I have no issue opening the site in firefox browser. I even tried on my mobile phone and the site is loading fine. There is some suggestion on how to fix the 500 Internal error

I always have several browsers, sometimes helps a speedy fix to just alter setup slightly. Some allow flash some dont, one I need specifically for the old Silverlight platform theres always something useful on each imo. If you have a spare browser, you can do a full reset of the settings and cookies, cache and that can be necessary to reset your progress on a site then relog. Ctrl-F5 is the fastest way to refresh properly, in some cases you might need to reset or turn off your router for 10 minutes or more and most people just try another computer but then you need to be careful to log out etc. A couple of websites check status of a website and can show some history maybe, like if you google downforeveryoneorjustme.

I agree that fortunejack is serving all of us for years and maintaining their reputation levels at high hence worrying on when they are down is not making any sense in my view as well.

Honestly, I do play at fortunejack and I never find them down. Probably their site may face some hiccups due to recent launch of new version and bug fixing but not in longer duration.

May be new verision is not working properly because I am also facing some problems and login is also taking some good time but support is very active and giving replies very quickly its very good part of Fortunejack so hopefully this will able to fix this all in near future and we will able to have good view of site again because right now I am unable to place sports bets on soccer.

I used 2FA and mobile number at Fortunejack and neither was a great hassle to setup or use ever that I can remember. Its personal preference which is easiest, sometimes I have a blackspot issue in terms of coverage so 2FA can be the more immediate of the two but mostly not found a reason to avoid either. Fortunejack works fine on my end, I can login without any issues now. So better to check your browser or connection, you do not need to worry that much. Don't you think that verifying the cell phone number at a gambling site is annoying and they should discontinue this feature. Why do they need our phone numbers to be verified ? For 2fa, google verification is much better than the SMS verification.

In my personal opinion, cellphone number verification is quite complicated, and what you are saying is true 2fa verification is far superior and simpler for FortuneJack users, there is not much we can do because they make it their main rule so that our accounts are verified

I am not sure about your bonus so just because of this can't give any comment about this better you contact online support they will guide you better or if you can give some information then may be I will abable to help you in this case because most of bonus are available for casino games nothing else and most games are also very limited so now its on you how you manage this all.
