I don't think a lot of people share the same opinion though. Result wise yeah I guess being runner-up in 2 or more competitions is good but most of their fans never feel satisfied considering how many good players he had. At least that's the sentiment I often saw on social media. His squad selection gets a lot of criticism too, from PL pundits and others. If Tuchel can play an enjoyable football with England, even if he gets the same results like Southgate, maybe he'll get some praise. I doubt that's going to happen though, the fans demand a lot from him.
If he can't deliver titles then he is nothing in the eyes of the fans and there is no satisfaction for the fans for Southgate when he was still in charge of the England national team. There was a lot of criticism and almost entirely because of dissatisfaction even though he had done his best. Now Tuchel has been appointed as his replacement and I think it will be a problem if he can't deliver better than the previous coach and the big demands are on him to be able to deliver titles.

Tuchel has to work extra hard now because he will have the first problem in selecting a number of players and if he can't select the best, the strength of his team will be a little problematic.

Real Madrid is targeting another player after they hired Mbappe from PSG. At this time, they want to hire Trent Alexander-Arnold from Liverpool. However, we know Alexander Arnold was always one of the most important players for Liverpool, and they want to lose this player easily. Even Slot wants to have Alexander Arnold for a longer time in his team.
Apparently there are several targets for Real Madrid in the upcoming transfer market. In addition to Alexander Arnold and Alphonso Davis who have been targeted for a long time, RM is also eyeing Leverkusen player Florian Wirtz. But, the races will go with some big clubs, too. Moreover, rumors say that the player actually wants to go to Bayern Munich, while Leverkusen itself prefers to sell Florian Wirtz outside the Bundesliga.

Ancelotti says that they don't need any signing in January because of managing a similar condition quite well in the previous season.

I was expecting this statement from him though so not surprising at all.  Grin  But I'll give him that. He is really good at handling this kind of situations by trying new players there like I said before.

Then it seems like even if they agree terms with Trent for a free transfer as it is rumoured recently, they won't push for bringing him in January already. Do you think they should sign any player in January?
Real Madrid might not need a new signing in the attacks this January, but they might need some backup in the back. Dani Carvajal has opened a vacancy in the right-back position. Does it mean that all the speculations that Real is targeting Liverpool's Trent Alexander-Arnold are not true? I even read that Chelsea's Josh Acheampong is also on the radar of Carlo Ancelotti. Even if they don't sign Trent in January, they would have to get a player to serve as backup for the right back just like the signed Joselu until the arrival of Mbappe

I understand that the last transfer market brought lots of pressure on the elderly coach, especially with the signing of Kylian Mbappe, but I think they will sign new players if the deal is good. The club seems to be targeting players who are free to reduce costs.

However, we know Alexander Arnold was always one of the most important players for Liverpool, and they want to lose this player easily. Even Slot wants to have Alexander Arnold for a longer time in his team.
Alexander Arnold's current contract will end at the end of this season, and so far, he hasn't accepted Liverpool's offer to extend his contract with this team, which means he wants to leave. Maybe since he got an offer from Real Madrid, he doesn't want to lose the chance to join this team.

I felt so sad seeing Raphael Varane signing as a board member in como.he actually was one of my best defenders especially in his Real Madrid days. His positional awareness and the way he distributes the ball from deep was so remarkable, that's why i believe that he still had a lot to give to the game as a defender.although i could understand that he took that decision based on his injury record in all the teams he has represented, that's why i also feel that he never got to the peak of his talent and he never got to reach his full potential as a defender.
I really wish him all the best and I hope he still finds a way to teach the young defenders of Como the very art of defending.
A player's career can't be predicted because in the end, even though we know that Varane had a golden era at Madrid, in the end, his performance and injury problems at Manchester United were enough to make it difficult for him to contribute more and I think being in Serie A or Como is still something that is still good enough for him to continue his career in football.

At least for some clubs that are a little bit smaller will make him more needed than when he is at a big club because in the end it will only torture himself who is difficult to get time because he loses in competition.

Varane's legs in the last few seasons including this season have been quite fragile so that it does interfere with the performance he has and I think he is still lucky enough to be able to compete despite being in Como because in the end not a few players who do have to give up their careers because of injury problems experienced.

