I told support about it several times but it seems they dont care about. this happen like every week the jackpot should be over 10btc by now

I beg to differ.   This site is such a scam.   I have screen shkts to prove it.   The lucky jack daily 100mbtc scam is crazy.   They have rules for the game they don't post so once you win via email they change up how the game works and say you must do this and that and since you didn't you don't win.  Well how on earth must I know to so these things when there is only one rule posted which is to have deposited 10 mbtc in your lifetime st their site ...

Just because you never win anything doesnt mean that the lucky jack is a fake. Also in fact that if someone actually win the lucky jack, he or she has no obligation to post anything on the thread. Unless you have a crucial evidence that the lucky jack is fake then you should stop putting nonsense in here

They exaggerated the bitcoin wagered before, and their lucky jack is fake, very sure, i tried many time but got nothing, also seldom see anyone said, i won 10 mbtc or 100 mbtc from luckyjack, unless they show real proof.

Maybe their "winners" are their shill accounts, that is why there are so many number account win everyday

I emailed them about the dice jackpot and got a really stupid reply. 2nd email linked them to this thread, Hopefully their support will update us soon why the jackpot was skimmed so drastically.
I have had really bad communication with their customer support and their hasn't been any update here in such a long time, disappointing since I wanted to deposit today but feel uneasy with such bad support staff.

The cap on dice is silly,since it is my experience that working from that small amount is near impossible and takes tremendous patience to get anywhere near .0001. Most attempts for me that involve allin at 80% end up at zero for the most part,so you really are not creating traffic by putting a cap in place.

Freerolls as much as it attracted cheaters allowed people to test the poker platform and see if they where comfortable playing on the site. It also allowed players to work their way up from nothing and would have grown the poker field if you adopted the next issue.

Lower limits attract more players and would help you have ongoing traffic. Instead you are drying up at the tables at weak hours and people are heading to other sites.
.01/.02,.05/.01,.25/.50 would be a great start. These limits you currently offer are appearing like a place to sit in and get shark attacked by a collusion ring. More players less chance of collusion.

OK, quick update, I've logged in to FJ and noticed message from admin saying that withdrawal was delayed and that email was sent. Checked my email and it was there, in the spam folder. It asked me to reply and confirm my request, rather than just clicking a verification link.

I hope it's just a temporary measure, because it's confusing to see on screen pop-up message saying that withdrawal was accepted just to find out later that it wasn't.

Anyhow, my bad, I should've checked my messages sooner.

Check your status is still pending or what, It's showing pending then wait for some time it will take much time to deposit amount. For security purpose, the FJ site is taking the time to deposit your amount. If this is fine then check your mail you have received any confirmation mail or not. Just reply that mail you will get your amount within few minutes.

I withdraw for about 5h, and not receive yet,why?

I didn't receive any email, nor was I asked to wait for one. I got an instant on-screen message that my withdrawal has been approved and my balance was reduced accordingly. I did reset my password shortly before that, but don't think that could cause any issues.

I'll check my FJ account when I'm back home to see if there's any message and will contact support if no luck.

Did you check your email id associated to that site , as they send the withdrawal email to confirm it, so that if anyone has hacked your account they cannot withdraw it without your consent, If that is not the problem , then i think you have to wait here for the admin to reply or just go to live support , they may be helpfull but i am in doubt as i have seen most of them are just a dump chatters who dont know much about the site details.

Have you contacted the support already? I remember they have live chat support now, just talk with the support agent, is faster than here.
