This looks quite funny but it is exactly the ugly truth that is happening to bounty participants. You suffer to work and promote a project only to be told stories at the end.
Exactly true. Really i have that experience. Even while working on the bounty are already a lot of shadow and a stupid dream in my head. I've several times experienced things like what you tell to us. As a bounty hunter sometimes feel like we are useless people and they mocked us. We've worked hard but when the project successful they throwing us like trash. Indeed, not all project but from middle of 2018 until now a lot of projects like that. Even we had the bad experience but that does not mean we should stop. Maybe we just not lucky.
I'm relate at your thread, Actually i'm always experience on that kind of project always extend and promises in the end the coins you receive will become a shitcoins and if you ask in the telegram they going to block your account. All you said are true.
Shitcoin mostly hire people to manage their communities, and not many people care about the community. So most of these groups often get spammed and then go into the past

A sad truth for the bounty hunters, i think we as bounty hunters should also have the right to get the rewards of our job and hardwork for the bounty campaign we join. Now that the market is lame, this would happen to several bounties and its a sad part on the side of a the bounty hunters.
That is funniest part of bounty hunters 
when join wrong project because developer not really serious with project we get nothing. Some people include me must already faced this problem, and what make we angry if bounty held for very long time.

For sure bounty hunters are really relate with that because mostly that happen in the bounty campaigns and I think people choice if they are going to join to bounty or not. Taking risk is needed and even the bounty manager did not know if the project become really successful.
That's what often happens to me when participating in a bounty. Very many projects that I have followed admin or telegram the project died. Maybe the project failed so there were no developments in the project. That is the experience that often happens to me when participating in a bounty.

Admin: We decided to pause the campaign because our legal advisor suggests for our product to be fully compliant with the country’s regulations.
Bounty Hunter: (facepalm)
After 1 month....
Admin: Good news bounty hunters! We will now resume our bounty campaign. Since ICO was extended for a month, the same goes to our bounty campaign. Happy bounty hunting!
Bounty Hunter: Yippee!!!
After 1 month (one day before the ICO ends)....
Admin edits the ICO countdown timer and replied: Due to overwhelming demand, we decided to extend the ICO to another 2 months!
Bounty Hunter: Whaaaaat??? (But decides to continue the signature campaign).
After 2 months....
Admin: Congrats bounty hunters! Our ICO is successful! Here’s the final spreadsheet!
Bounty hunter looks at the spreadsheet and replied: 1,000 stakes for me! Yippee! I’m excited for my tokens to be distributed.
Admin: Good for you! We will distribute the tokens within 2 weeks!
Bounty Hunter: All right! My hardwork finally pays off in 2 weeks! Can’t wait!

Admin: I received an advise from our legal advisor that bounty hunters must complete KYC process. Since we have an influx of bounty hunters, approving your KYC might take days to weeks.

After 3 weeks....
Bounty Hunter receives an email that his KYC was approved and was excited, however.....
Admin: We would like to congratulate those bounty hunters who have passed their KYC. Unfortunately, we had a meeting with the development team. It has come to a conclusion that our team voted for bounty hunter tokens to be locked and will be distributed after 6 months to avoid massive dumping in the exchange.
Bounty Hunter: Admin I HATE YOU!!!!
After 6 months....
Admin: Bounty hunter tokens are now unlocked. You can now transfer your tokens from the dashboard to your ETH wallet. Thank you!
Bounty hunter transfers his tokens to his ETH wallet. After successfully transferred, he goes to Etherdelta exchange where he can trade his token to BTC or ETH. Unfortunately, the token’s buying orders are empty. Only selling orders appear with the lowest bid at $0.001 per token.
Bounty hunter: F*** you admin!!!!! My efforts are wasted coz’ they’re worth shitcoins!!!!
Admin: (blocks bounty hunter from Telegram channel).

I tell you guys this is for real. I don't know what happen with those projects where locking tokens became a thing now. Extensions, Delays and telegram blocking now became a part of bounties because of the market condition. I felt that this is worse than getting scammed in a bounty because you know if your scammed unlike real projects that lets you hope for a reward that is just a dust balance.
I have been there so many times and I know the feeling so after Adab I just stopped doing bounty and shifted to Bitvest they are not an ICO I can also do criticism to these ICO because I am not apart of them anymore, it's hard to become an ICO participant now.
I have experienced the same story, when Kyc was rejected and finally got nothing. but for the average that happens now is the process of listing tokens to a very long market exchange, so many tokens are worthless.

It's just a wonderful, the most exact, widespread, short and true story about an average bounty campaign. I experienced it a few times in the beginning of 2018 and I've decided to quit for a while. We'll see what we'll get now in 2019))

I am also losing my motivation to continue this bounty hunting industry. I guess if the market gets well soon I will go back with a big force to promote ICO's again and again.
This is the most common story happen to most of bounty campaigns which I partecipated in 2018..... it's sad but true man... bounty hunting it's 90% of time a waste of time now... 
I still continue to participate in the bounty campaigns and I believe that in the future those coins that I earn now will bring me profit in the futureVery well said. At least earning pennies are better than nothing at all, but who knows, one day it would skyrocket. Back then, I was excited, energized and motivated in doing a lot of bounties. Due to the bear market, almost all of the tokens I've earned are "super-dumped" and new ones would distribute like 10% every month or so, which is also one thing I hated about and it will not save us from getting the value dumped. They're not treating bounty hunters equally.
An absolute true and precise analysis of the bounty campaign in 2018, for me, most especially with the medichain campaign.

Unlikely and there are several reasons for that, first of all the bear market that is making many investors afraid to invest in icos, second the huge number of scams going on which are making that an increasing number of investors question if it is a good idea to invest at all and finally the huge number of bounty hunters, as long as they keep joining those campaigns that do not pay them and make all kind of demands out of them what the OP describes will keep happening. it is becoming a long and long wait for me.

As Michael Jackson says 'you are not alone'! This sad story is far to common now and our work is no longer being appreciated. It comes a point where we need to think if it is still worth our time, promoting a project that will never give you any worthwhile rewards
unfortunately is a very frequent situation in recent times and there is really little to do,team always put a notice the rules can change at any time, i personally always choose short campaigns of one or two months that are promptly extended by two others month without the increase of token for the bounty hunters and in the end i do not know if they will pay or the final value of these tokens, the solution would be to deposit the bounty tokens at the start of the campaign at an escrow...
Oh and i thought i was the only one. Atleast we all are in the same sh1t. Btw there is something that needs to be done for Admins as they are ripping the bounty hunters from their hardwork money.
Unfortunately it is true and we cannot do something about it. Admins do not want to share tokens when the value is high and are doing it only after a huge token dump to reduce the risks of another dump from hunters.
You are a good script written. there is a campaign we are still battling to get our bounty reward, till date the team are shifting the date from one week to another. To be precise the name of the campaign was OTPPAY. I know that it an undeniable fact that bounty hunters are those that brings success to most of the ICO.
He is completely right, he is not exaggerating the circumstance. The projects are not reliable therefore they are forcing bounty hunters to cheat. In my opnion the project should give eth for bounty hunters not their ico.
It probably impossible cause they are promoting their tokens in the market, it doesn't make sense and a big shame for them if they never used it to pay for the participants. The reality came into the statement of OP as it usually happen now, we can't deny it and mostly bounty hunters are shouting for their rewards which most likely they patiently wait for almost for nothing, it is really disgusting.