Very good point bro. That's why at that time I also said that even though the current Madrid squad is very capable of accepting all the challenges that exist, Ancelotti still has to bring in some new players to cover the big problem when some players are injured.
While the current defense line is very worrying and I actually believe Ancelotti can overcome all of this, but believe me something the same problem can happen to the reserve players and that's very scary.
Not expecting more but as a Madrid fan can only hope that Ancelotti will do everything well and at least be able to get another title in the UCL.
Madrid's defense has always been a concern in terms of players since the last 2 seasons but that doesn't change anything because in the end even though it is quite a concern in terms of conditions, it doesn't change the fact that Madrid is still very solid even when there are no players in the defense and Ancelotti has to pair some players who shouldn't be there but last season they looked great and it doesn't rule out this season too.

Madrid are still Madrid and with all the limitations and problems of the season they have always been able to minimize them to make it a good thing for them and while Ancelotti didn't really change the squad they have now he must have considered all the possibilities. But for January it looks like he'll start looking for defenders at least to strengthen his rotation and squad depth.

After scoring seven goals in eleven games, his below-level behaviour in the dressing room and the rape accusation against him, there are reports that Real Madrid is regretting signing Kylian Mbappe.

The rape accusation in Sweden, which he furiously denied, is the latest in the player's problems. Instead of joining other players to play international games, he decided to take a break and go partying in Sweden.

I think it is too early to start regretting the player's performance because he just joined La Liga and needs some time to get used to the playing pattern.

Mbape is innocent until proven guilty!

I think Neymar was one of the sweet football players every girl would dream of having and he was accused of rape but after careful investigations were done, he had a hidden camera in his hotel and it wasn't what happened the girl reported, she actually wanted to have him which he refused and the girl left angrily and never came back again, it was that video tape that save him otherwise Neymar career will be done by now that's why we need to be careful of this Mbape rape case.

I'm not even sure if Real Madrid will be this dumb to make this statement, this is just media groups trying to throw shade to the Madrid star because what they expect of him is not what they are seeing right now but it seems they forgot easily what he has accomplished before coming here. The guy is a long term project for Real Madrid, it will be silly of them to making such statements but I'm still sure this is anti Real Madrid media teams spreading false information.

Ancelotti has a lot of confidence in the squad that he has at the moment, think it's a good thing remembering that every player owned by Madrid is a player who has quite good potential in playing, but Ancelotti should also think if last season and this season are very different, last season Girona and Barcelona had problems with their consistency while Madrid is in good condition and also has minimal injuries,  But what happened this season should be an eye-opener for Ancelotti because however a fragile their defence due to many injured players will be a barrier for them to win the title, Madrid front line and midfield so far look very solid but not with their very fragile defence, talking about Arda Guler, I think his current position in Madrid has been very appropriate and indeed Ancelotti should have given him more opportunities to play for Develop talents and mentality his have.

Yes real Madrid needs to bring up some new players to minimize the risk in the defensive line. Indeed, the real Madrid attack is so good all the players are doing well while in defense they have a lot of lack of talent and all of their crucial players are getting injuries. Carlos Angelotti will have to bring in a new player to end these injuries because I was just watching the material against Celta Vego in which Real Madrid's attack was performing very well like Killyan Mbappe and Vinice Junior Jude Bellagham were performing very well. Weakness was visible in the Despit defense especially from the fullback position and crucial players of the fullback are injured. So Carlos Angelotti should sign a good defender in the January transfer window so that the season goes through in a better way and Real Madrid win the UCL.

Real Madrid cannot wait long with the situation in their defensive area, they will try to take advantage of the January transfer market to bring in players so that the player crisis in that area can be resolved. They are considering a centre-back target and have Aymeric Laporte on the list, with Castello Lukeba and Vitor Reis also options. Real Madrid have also made Trent Alexander-Arnold a priority target on their list of options.
The management will be very busy in this transfer market to overcome the crisis of players in the defense line, they also need to maintain the balance of their squad because the competition is still very long.

