No problem.

As I said, you can go to chrome settings and turn off notifications for a certain website (fortunejack.com) or notifications all together
Otherwise, yeah, a pop up blocker should work too, I think.

You can try to contact FJ support if you want to keep notifications on, but just that pop-up is the problem.

You can always try using a different browser, reinstalling Chrome etc.

Good news, at least you should rework on the way of the draw to make it more provably fair so no one will think that the draw of the luckyjack is just "as you wish" and I'm sure there will be much more people trying to participate in the draw once you have better drawing.
As someone has said already before, you are going to reach your 3rd year soon. Any clues about what will you offer to your players as a celebration promo? I think it would be a shame if a big site like FJ does not give anniversary/birthday promo.

Well pretty much it is just that the "OK" and "No. Thanks" button on that pop-up just don't work.
It is not like it pops up every other second. I just can't get rid of it when it appears.

Exciting! I wish LuckyJack just picked from the current people playing or something like that. For sure the system is also picking from a list of people that have already quit or accounts that have been forgotten and never have been opened again (that's just my theory). Because from what I read from the terms of this game, all you need is a deposit of 0.01btc and you are already in the game.

Also there is no way telling if you part of the draw, I wish that could also be changed.

Sure it is too low but higher chances to win is still better than lower chance as you may win it everyday. I agree, I had experienced some withdrawal problems with FJ but then their CS are so responsive and after waiting they all go through. We should understand that CS people are not Tech people who process withdrawal. They are here to assist us if ever we have inquiries or problem. All we need to do is have patience and do not be rude to these people. It may take minutes to days depends on the security issue involved with your withdrawal. If it comes out clean then you can have your money but if it has some issues then their CS will get back at you and tell you about the problem. So far my experience with them with regards to Customer Service and assistance is excellent. That is for me.

I agree but somehow other have ideas too that may probably contradict with your idea. Just example, I believe that the current luckyjack setup is fine. For the same reason as BTCevo.

It has been suggested previously i think, current one is good actually 100 mbtc to 10 winners. perhaps it needs some fine-tuning like wager 5 mbtc(on any game) everyday to have higher chance at winning. Roll Eyes
