Why would cancel? They do already recognize and waiting for your confirmation and will release your withdrawal if they would find out to be reasonable. Multi accounting is really against on gambling site terms but FJ do still decide to make negotiations into your issue and will really consider to make it through but as being said dont play already with multi-accounts.

I think you were already explained what the exact violation of ToC's was and I don't think there is something else to discuss here. And for the kind reminder, I really do not think this can qualify as a scam accusation at any level. Its simple - there are some rules and we follow them and ask our dear players to follow as well. But as I see this is a case of unawareness more than a purposeful abuse of bonuses, promotions or any other service provided by us for your personal gain, and I think our fraud department agrees with me here as well.

But here again, we have to agree that case of multi-accounting, in the condition when two accounts are in active use, is prohibited and ToC is absolutely clear about this. But in this case, after discussions with our fraud department and detailed review of your case, taking into consideration the fact that you have not been linked with bonus abuse and withdrawal is just a minor amount and obviously talks about your involvement in any fraudulent activities won't be serious, I am ready to negotiate with fraud department on behalf of your story and issue the withdrawal, but you also have to promise that you will stop playing on multi-accounts and keep just one. If these terms are fine with you, let's talk and we can sort everything out.

This two accounts-type issue actually happened to me as well upon trying to withdraw, but in the end I was able to keep my main account and the other was deleted. I basically explained I made the original account a long time ago and that I forgot it existed, so I made a new account on the site, and apparently that was a legitimate response and they actually let me keep my new account.

As veleten stated above, the ToS you apparently breached was having multiple accounts.

judging by the screenshot,you were asked to choose one of the accounts to keep
a trick question,but you kind of confessed to having two accounts and asked to keep the one you were playing on and to close the second one
so support gladly obliged and closed BOTH quoting breach of their TOS
what happened is probably you were using a public VPN and your IP's matched the other accounts address or you had two accounts from the start and forgot about the first one
you should have told them you have just one account

You could open thread in Scam Accusation section if you feel they are guilty and scammers.
Seems on email they asked you which to choose alive but on chat, they ask the same + request verification which I think isn't what they need (How much did you withdraw?).
Wish you success, they aren't scammers and I think your problem will be solved. You did great job by posting here (more attantion from staff).

On the 8th of March, I was betting on FortuneJack, suddenly my account gets logged out, and moments later I get an email from [email protected] telling me that someone has made a withdrawal, which I ofcourse denied and told them to cancel it immidietely. They asked me what account I'd like to keep, and I explained and told them I'd like to keep the one I was only playing on, right after that, within minutes, my account gets blocked, no response at all from Fortunejack, and they refused to give any explanations.


I tried for days contactnig them on live support, finally I get some response. and here it goes:

So, they won't give me an explaination why they closed my Account, no ToS was broken, I'd say, stay far away from this site, regards.

I don't think they have any such limitations. At least I didn't see any such mention in their announcement. The winner will be chosen based on the impact analysis as per what the admin said. You do really got some points and its good for it to be clarified and i forgot they dont choose up those medium or steem platforms and you are right there would be lots of competitors.Ive been drolling on the prize, i cant even imagine you would really have the chance to win 1 btc coin with just an analysis. Might really have slim chance but would really be worth to try. (crossed-fingers)

This jackmate competition is for short fundamental analysis and that is the reason why they have chosen twitter as a platform. Otherwise they would have chosen medium or steem or some similar platform. Frankly speaking, not everyone has the capability to write a very detailed analysis. So in that case the competition would have seen far less competitors and limited impact. But with short analysis a lot more people will be able to join and try their luck. I mean it makes things easier for all of us especially when the prize is really tempting.

When it comes to analysis i think having symbol limit isnt bad but it much better if there would be no limitation so that everyone would able to write up their analysis without any limits even myself would really like such thing. It is really generous to have that kind of reward on just posting out your analysis of a certain altcoin. I would definitely join this one and take a shot.
