Very sorry to hear about your recent experience, but kindly restrain yourself from making false accusations using a conversation with our support, which is out of context and does not tell the whole story.
Let me explain to the other forum members what has happened.
MrMisley has contacted us asking help about their first deposit bonus, which he did not get because he did not activate it on time, this was explained to him in details. Even after we checked with our dev team he kept saying that he did activate the bonus, which is not true, thus he became upset and decided to take back the funds he has deposited.
Unfortunately to him, we no longer allow withdrawals without 5x wagering, which is legit as we pay all transaction fees for our players from our end. This was also explained as you already see in the conversation above.
In addition, if anyone is interested, we can provie proof, screenshots, that bonus was not active + chat conversation with the bettor above.

Gambling Addiction is not something to make fun of and we do understand that, but it can not be a false reason to trick FortuneJack into being a charity organization.

Ok, but this player came to casino, didn't activate bonus, didn't read ToS - which i don't believe(i already stated why) tried to withraw and after all that he said he has gambling problem? Ok, never mind, I have my own opinion on this case - don't blame me for that. I wasn't speaking in general, i was speaking for his case only and what he was trying to pull here.

Maybe to allow players to withdraw only deposited money(player pays fee) before they close account and remaining money(if player win something) to use as donation for a problem gambling organization?

You can't deposit money there and withdraw it without rollover no matter what, after all why would someone  deposit money to casino and not gamble? (c/p from pokerstars ToS  only funds that have been wagered on your account will become available for withdrawal).

If you make deposit 50$ why do you want to withdraw 25$? Why not deposit 25$ in first place? Well, they clearly aren't practicing the rule on all deposits, but it's there for some reason.

Fortunejack got a lot of good games to play. Fortunejack admin already posted that they will consider looking into this issue soon ( here is the post link - https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.21403237 ). I believe they will issue will be fixed soon. One can't miss playing these awesome games.

Good thing I read this thread, was just about to make an account and deposit. That 5x is absolutely ridiculous. I will continue to look for a place to play tonight.

We understand it might be a hassle for many of you to go through the T&C long page, but marlboroza is totally correct in this case.
If one accepts our terms, they are agreeing to play by the rules.
As we have already mentioned, we are aware of the problem connected to gambling addiction and we are very cautios, but this was not the case to consoder as reasonable.
It does not matter where or to whom he reports, we have proof and explanation, which MrMisley did not provide.

I made a deposit at Fortune Jack and decided not to play there and decided to cashout. I did not make a single bet. MY withdrawal continue to be reversed. CS agent Robert insist that I must wager 5x in order to withdrawal. I explained to Robert that I have a gambling problem and do not wish to play any and proceeded to withdraw again. CS Robert again reversed my withdrawal and said I must wager 5x.

After no choice but to play I lost 75% of my deposit and proceeded to cashout in which i didn't wager 5 times. This time when I went to CS Roberts. He went ahead and processed it. Even though I didn't wager 5 times my deposit.
