I have couple of questions relating to this new announcement, what is the time duration that we are able to replace the bet eg one hour prior the game or 24 hours prior it. If we choose to delete the bet after we have placed it how soon will we get our money back, and will any fees will be deducted for cancelling the bet. It is progressive jackpot, it goes up until someone hits it - then it goes down a bit. Then up until someone hits it again.

The chances of winning on each bar shouldn't be divided equally because the bigger jackpots accumulates so much before someone hits it.

If the mini jackpot doesn't decrease or only by a small amount then there's a lot of gamblers betting at the same time.

I don't see what is so hard to understand - randomly triggered jackpot + you get one of the rewards from top of the screen.

Is it divide equally on each bars? Because I saw from the videos that most of them hitting the mega and only some of them hit on mini. If you said that we get the numbers everything, why the numbers only decreasing a little then? You will get 10.00 from the mini but still it does not reduces by 10.00 from the videos




As I check on the videos, I only get the one hit with 5 lions but it is not on  line 1 and the second video is he did not hit any lions within. If you hit one of the jackpot you don't have to calculate the amount, you'll take everything from the jackpot. After winning the jackpot it'll get reduced or reset back to the base amount(depending on which currency you're playing) and that's why you'll see the numbers drop frequently on the mini jackpot.

So what does the mini, minor, major, and mega refers to? I do not think that it is pretty easy to get 5 lions on the middle row? Jackpot wheel is randomly triggered, it means you don't have to win the bet. The bigger bet amount - higher chance that you will trigger the wheel.
Jackpot amount doesn't depend on bet, it is always one of the amounts which is shown at the top of the screen.

Last email from affiliate support says that they will block my affiliate account and let me to continue as Fortunejack player. I'm not sure when they will block my affiliate account but I just tried to open it and I can still access my affiliate account.

It is indeed confusing for new player but actually it is simple. To win the jackpot you need to hit a 5 lion symbol in the first payline (middle) then you will get the chance to spin the mega moolah jackpot wheel. Scatter does not give you chance to get the jackpot wheel. Coming up to the prize, it is starting from not the starting bet. Afaik no matter how much your bet amount, you have the chance to win the jackpot as long as you get 5 lion symbol on the first line. I have won few times the mini jackpot with the minimum bet $0.25. Yes I just received the answer, support tells me that it is not allowed to be both player and affiliate. Sorry to say but it is like a joke for me, it is the first time I see an affiliate program of a gambling site has such rule. It means that all your players have no chance to earn from the affiliate program because of this new rule?
Does it mean that my FJ account wont be able to make withdrawal because I'm violating the new rule? There was no rule like this when I created my FJ account as well as the affiliate account. Logically I cant be accused as violating the rules as the new rule (not allowed to be both player and affiliate) come years after I created both account.
It is just unfortunate why you did not close any affiliate accounts which are connected to FJ account when you released the new rules. Support also tell me that there was reminder of the new rule on May when I requested my last withdrawal from the gambling account. If my account suspected to violate the new rule, why you still accept my deposits during June and July? 6th day still nothing
I asked about it to live support yesterday, she (Nancy) said that she would check it with relevant department and would contact me through email within next few hours. Its been more than 20 hours (cant be called as "few" imho) since she said it but I do not receive any emails.
I wonder, is this long withdrawal only on the affiliate program or on the casino too because I did not make any withdrawals in the last few weeks at Fortunejack casino?
