So I got the new affiliate username and password and everything and it all looks great. Just have a few more questions.

At the end of the month is usually when we are creddited earned commissions from the month prior correct? It will appear in the Wallet at the top of the screen? However where is the link to add a BTC withdraw address I can't seem to find one? Or are the funds transfered over to our FortuneJack Casino (Not affiliate) account and we can withdraw from there?

Second question is where do I get the new affiliate links to count clicks. So far my old link is

No they have also delayed few of my withdrawals of less than 1BTC and processed them manually, but i don't think few security checks will cause any problem to many players. Fortunejack is one of my favorite..

I have been making constant deposits and withdraws with FortuneJack for the past 2-3 years and never had issues.

I think last month the withdraw miner fees they used were really high like 300-400 Sats/byte which was a complete waste since 150-200 Sats/byte was more than enough.

Now I think they lowered the fees to like 150 Sats/byte per withdraw transaction so, every withdraw should confirm within the hour.

However these are small amounts, if you are withdrawing like 100 BTC at once then they might be delays due to manual processing and security checks.

so maybe it is different for > 1 bitcoin withdrawals
some casinos have a security limit,say 0.5 bitcoin withdrawals and higher are processed manually

Usually, I know that they will take around 10 days to clear these big wins but in your case, it is already more than 10 days. They should have finished their investigation and cleared your funds by now. Next time after you send an email to their support team, immediately post on this thread as well. So that they will take more seriously to clear your funds because everyone will be watching on the status.

2 weeks is long time, they are probably investigating every single bet you made, but if everything is ok you will get your money, like everyone else here did.