Trent Alexander-Arnold is Arne Slot's right-back of choice. I don't think Liverpool will let him go easily. He is indeed a priority target for Madrid, and it would certainly be great if he joined Madrid, which is indeed in a crisis for the defense line.
but the transfer will not be easy to happen. Arne Slot relies heavily on the 26-year-old defender. but if the agreement happens, Madrid may have to pay quite a lot to Liverpool. this transfer is still possible, but it might be quite tough. of course Madrid has several other options.
The rumor of Trent Alexander-Arnold being a major target for both Real Madrid and Barcelona has been on for some time and I think Liverpool will have no hand to hold him back since it appears that Trent Alexander-Arnold will have no contract with Liverpool by January so he's definitely going to choose between joining Real Madrid and Barcelona but it he's joining Real Madrid I think he will be going as a free agent so Real Madrid will not be paying much to secure his signature unless they decide to sign him when his contract is still on.

News about around Manchester United: https://x.com/DeadlineDayLive/status/1847294660282134825
The news is that Manchester United are in contact with former Dortmund coach - Edin Terzić he is the closest candidate of the other candidates to replace Ten Hag.

Edin Terzić led Dortmund to the Champions League final last season despite ultimately failing and resigning from coaching, but it was a good achievement despite only finishing top 5 in the Bundesliga.

What do you think? Will Erik Ten Hag be sacked if he loses against Brentford? Or will he be retained for the next match?
I heard Zidane, but Terzic isn't a bad deal neither. To be fair, Zidane looks like he is happy as a retired person and he is not really doing anything, he didn't turn out to be someone who dislikes retirement. Look at Klopp, he retired completely last season, like literally only a few months ago, and now he is in charge of all red bull football teams, because some people can't stay retired and they feel like they have to do something or else they get bored.

Zidane doesn't have that, it's been years since he managed Real Madrid, and he is not looking for any teams, there are many teams who keep on asking him to get back on the horse and try again, but he just declines and he is doing fine. Terzic on the other hand is not looking to stay unemployed, and United has a big issue right now, so having a team like United would be a dream for him. I am sure he can take this team to a new level and he has shown his talents at Dortmund so far, we can trust him with United.
That's right, Edin Terzic is not a bad manager, he has an impressive managerial reputation during his time at Dortmund, and of course he is better than Ten Hag. Regarding Zidane, I think the chances of recruiting the former Real Madrid manager are quite low, it seems that he is not interested in a career in the Premier League.
Manchester United managed to win over Brentford today, and maybe the management will consider Ten Hag again to be retained. However, there is no guarantee regarding Ten Hag's future, what is clear is that if the management wants a change of manager, Edin Terzic and Zinade are very worthy of being on the target list.
Financially, recruiting a manager without a club will benefit Manchester United, although on the other hand they have to bear the compensation to Ten Hag if they fire him.

Juventus has no money to take Zikzee while Dusan is on the squad, if they buy him it is only beacuse they sell Vlahovic
Juventus is on the same situation of Manchester United, they olnly have 1 striker, if anything will happen to him it will be dramatic for the team with probably Nico Gonzales moved as 1st attacker of the team.

If you look at the reason why the player is still at juventus you will found out that it was because of the club financial difficulties and that they couldn’t get a new striker, so yes before they move to another player or striker Vlahovic will be put up for sale. Juventus have shown interest into some strikers for the January transfer but it seems the Manager just wants to reunite with Joshua Zirkzee who is having a tough time at Manchester United at the moment

I think you are mistaken because Manchester United currently have two strikers in person of Hojlund and Zirkzee, they also have Ethan Wheatley who they promoted last season from the academy, so they have options but the options are players of same characteristics and as such they need another different profile of a player at the front

I will keep my thing brief and short, disregard news like this, people and journalist can raise up propaganda just like this so they can get clicks, this news is far from correct. He has only refused going for international break because he wants to only play the important games for France. Well, Deschamps wasn't happy with this in between. Also, I want to say that Kylian Mbappe is not the problem of Real Madrid, what's missing right now for Real Madrid is no other person but Toni Kross, until they get someone who can do something like him, they'll thrive and at the same time struggle. Exactly, Real Madrid wanted too, the talks of only Real Madrid club president wanting him is a huge lie.

