FortuneJack is indeed a great site, one of the only "problems" I could think up of is to add a light mode. Sometimes the dark mode is just too.....dark. I know this has been brought up before, did FortuneJack add it already? I might have missed it.
I like the dark theme and prefer over light. if you want light mode, there are chrome/firefox plugins that could invert the page color for you. if more people wanted the light mode fortunejack will probably add it, but it seems there aren't many requests for light mode. Wink

I do not think adding light mode theme is a must for them, their current theme is good and so friendly with my eyes. IMO the current theme makes players are still comfortable for long time of playing. If it is to bright then it may make hurt their player's eyes. Indeed, it is all about preferences but as I said before that adding light mode is not necessary at the moment.

I deposit here last night before their website crashed with the SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Cannot assign requested address error.

My desposit was lost even thought it has 300+ confirmations on coinbase and complete on blockcypher.

Support confirmed the hands were paid correct but display wrong. Still is an issue but not loss of money I guess  Roll Eyes

Withdrawals seem to be working fine now. I just tried it again and good news that the request was completed within minutes. Confirmations might take a few hours though my transaction got a low fee about 22 sat per byte to be exact.

You get better fee than mine, I just requested withdrawal and processed instantly but so surprised to see the fee is only 5 sat/byte. Is this the effect of the last issue with BitGo? Previously their withdrawal fees were always above recommended by bitcoinfees21.
my withdrawal also has low fee around 50 to 60 satoshi per byte and everything still went well arrived not too long.

Looks like you bet .075 on two hands (.15 total) , busted one, pushed the second, and got paid .075 - even though the push says lose.



Just looked at the other hands you posted.  Seems like you are getting paid correctly despite "lose" being displayed.  

In all three hands you bet .075 x 2, busted one hand and pushed the other, and got paid .075 for each.

Yes I got that last 5-10 minutes as well few minutes should be resolved.

They are doing some technical maintenance as said by the live support and it will be resoled very soon. No need to worry, probably it is to follow up the previous issue about the payment system.

Actually we do not need to ask, but she should be here inform about what is happening without need to wait many people asking about the same issue. If she did post prior announcement then there will be no panic from players.

There is no need to pm natalie here I think chat support is enough.  I had experienced pending withdrawal and I contact their support and are very active since they answer witht he querries as soon as possible.  Though they do not have access to the technical side, I guess it is understood that it will take time regarding the availability of the technical staff.  It will only take a minute to if there is no issue with the withdrawal and technical staff is available and hours if they are not.

Exactly chat support is enough because everyone need good disciplines and they are hear for us to fix everything. So good luck to them.
