Guys Please be aware, this casino will delayed your cashout for more than 24 hours, it is not instantly like what they said!
Everytime I made withdraw they always delayed it, I have been playing at their casino for 3 years long but they still treat me like crap
Nope, never that happened since i first use Fortunejack until now. The withdraw always went smooth, nothing to be worry. Whatever the amount, it's small or huge, it always went through just in couple mins. Never ever delayed only for once.

Idk about your case, you have been using FJ for 3 years, but you are always playing on here when you said everytime you withdraw, it always been delayed for more than 24 hours, why you still using FJ then?
I didn't say that they are not paying me? I just said they always delayed my withdrawal unreasonable??? You hear what I mean? They always come with a reason that they are waiting for the confirmation of the game provider and that is a bullshit reason to delayed my money.

🎮 0% MARGIN IEM Cologne 2021 🎮

Hello dear community members,

We’ve some excited news to the fellow gamblers of the bitcointalk. As we’ve been getting way too many requests regarding improving the odds for the sports markets, our team has decided to exclusively offer the highest odds for Cologne 2021 matches.

Starting from today, all over to July 18, we will be having so-called zero margin for all the matches of the tournament. I guess, it’s go-to-use opportunity for the ones who bet on e-sports and play sportsbook in general.

Hi Fortunejack
I want to thank you for making the high odds for the Euro matches! It was cool!
And also thank you for your honest work!

Now a question about the promo "CS: GO 0% MARGIN" FOR IEM COLOGNE 2021
Although I usually do not place bets on such events, it was interesting for me to see.

There will be two matches today, July 17:

G2 Esports - Astralis
 1.64 - 2.13   (margin 7.34% )

Faze Clan - Natus Vincere
2.88 - 1.36  (margin 7.62%)

Why do you call it "0% margin" Huh

Is this some kind of mistake by the operator who set the odds?
You can make an announcement like "place your bets on the championship CS:GO" but why do you call it "0% margin"?
It is immediately clear that the margin is very large!

and same was with UFC odds !!!

Was there a response to this question about claiming best odds or zero margin and not following through?

-
Hey there, thanks for letting us know your feedback.

Our team has researched the concern you were talking about and unfortunately we can confirm the fact of us not having the zero margin for the odds you mentioned above. There was an update going on onto the provider's side which caused the percentage difference at that time of you placing a bet.

Once again sorry for having such a bad experience, would be awesome if you could let me know if any of you placed the bets onto the e-sports markets within the campaign requirements so I can give them a look and act accordingly.

A little bit late, but thanks for organising the EURO 2020 prediction contest on Fortunejack combined with all the contests organised here on bitcointalk. It has been a successfull EURO 2020 for me as I won 2 freebets (on BCT) and made winning multiples! I was also close in the prediction contest on the site itself (for the playoffs) but failed to predict in a correct way the semi final and the final.
Could all the winners of the prediction contest also be posted on the site itself, as I can't find it back anymore ?

Hi,
I Check my comment to see if I had written "?"...all right as I wrote it, in fact I got to that post without doubts,  thanks to having gone through support before, by the way who very kindly answered all my doubts at the point indicated (ty).

The post it refers to what I wrote, there it is, it is a communication issue (between the message I commented[1] and myself), maybe only individual, but as I said in the quote "Nothing really happens, just making the correct deposit".

It was something like suggesting "improve" that message, that does not imply anything, in fact it is not a complaint, just in case I mention it. I know that my message "maybe" does not achieve anything or seeks to do so, but if support has received my suggestion and it is repeated it is possible that it will happen, the casinos cannot conform to individual suggestions or change for things like "." and "," (e.g.) for individual appreciations, but at least FJ allows a thread like this, where it allows users to express themselves, rightly or not, but then that is up to the discretion of each person or those involved.

