Withdrawals are fine mine was received while I was asleep which is good as now its instilled trust into the site for me and I will play more often.
Being my first time playing it was easy to setup an account and deposit bitcoin. Withdrawals seem to be working fine now. I just tried it again and good news that the request was completed within minutes. Confirmations might take a few hours though my transaction got a low fee about 22 sat per byte to be exact.

Actually we do not need to ask, but she should be here inform about what is happening without need to wait many people asking about the same issue. If she did post prior announcement then there will be no panic from players.

I had experienced pending withdrawal and I contact their support and are very active since they answer witht he querries as soon as possible. Though they do not have access to the technical side, I guess it is understood that it will take time regarding the availability of the technical staff. It will only take a minute to if there is no issue with the withdrawal and technical staff is available and hours if they are not.
Exactly chat support is enough because everyone need good disciplines and they are hear for us to fix everything. So good luck to them.

seems like FJ's withdrawal system is suffering from a problem with Bitgo wallets
this is not connected to the rollover requirements change in any ways(I hope)
so it is going to be fixed very soon,if not already

They just said the issue is with Bitgo and they are working on fixing the issue like others have mentioned. Still as its my first time playing here I'm always sceptical when it comes to withdrawing funds especially when they claim there is an issue the deposits I made went through without issue though all two of them.

I got the same problem, I have asked live support and she (Carrie) tells me that there is some technical issues. She said that our funds are safe, so we just need to wait for them to fix the issue. Hope it wont be long though.
Yeah I got the same issue also. I am sure it will be resolved soon.
I hope they will resolve whatever this is ASAP.

Nope, the technical team is still working with BitGo to fix the issue. Give them more time to work on it, so lets have more patience. Indeed, waiting is sucks but that's the only thing we can do at the moment.

Why did you block out the user name of the most recent bet, but not the one before that ( your username )
Looks like you bet .075 on two hands (.15 total) , busted one, pushed the second, and got paid .075 - even though the push says lose.
Just looked at the other hands you posted. Seems like you are getting paid correctly despite "lose" being displayed.
In all three hands you bet .075 x 2, busted one hand and pushed the other, and got paid .075 for each.

I do not really understand about blackjack rules, but as I know you should not lose those bets. Support is online now, you may try to ask about it and hopefully you can get the answer. If it is a glitch/bug on the blackjack then you may get bug bounty imho.

I like to test out the environment first before playing and spending more and the only way to do that is by withdrawing funds and determining how hard or easy it is to do.
