I did not even predict 1 correct goal scorer last week LOL. This guy got 5 out of 7 already which deserves 30mbtc free bet, hopefully he can win more than 1btc with the free bet so he wont be disappointed too much because of the two "unlucky" wrong predictions.
Anyway, I have to support what Pmalek said previously. It would be nice if we can place our prediction before every match starts so we can see the line-up first, it means that we will have better chance for correct predictions

It is not even that he got 5 out of 7 right, he actually got 7 out of 7 right in any other normal day, this was just like an insane bad luck, like even Rashford missing a penalty could happen and we can say that is understandable however we are talking about Kane actually getting robbed.

I am pretty sure people will eventually get it right 7/7, its just not that many possibilities involved in many teams, most of them have their high scorers already and that is a big possibility of them scoring, now there could possibly be no scorers because games end 0-0 all the time however if the game ends with even a single goal there is a high chance the leading scorer of that team is the one that scored, not gonna be easy of course but I am sure it will happen.

Sometimes 1 or 2 days make a big difference if a player has a slight injury. Lets say the first match of the round is on a Friday. That means that the predictions for Saturday, Sunday and potentially Monday have to be placed on Friday. Now imagine that a teams best striker is initially set to miss the next match because of some injury but 2 days later he is cleared by the medical team and ready to play. We made our predictions based on the initial info from Friday and now we can't change the data.

We're currently working hard to bring that addition to the players of Jackmate. However, it may take some time to get it done. Thanks for providing feedback, it surely means a lot. Wink

not sure about the live bets though , but so far I never seen any wrong line live with FJ at all

I'm busy currently for the next 2 days but I will try to investigate further through the forums for you , I would also recommend you to post in SBR forums and see what others think about the situation since some people may had similar bets with other sites

maybe wait a little till they respond , if they didn't I guess you need to open a scam accusation for that

You do not need to be so much disappointed. Better is to contact the support and wait patiently. Do not expect them to resolve your query instantly and by passing the queue. If you could wait for sometime, i am sure FJ will resolve your issues provided you are not violating their terms and conditions.

They will not resolve it. They have no interest in resolving it. They are free to comment here publicly why. They say their provider called the game suspicious and have said betradar marked it as suspicious but I know someone who works there and he showed me it was not suspicious but bookies lost lots of money on it. FJ are just liars.

Too bad we can't submit the predictions anytime before any of the matches kick off. That way it would be possible for example to see the lineups and based on those make your picks.

@Tokeweed I too have picked Martial to score, and he’ll be the 4th Manchester United player to score in three opening games. Do we have to submit all matches at once or can we predict the matches for Saturday until a certain time on Saturday and the matches for Sunday/Monday on the following day?
