Most of my biggest wins were at this casino. I have never heard of the rule. Normally I deposit big and bet big and have never had a issue with a withdrawal. But if the rule isn't completely removed. I won't be coming back. I want to deposit and let feel guide my play not some rule the casino imposes on me. If I can't do that then I'm not interested gambling with you.

glad to see that casinos listen to the community and are trying to adjust their TOS to make it better for gamblers (for a change)
x2 rollover is not as bad as 5x,where you were forced to gamble the main body of your deposit even if you were losing or didn't want to continue playing
money laundering is a concern,but the pro launderers would have found a way around anyways,this rule was hurting regular customers and

I got information about this 1 months ago because of scam accusation thread here. Do you really want us to believe that 5x wagering is because to get rid of money laundering? Well, then what about to lower it to x3? I think it will be much fair than 5x. What if I deposited 0.5btc, lost 0.1 and want to withdraw my 0.4btc? Seems you don't want this, you want from gamblers to lost whole amount of bitcoin. Yes there is a chanse that maybe player will win but what if I don't want to risk and get bitcoins back? I do not even think it should be lowered to x3 but they should remove it away, there are many gambling sites also does not want to be used as a money laundering place but most of them does not ask this rule. If someone want to do a money laundry then he will use mixing service instead of using gambling sites.
Wagering requirement on deposit also means that players are not allowed to win earlier. Lets say I deposit 0.05btc then play slots game and win big in first few spins, so I will be forced to wager more while actually I want to withdraw it immediately. They should really find a better way if their main focus is to avoid money laundering.

Please feel free to post the entire chat log so everyone can see word for word. Your CS continued to reverse my withdrawal insisting that I must wager it 5X which is roguish. To top it off your CS lied to me by saying the system wouldn't allow him to process a withdrawal that wasn't wagered 5X. But after losing 75% of my deposit and not even coming close to 5X wager your CS processed my withdrawal.
