forager is currently mining

blah blah blah ..

but when LOLminer starts, it is running on device 0, e.g. GPU0 is submitting all the shares, which is my 1080ti

if I change the LOLminer .json from  "--devices #Devices#", to  "--devices 1",

how is that going to screw me over later??

it's going to screw you on every other miner.

You need to set it in the config.ini file..

i.e.

GpuGroups = [{"GroupName": "RX570", "GroupType": "AMD", "Devices": "1", "PowerLimits": "100"}, {"GroupName": "1080s", "GroupType": "NVIDIA", "Devices": "0", "PowerLimits": "100,90,80"}]

you're welcome.

I think I found the solution

removed @devices tag from N- and A- .json, and put in the correct device number for this rig                             !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi,
I switched 2 rigs to latest github clone this morning. Both win10 64bit - 4gb RAM

1. rig - 2x RX570_8gb - blockchain drivers
2. rig - 2x RX580_4gb - 18.6.1

On rig 1 it shows - Ellesmere_32cu3gb

On rig 2 it shows - Ellesmere_36cu3gb

why not 8gb & 4 gb? accordingly the algos using more then 3gb are not activated.

regards,
g.

edit:
JCE 033b18 is no longer working. I suspect due to the device config?

Interesting... Can you please post output from OpenCLList.bat and DeviceList.bat ?
