I’m contacting you regarding your review http://www.bitcoingg.com/bitcoin-online-gambling/fortunejack/ where you will see that your ranking is 9.30 out of 10.  Not a bad score you may think, but there is a way for it to be improved.

Let me add that this costs your brand nothing except a few minutes of your time.

I did send an email through to you before about this and the BGG Certificate of Trust as it’s for the benefit of the players to be able to leave a review and see how to contact you.  Take a look at mbitcasino.com to see the BGG Cert of Trust in their footer plus all their player reviews, this is what I would like yours to be.

Please drop me a PM.
Thanks, Chris

Did they reply to the email? Why are you posting here? Apart from trying to advertise your site? Who would even trust your certification anyway, isn't it a way for you to grab affiliate profits?

They are a quite trusted site on this forum already and no need to get a trust score from your site because I don't think anyone can believe private site score so easily and gamble on this site. First, you need to prove that how someone can trust your site rankings are correct or not?
The site is in my opinion better, to play there and without in doubt for everyone who wants to play there, I believe this site is really brave to give great gifts without having to spend a dime and give bitcoin free and a breakthrough for all those who play there ..

I wish there could be sites like this, for beginners who want to find bitcoin and get it easily and promoting these sites and bitcoin, for a better future ..

I made a complaint about this issue with fortune back on a diffeeent thread as well as with fortune jack via live chat and email.   I was told on live chat several times I'd be getting an email from manager.   I have screen shots of all of this.  After over a week and no response, I messaged live chat again where I was told that the manager asked them to pass along s message to me to let me know they do not respond to these types of issues!!!   I was appalled.  The managers couldn't even take the few seconds to respond to my email.  I mean come on.  And my concern was legitamite as at that time the rules were not posted anywhere.  By this time they had added the rules in a different spot on site but still hadn't changed this in the FAQ section when you click on lucky jack.

Now i normally would not put any one or any place on blast like this but I felt and still feel like they treated me and my complaint terribly ...

Apparently I can't get a response on here either. What is the issue with your support we are paying thousands of dollars and you cannot even reply when we have any issues? Come on, that is not professional!  Angry

their lucky jack is fake, very sure, i tried many time but got nothing, also seldom see anyone said, i won 10 mbtc or 100 mbtc from luckyjack, unless they show real proof.

Maybe their "winners" are their shill accounts, that is why there are so many number account win everyday

Just because you never win anything doesnt mean that the lucky jack is a fake. Also in fact that if someone actually win the lucky jack, he or she has no obligation to post anything on the thread. Unless you have a crucial evidence that the lucky jack is fake then you should stop putting nonsense in here
i never win too , make me curious how much daily paticipants actually?
and how much our winning percentage?
never think this lucky jack as a fake promo scheme , i just curious and also the winners seems always have an odd usernames to me  Huh

We do not know how much our winning percentage on the luckyjack promo because we do not know how many players are eligible for this promo every single day. By the way, how long this promo has been run and how many winners so far? Can we see all the complete winners list since day 1?
No, we can not see the winners from the day 1, maybe if requested fortunejack may provide the data!? i think the promo has been running for over 4 months.

Yeah for sure.. There's no doubt something going on their.  Possible some runner runner type of stuff, that movie where the site is a total scam and every time someone deposits they just pocket that money and only keep a tiny amount of money on the site to cover whatever small withdraws they have to and pocket the rest until one day they just shut it down and we're all f**ked.  I don't know how else to explain the witholding of 10 Mbtc?
and even worse.. Much worse is what they did with my vip achievement... This is what happened:

A while ago I recieve an email saying congradulaions you've reached some new vip level... As a reward you'll be recieve get a bunch of free spins, 3 rounds boosted keno, a 2 btc guarenteed poker ticket, 41% affiliate income, 3.2 dice loss back, 40% poker rake back, among other things..
A week goes by and I still don't see anything in my account so I contact support inquiring why they haven't added yet.
I repeat that for week after week after week with 0 progress
Now months later finally they closed the case... They award me 4.5 Mbtc... 30 spins at .0000015... I've deposited thousands and thousands of dollars here  I couldn't believe it I have never experienced any establishment having less loyalty to their customers..
And they don't see the problem with it and they are trying to say it's old now the games changed..
But am I crazy or is it fair to:

Set a certain requirements for someones deposits and offer rewards to incentivize them to spend and spend more..
Then when the person gets there and Are told they have completed their part of the deal and then do absolutely nothing... It sounds like a scam to me, a big part of the reason I spent the money I did was because of the guarentee of these perks..  They straight up lied to me to get me deposit and then totally screwed me over and took my money and ran...
And the reason I said that runner runner thing earlier (besides witholding payouts) is the ridiculious assumption that 4.5 Mbtc would be proper compensation... They obviously know they're in the wrong here and the only reason they even took any action at all is because I finally told them that I was going to file a complaint at askgambler because I wanted to have a 3rd party determine what is fair to recieve now that one of the games has changed.. I did the math and just on the bet back alone I should've recieved atleast 30 Mbtc.
I've even been telling them I'm not even looking for even compensation. Just something realistic for the situation. I was just refused when asking to add 70 spins to make it an even hundred and a whopping 14 Mbtc...

Sorry for the novel guys but I just don't want other people to make the same mistake as I in dealing with this site.  I strongly suggest to avoid giving them your money because i promise you they'll do everything they can to avoid giving you money in return..

