Two weeks ago I requested a withdrawal for 11.3 Bitcoins and I still haven't been paid.

Sorry to hear that, but have you tried to contact them? If you did it already then what is their answer? 11+btc is good amount, usually they need to do some investigation first for big withdrawal amount but two weeks is too long imho. Waiting for FJ to clarify about this issue.

After the first few emails they said it should be completed within a week. Now they just ask me to wait patiently with no information other than "We are contacting mutual investigation, and will update you soon."

Usually, I know that they will take around 10 days to clear these big wins but in your case, it is already more than 10 days. They should have finished their investigation and cleared your funds by now. Next time after you send an email to their support team, immediately post on this thread as well. So that they will take more seriously to clear your funds because everyone will be watching on the status.
Thats an effective way which admin and community would be aware on your situation and making complaints on this thread will surely be prioritized because they dont want for public to judge if they wont resolve such issue.

No, it is not true and I have not mentioned anywhere that EVERY withdrawal needs manual confirmation, so obviously, it will not be mentioned on our site either.
Withdrawals are instant, but Blockchain confirmation might take from 5 to 10 minutes.
Manual confirmation is needed from our side when a transaction is unusual and our group of safety and fraud monitoring thinks it is important to investigate further.
In your case, you were talking about less than 0.1 BTC amount withdrawals, which is not an unusual amount, so it would not get delayed because of further investigation. If you had or have a problem with less than 0.1BTC withdrawals, again, it is suggested to contact our support team right away and get detailed information from them.
Also, if you want an example of unusual case where a withdrawal was delayed review the page 190 of this thread with mark197's issue.
Unfortunately, I can not discuss the security steps we take to identify fraud or unusual transactions, I hope you understand.

I think from the message it is very clear that I'm talking about withdrawals. I didn't face any issues while depositing funds but need to wait for the confirmation. But while withdrawing funds you guys will not approve funds for few hours. I don't know what is the reason. But surely you guys will send money but not instant.

Some of the withdrawals need to be confirmed manually from our end[/u], that might take a little while and we are working to make it faster than it is now.

How long did you wait for your coins?
I had problems with delayed withdrawals in past, but last two- three months withdrawals are instant.

I didn't withdraw any funds from fortunejack for the last couple of months so don't know how it is working now. Earlier I too face this withdrawal delays but finally all my funds I got it. After reading above admin post, I too wondering why admin mentioned that some of the withdrawals are manual. It will be helpful to the community if they tell players clearly when these withdrawals will be processed manually and why?

How long ago? I tried 1 day ago, it was fine at that time. Made a request without any issues. Why don't you reset/reinstall your browser or try a different one. If its a bug hope it will get fixed ASAP.

Relax? How can I relax if I might be losing money and have absolutely no control of my affiliate account? I did not receive any answer to my last email and Fortunejack representative promised that all details will be sent by today. For me it looks like a pure scam.

Sometimes we need a bit of patience, I think they have promised to fix everything affiliates included , though, they maybe lagging to fix stuff since sometimes moving to a new system does not always go according to the plan and deadline.  How about give them until the end of this week.  Who knows, maybe by tomorrow, all is okay and you have all your referral details in order and those link are fixed and functioning fine for you.

Aside from that, you are unsure about things, so definitely to jump in a conclusion is kinda out of the line, and  I hope your affiliate details be fixed soon.  It is good to protect our interest and normal to worry but things will be better if we have more patience .

Cmon, what patience are you talking about? This is a business, not a game, I am creating affiliate websites to earn money. I have referred 1000+ players to Fortunejack and theses players are making deposits for several bitcoins every month. What was the point of launching new affiliate system if the integration with the old one was not finished? This is unacceptable for a reputable business. I want to see my players, I want to see if my traffic that I was sending to Fortunejack all these days was actually tracked. I guess tomorrow I will have to do what was promised before.