In any case, your answer is very kind, thank you.  Smiley

Stating the summary for the ongoing debate of sports bet settlement topic:

In the past, all the bets placed in any of the cryptocurrency were settled and paid out in BTC. For example: sports bet made in TRX, was still given as a Bitcoin. While, as for all the users are rewarded in a crypto coin that they deposited and later on placed a bit with.

If you still have any concerns around this topic, don't hesitate to list it over here for some discussion.

If it is the case, that's why some people gets confused with your previous post since you say that any cryptos will be converted to bitcoin when placing bets on sports. I understood it like anytime I place a bet with lets say LTC, then it will be converted into bitcoin on the bet slip. Can you give an example from one of your TRX bet that was converted to BTC when you won it? If it is indeed the used system, I wonder which rate is being used by Fortunejack to convert winning bets from altcoins to bitcoin.

Oh yeah I only use TRX so I assume it applies to all cryptos, sorry if that's wrong
first deposit and first bet, when I participate in the freebet promotion

This is my deposit in march https://imgur.com/pl3dzn8
This is my bet on the same day https://imgur.com/wZhfOyP

I also forgot when this bet was placed, was it this year or last year

.......

@Bitnity I feel that there’s some confusion here because FJ won’t force the currency conversion on its user’s, and I’m not entirely sure what happened in this case but I refuse to believe his statement. Furthermore I’m sure as soon as Tornike sees this he’ll immediately respond and clear the air about it, till then let’s not speculate about this.

As far as i remember on my last bet, all winning bets will be converted to BTC please remember only winning bets have been settled, I don't know if this system has been changed but I'm sure they are still using it. btw my last bet using TRX.

Are you sure about this conversion from other crypto to bitcoin while we are placing bet on sports? I placed a bet on sports with LTC last May but it was not converted into bitcoin. Is this a new system on Fortunejack that has just been implemented recently?

I have never seen an automatic conversion from altcoins into bitcoin in my account either. I have played with and deposited ether several times and it was never converted to bitcoin. When I won, I was able to withdraw my winnings in ether. But I do remember one instance where a conversion from bitcoin to ether happened for some reason. I initially deposited bitcoin, placed a bet, and when I wanted to withdraw it, my winning balance was displayed in ether instead.

No, there is no automatic currency conversion as far as i know in fortune jack. That wouldn't be fair because all the alts have different rates and they don't follow bitcoin. I hope this is not a new feature. If i am betting with LTC, i would want to win or loss in the same currency and also don't want to complicate calculations.

Join the world-leading crypto sportsbook NOW!
Checking in late to say thanks again for that 1x2 tourney, Tornike, you guys do quite a nice Jackmate every season, and I think this was a lot less buggy than the Champions League one (at least for me, everything including the leaderboard worked well) so well done on that.

As I mentioned earlier, it would be nice to tweak the points system in 1x2 and even use an odds-based points to reward those who pick the unlikelier score (enter your picks, and if they win, they win at the odds they were at the time). Or to put a 1x2 plus scoreline, and then credit the scoreline outcomes together with 1x2 to give more points to those who also get the score right, also weighed with odds markets? =)

See you all again next season (which is soon!).

Hi, fortuneJack
I like the "Welcome Freebet" promotion.

On the other hand I just made a deposit for a 100% bonus but it turns out that I deposited $ 20 (TRX) but the equivalent was in Fiat, it is obvious, later Smiley

I think the message"Deposit min 0.002 BTC / 20 USD (or the equivalent in other currencies)" can be confusing, even more so when we forget about traditional Fiat deposits because we always do it in crypto, but they exist in FortuneJack with skrill.

Nothing really happens, just making the correct deposit, but it is possible that for another player it could become a disappointment.

Cheers.

Did you mean ''welcome freebet'' for sports betting ? I don't see the minimum deposit there is only a minimum stake of 0.1 mBTC and only for first sports betting
BTW if you deposit using any crypto when placing a sports bet all your crypto will be converted to Bitcoin.

If you have questions regarding the rules, you should ask in live chat they will answer you faster.