He is actually really good at handling situations that him like it is going out of hand. both in the field and outside the field. So I do not think it was actually unexpected from him to say something like that. if it was expected from anybody it was expected from him. And I have seen Real Madrid make a comeback from bad situations before. So injury situations are something that Real Madrid can actually handle.

I think Trent is not joining Real Madrid. Because the Liverpool boss has said that he(Trent) is more interested in playing in the premier league and also concentrated on the future with Liverpool. So I think this might be just a rumor.

Garbage news, or rather not news but journalists' inventions. Even if Real is unhappy with Mbappe, it will definitely not be after a few games, it is obvious that time and big games are needed to evaluate such a large investment.
As for Mbappe missing the garbage games of the League of Nations, we can only praise him.
Regarding the rape allegations, more details are needed, but I think that here is something similar to the case with Neymar (when Neymar was saved by a video of a girl attacking him haha).
One of the most expensive players in the world moves to the one of the best clubs in the world and right after the start of the season gets caught up in a rape scandal and it was so serious that Real removed Mbappe even from their advertising campaign, even though he was there before.
It is clear that now Real are thinking what to do with all this and how to get rid of Mbappe, so that he did not lose much in his transfer value. Mbappe was lucky that everything did not end for him like for Mason Greenwood with a suspension from the team and Mbappe still continues to play for Real, but apparently the patience of Ancelotti and the club is gradually running out and Mbappe to stay in Real now must constantly score and not get into scandals and then he will have a chance to play in Real.

Quite disappointed at the level of desperation that so many suppose journalists or content creators go to pass wrong information or uncertain information, just to get more traffic or attention to themselves. How many games has mbappe played so far that can possibly lead to real madrid having regrets already. The season hasn't gone far at all, and some journalist or content creator is already cooking up stories somewhere. These is why we only have few journalist that are well known. If Fabrizio Romano had spent his early days cooking up fake stories, I don't think he would have gotten to where he is today. And the last time I checked, real Madrid never paid a dime to PSG.

Though it's quite unfortunate that mbappe is experiencing a tough time like this. Times like these often affect some players, especially the popular ones. I'm not sure if the whole allegations has been proven, but I think those who are putting pressure on him should give him a breathing space, rather than looking for how to put him on the headlines.

Manchester United too late to replace Tuchel with Ten Hag, now England has officially hire Tuchel to manage their senior team, this is a big loss for Manchester United.
Honestly I don't think Tuchel will able to change something in England's team because they already have all star players, it's not about to select the best players anymore, but it's all about strategy.
Tuchel is lack of strategy, but he know how to train the players.

Manchester United had the chance of getting rid of Ten Hag Towards the end of the last season but they have decided to keep him as the coach of the squad. I think everyone knows that it was a bad decision and obviously Manchester United is suffering because of that. this is a time when it is really hard to actually find good coaches.

we all know that Manchester United is currently starting with a pretty bad one. the problem is even if Manchester United do decide to let him go, there is a very big chance that the next coach that they are going to bring in is also not going to bring in good results for Manchester United. I think before the owners of Manchester United change, nothing is actually going to change. mostly because The Glazer family does not care about winning, they only care about the money and PR stuff. you are not going to bring in good results if you are only desperate about having better shirt sales.

Of course it will be difficult to negotiate for Liverpool's mainstay player, Alexander Arnold. Surely Liverpool will set a very high price and they will also make it difficult for this player to stay at Liverpool for a long time. Real Madrid in my opinion is a little late in building their defense line, they do have good names in defense, but when the situation is different like this then they don't have many options. There is no other choice for Real Madrid to move quickly in the upcoming transfer window. now they can't do much except rotate to make the 11 players on the field continue to be solid.

They are not wrong, they literally mentioned last year and they still ended up with absolutely no issues even without a striker. I mean they did had Joselu there is no reason to say they had "no" striker, but to be fair they are not as good as Real Madrid level so we can't really consider this current situation as great, since we are dealing with something that is similar for right back as well.

If they managed last season without a striker which I honestly believe is more important than a right back, then we can definitely see them play without a right back this season. So, no pressure on them to have a transfer this January, would not make sense to rush into getting a player because they may not like the result.
