Sorry to hear that, but have you tried to contact them? If you did it already then what is their answer? 11+btc is good amount, usually they need to do some investigation first for big withdrawal amount but two weeks is too long imho. Waiting for FJ to clarify about this issue.

After the first few emails they said it should be completed within a week. Now they just ask me to wait patiently with no information other than "We are contacting mutual investigation, and will update you soon."

At the end of the week it will be a month I have been waiting for my withdrawal. I have been patient. If I have not been paid by the end of the week I will open a scam accusation thread.

Try asking fortune jack what email is registered on your account, that might be one of the problems that is causing it. If there is a discrepancy there, then probably you have to have it changed so that you will be able to confirm your account with them. Never had this problem when I was confirming my account so probably this is isolated.

Check your email. You should of gotten 3 emails today. The first one was a promotion email to FortuneJack Casino but the other 2 were from [email protected], and these generally end up usually in your spam folder. Even if you remove it from the spam folder it will show up a few days later, no idea why it happens.
