-card-champions-league-psg/blt9da7a9eb9f729cb3#csddc701d38b2c2f1d

Finally, Barcelona is ready to sell Araujo to another club and it hink this is is a key point for barcelona to get additional money in order to leave from being banned to buy the new players. Manchester United is currently the club most closely associated with him and i remember that correctly if araujo has been also linked to him since last season. Barcelona is keen to cash in on him because the club must follow FFP rules by get some money in order to comply with it then la liga president will allow barcelona to buy the new players. Selling him could provide Barcelona with significant funds for future club development and help club to avoid being blacklisted from registering the new player to play in the la liga.
I believe that Araujo will not be the only player sold by the club and i strongly believe de Jong has been reported to be on the list of players for sale by Barcelona , and more to come soon. I am relieved because Barcelona recognizes that a financial problem is a serious issue that must be addressed as soon as possible before its too late.
Things are getting crazy for Barcelona, and I expect them to bring in more players from La Masia rather than signing new players from other clubs. I forgot about Xavi's request. He has been requesting that Laporta allow him to purchase the new player when he needs it.

Mistakes must be made for changes to sip through. This is just how I see it with this Lukaku's case. He has enjoyed a fantastic career and even at Inter Milan, he was good as much as he has been for Roma in front line while being proficient in goal delivery. He is still a good fit in the manager, Daniele De Rossi's plan and at 30, if he should consider leaving, it might just be to the Saudi Arabia pro league, where the money is good and better than he currently is worth, the play is easier and the fun is great.
He is still one of the players who is good enough if he has a match with the club and the coach but indeed on the other hand there are some conditions that sometimes cannot be changed because he cannot choose well his goals for his future.
Honestly, Lukaku is one of those players who has improved performance and decreased performance quickly because of the wrong decisions he made when determining his future.
He played well at Everton but indeed the mistake of choosing Chelsea and Manchester United made him decline drastically and he regained his best performance at Inter but once again he did not learn from the mistakes where he could not determine his future fate properly and was stuck in the same problem at Chelsea.

At the moment there is a good situation where De Rosi managed to re-grow Lukaku's goal scoring instinct although it is not like before but instincts like this are quite good for a player of Lukaku's age now.

For Erik ten Hag to think that leading Manchester United to the finals of the English FA Cup is a big achievement, then i think he truly doesn't understand the value of the club he's currently managing and that's the more reason why Manchester United management as a matter of urgency must start to make better plans for the club's managerial position if they don't have anyone in place already because their current manager simply do not have what it takes to help the club get back to their traditional status.
There are great managers that are currently out of job and it'll be the best decision for Manchester United to try sign one of them instead of allowing Erik ten Hag remain at the club beyond the current season. The club can not continue to be with a manager who continues to reduce the standard of the club.
Ten Hag didn't know what else to say to the fans, because he had nothing else to be proud of this season. Apart from that, it is also not certain that Ten Hag can lead Manchester United to win the FA Cup trophy. Ten Hag's statement should not have been said because it drew more harsh criticism than praise. Since failing in the Champions League, many have hoped that Manchester United management would fire Ten Hag, but the club still seems to be cool about the situation they are facing. Sir Jim Ratcliffe seems to have a lot of patience, even though the club standards are now slowly falling.

The pressure on Ten Hag at the moment is certainly enormous, it is likely that his dismissal is only a matter of time, and everything will be rearranged by the new manager next season. It's true, there are several names who deserve to be Manchester United coach next season, retaining Ten Hag doesn't feel like the right option. In any case keeping Ten Hag longer at the club will not help Manchester United develop in a better direction, but it will go backwards on a regular basis.

This is a little difficult but it can still be done especially if in this case Tuchel still has a grudge against Chelsea due to his feud with Todd 2 seasons ago.
But with a note if in the end Manchester United want to bring Tuchel then indirectly they must be ready with the overhaul done especially we know that Tuchel's style of play is different from Ten Hag even though in terms of assertiveness they have a similar situation where Tuchel also sometimes does not hesitate to make decisions that are difficult for his players to follow even though it is not as bad as Ten Hag who immediately crossed out and did not look back at the players who had a feud with him.
In addition, Manchester United need to realize that for now if there is a new coach then they must be prepared with all possibilities even for their star players because it could be that good talents such as Garnacho or Mainoo who do have good performance at this time are not included in the plans of Tuchel if indeed he will become a coach at Manchester United later.

It is wrong to say that a player who plays in the previous or current club they do it without pressure because in the end it is the same thing where the pressure continues to always be there, it's just that they are able or not to overcome the pressure and at Chelsea the pressure is greater and unfortunately they are unable to conquer it because of several internal reasons not only from their lack of adaptation but there are still many things that must be improved from Chelsea and currently what I see for Chelsea is only the purchase of Palmer is the best for now the rest is just a standard situation.

