How long you usually take to process affiliate withdrawal? Its been more than 12 hours but still in pending. I hope it wont take many days to process as my last withdrawal (last year) from the affiliate program took 4 days to be processed. I think Fortunejack should back to the old affiliate program where users get the commission directly to FJ's account every month, by this way users are able to use the commission to play without requesting to withdraw it. Hope you consider it FJ.
It is the 4th day since I requested withdrawal from the affiliate program but still pending. Emailed affiliate support on 12th but no answers till today, are you all so busy guys? It is just small amount, but why it takes too long?
https://prnt.sc/of5vl8 6th day still nothing
I asked about it to live support yesterday, she (Nancy) said that she would check it with relevant department and would contact me through email within next few hours. Its been more than 20 hours (cant be called as "few" imho) since she said it but I do not receive any emails.
I wonder, is this long withdrawal only on the affiliate program or on the casino too because I did not make any withdrawals in the last few weeks at Fortunejack casino?
Hi Bitinity,
Just writing to say, that I made inquiries and I have been told, that you will be answered on your affiliate email today ^^
Cheers,
David.
Yes I just received the answer, support tells me that it is not allowed to be both player and affiliate. Sorry to say but it is like a joke for me, it is the first time I see an affiliate program of a gambling site has such rule. It means that all your players have no chance to earn from the affiliate program because of this new rule?
Does it mean that my FJ account wont be able to make withdrawal because I'm violating the new rule? There was no rule like this when I created my FJ account as well as the affiliate account. Logically I cant be accused as violating the rules as the new rule (not allowed to be both player and affiliate) come years after I created both account.
It is just unfortunate why you did not close any affiliate accounts which are connected to FJ account when you released the new rules. So please tell me the truth, does my FJ account affected with this? If so then I wont play here anymore as I wont be able to make withdrawal because of this new rule.
Edit:
Support also tell me that there was reminder of the new rule on May when I requested my last withdrawal from the gambling account. If my account suspected to violate the new rule, why you still accept my deposits during June and July? I wonder if I won on that period of time (June & July), then I wont be able to get my winning because of the new rules but you will still accept my deposits? It sounds unfair for me.
Edit 2:
I just received my affiliate withdrawal, a bit confuse to be honest. I thought it wont be processed because of the above reason. But still I want to know about the future about my FJ gambling account and my affiliate account just do not want to get something bad in the future related to this issue about the new rule that users are not allowed to be both players and affiliate.