I'd recommend Bitzino and cloudbets okay or atleast that's where I'm typically at but for sure I definitely more than reqamend avoiding fortunejack at all cost

Dear FRANKD908,

First of all, we would like to emphasize that the offer you received is dated from March, as can be seen on the screenshot and you only responded in October. You were explained that multiple updates were made and that the offer given to you was no longer available in October. Also, VIP membership criteria has changed since, and you were no longer qualified for status as you did not accept our offer when it was made.

Later, you requested 50 free spins as a compensation for the disappointment, we decided to credit you with 30 free spins to which you seemed very unsatisfied, but you did use them anyway. While playing with free spins credited, you faced an issue due to glitch of the game, and after the thorough investigation with GameArt provider (screenshot attached), you were compensated 100 mBTC instead of 0.15mBTC, which you deserved in reality.

You were very happy and grateful (see screenshot attached) and we asked you to remove the complaint from AskGamblers to avoid complications, to which your answer was that you would do so if we credited two of your other accounts (on which you claimed that were your friends accounts) with free spins.

We previously credited multiple of your accounts with free spins, while users are eligible for free spins only once per offer (Terms and Conditions Act 9.2). But, you continued creating new accounts and abused the bonus multiple times.

Already aware of the fact that you would not receive the free spins again, as it was violation and abuse of promotions T&C, you contacted us from other accounts anyway, insisting on free spins credit. Based on the promotions T&C, we do have right to neglect any promotions offering based on FortuneJack's Promotions T&C:

"Fortunejack reserves the right to exclude players from any and all promotions if we have reason to believe they are abusing bonus offer."

You received free spins on at least 5 accounts in total. Please see the attached screenshot for the list of your accounts on FortuneJack, and together with it, please review FortuneJack terms and conditions act 9.2.

Based on screenshots and explanations provided, we claim this complaint to be inadequate and based on abuse of FortuneJacks’ T&C. As a proof of our statements and further reference, please go to http://imgur.com/a/lugrb

Best Regards,
FortuneJack Team

I don't think fortunejack is rigged. I think they offer a fair game and the dice jackpot is a oversight they should have fixed and offered compensation to affected players.
Normally twitchyseal is on the ball and I appreciate his post and research, but this posting is seems to be incorrect and needs to be verified before claims are made.
The luckyjack offers 10 prizes per day, FJ have at anytime 150-300 players(guess from observations) So they would have thousands of players claim the promotion per day, Gamblers just don't comprehend statistics very well and I would believe these claims the promo is rigged a side effect of not handling a previous promotion correctly.
I played at FJ yesterday, lost a bitcoin and would recommend my friends to play there. They just need to handle their errors better, The jackpot issue is one that needs to be addressed and maybe change the luckyjack promo to something that people can "see and feel"

Like I said, they were sent to me by someone else.  I think they are just very non confrontational, I would honestly be shocked if they were fake.  It's a free contest and there are worse things to worry about so take it for what it's worth I guess.

All I did was pick out the most obvious and add the arrows.

The fact they deleted them from the thread after I posted links to all 11 as they were sent to me should tell you something if my word isn't good enough.

Well it sure would have been nice to have those rules posted for everyone to know rather then sending out emails saying the following people won when they in fact didn't.   I used to play at your site quite a bit but this has changed my opinion of the site unfortunately.

Those images were sent to me by another player who  noticed some patterns in your daily contents and asked me to post them for him.  (i added the arrows)

Oh and the new logo is for your sig campaign members.

Those images are photoshopped and that is a cheap piece of play to post images like that. We will be removing them shortly.

THE DICE JACKPOT IS STILL RIGGED someone shrink/reduce the jackpot bankroll

2.12 - 0.42 = it should be 1.70btc in bankroll

I emailed them about the dice jackpot and got a really stupid reply. 2nd email linked them to this thread, Hopefully their support will update us soon why the jackpot was skimmed so drastically.
I have had really bad communication with their customer support and their hasn't been any update here in such a long time, disappointing since I wanted to deposit today but feel uneasy with such bad support staff.

Hi Win, we have forwarded the issue to development team and will update community regarding this asap. We would also like to address the LuckyJack issue, it is an ongoing promotion at FortuneJack where players have a chance to strike 0.1 BTC winning every day, total of 1 BTC to be distributed among 10 players. The process is simple, players need to login, click the 'Try Luck' button and the results are generated. It does not guarantee that certain player will be among the lucky 10 selected, but everyone who deposited at least 10 mBTC at FortuneJack is included in the Promotion. Those players who tried fortunate or unfortunate luck, receive an email by the end of the day with list of players who were selected for the promotion. Players highlighted in Orange are the once who claimed the prize, players highlighted in Grey are the once who could have won the prize if they tried luck, but did not. As for today, we have 1-2 winners a day, but we would definitely like to see that number growing. Our promotions team is already working to ameliorate the promotion structure and the community will be notified upon improvements conducted.

ok, give us the provably fair proof to show that is legit, why there are 10 wijners daily, but seldom see one claims the winnings?  And why most of them are random number account?

If you're looking for a real casino then FJ definitely doesn't seem to be the to-go option. I'd stay away from them based on all that's happening around there. Just too shady for my liking. Cloudbet, Bitcasino and vitalbet etc. are far better options if you're looking for a wide range of games