Pressure is something expected for football players. The bigger club they play for, the bigger ambition they set, the bigger pressures are expected. However, it shouldn't be something excusable to drop in performances. Good players are them who are able to overcome all the pressure on them at every level of stage.

I think the reason for Chelsea players not able to overcome the pressure is because they are a collective young players in a squad who are new to the club. High wages and high expectations have make them hard to develop, because this pressure and expectations have been making them not allowed to make mistake. This situation makes them difficult to develop, because developing means they are allowed to make mistakes which are lessons for them to learn from.
We must realize that when the decline that occurs is not entirely the fault of the player when at Chelsea because if it is the player's fault then it is possible that only 1 or 2 players experience it but what happens for Chelsea is that almost most of the players they buy are failures even though their prices are very expensive.
Mudryk, Jackson or even some other expensive players like Enzo or Nkunku are failures because with the high price that Chelsea spent, the performance they did on the field was not appropriate so it needs to be examined from this means that there is a mistake from the system not about the problem of player adaptation because if this is just an adaptation then it will not be possible that every player will fail simultaneously.

Another problem is the impatience of Todd, who only always wants instant results so that when given a bad situation, he does not hesitate to make changes again and again, which is actually a situation that is actually disturbing for the adaptation problem of the players and coaches because of their impatience.

I think it's not just Sir Jim who feels dissatisfied, the fans and we as spectators also feel the same way, where Man United's status like this is very far from being satisfied. It's no wonder why there are hot rumors regarding Ten Hag dismissal. At the start of the first season it might be quite convincing but it also requires a process, whether Sir Jim will be a little more patient and give Ten Hag another season chance or immediately make a bitter decision. From Ten Hag tactics, every time Man United plays very monotonously, the goalkeeper build up with just 1 or 2 touches is immediately taken back by the opponent. Moreover when Onana shooting range was pressed, he quickly threw the ball away. Playing a match like this is far from the fans expectations, minimal possession of the ball, plus now the storm of injuries experienced by Man United is increasingly uncertain when they face Man City in the final, they will not be able to provide any resistance.

The Bundesliga and the English League are clearly different, Tuchel in the EPL is certainly experienced enough and understands the competitive atmosphere of each club. With Chelsea he also won the 2020/2021 Champions League trophy. Compared to Ten Hag, this clearly shows that Tuchel has ambition. In the Bundesliga, no matter how bad his luck was, he would be fired depending on the result against Madrid. In his first season he was appointed to replace Nagelsmann and also succeeded in presenting the domestic trophy, then in the UCL he entered the semifinals and the question is how far Ten Hag and Man United have been successful in the UCL?

If we have to compare Tuchel and Ten Hag, of course.....

After his father's statement that Diaz really wanted to play for a big Spanish team of course triggered Barcelona and Madrid to get him, but I think it will be difficult because Luiz Diaz is one of the important pillars for Liverpool at the moment, indeed Luis Diaz's current performance is often up and down, but still he can make a lot of difference when playing so I think maybe Liverpool don't want to just let him go next season, in addition to Madrid and Barcelona, reportedly PSG are also very eager to sign him and even they are ready to pay a high price Diaz to be able to add to their strength next season, currently Diaz has a contract until 2027 and of course Liverpool will have a high bargaining value for teams who want to sign him.

Barcelona are targeting Diaz as a replacement for Osman Dembele, while PSG are ready to give the place left by Mbappe next season to Diaz, and I think even if next season Liverpool want to sell Diaz of course PSG will probably be the leading club that can get him regardless of Diaz's desire to play in Spain, for now Barcelona may find it difficult to penetrate the price asked by Liverpool if they really want to buy Diaz,  PSG are prepared to pay Liverpool €120 million to €145 million and of course it would be a consideration for Liverpool to offload Diaz, who Liverpool bought from Porto in 2022 for £40m.
Luiz Diaz been a very good advantage to the English side Liverpool having a wish to showcase himself on the Spanish La Liga platform is kind of a sad news to his English club being that the team as a whole have grown fond of him being a building block and a full time contributor to how balanced and stable the team has turned out to be.

He's been an effective midfielder who knows how well and best to deliver his role assigned till the last minute. It'll only be an enduring loss to Liverpool if his move out of the club is finalized and I must say, his absence will be felt for a while in the club.Talking about his wish to join a Spanish side, Barcelona have their eyes on the midfielder after seeing how well and advantageous he's been to the Premier League team and also seeing that he'll add impact to his position when he replaced Ousmane Dembele.

Well it's understandable that a team as big as them would go for him. He's a prospect and he's got advantages too. Well his move won't be much of a tough decision because he already has a wish and when he's seen the offer from a team as mighty to some extent as Barcelona, well it'll only be advisable that he accepts and work with the club to the best of his ability. It'll be good to watch and follow up on his performances with the Spanish side too.
