Signature members are now doing the advertising for the site? Not like this is a shock watching this thread over some time but you think they would advertise their own promos in their own thread. I think a site suffering from optic issues would be more on the ball. Add the issue with the dice that people are addressing here and I think I will pass.

Basically you got few btc just for wagering in the site and this is nothing that you could skip as you could get up to 0.04 btc just for wagering 0.6 btc or more in the site  . I have done mine and waiting for my reward the next day, will update this post once I got mine

It took you 71 days (at least).  That's not timely.  It's pathetic. 

Betsoft games are acting very screwy.  Even though I have a balance, it shows I have 0 to play with.  Support sent me a message that is should be fixed, but it's not.

They seem to have tons of staff and are quick to resolve support issues.

I've never seen a dice site with this much over-head staff.

I think they are been buried by many tickets since surely they got many mails in their boxes,  but actually its been a long time since fj got shaddy reputation and if you want to be seen by them we you will need to create a scam accusation post so they well numb to take action for your existing issue, and fj really needs to answer this since the confusion and the commotion is slowly starting up.

Well this is huge if they did, I was in contact with them and both support agents said it was a display error. I didn't here anything back after that.
It's crazy it was left for so long, to fix this issue now they must compensate all the players affected, I doubt they will do this.

Now this is a problem that should be shouted from the roof tops and not the normal scam screams in this forum, But it will go unquestioned by the masses because of others claiming every little issue is justification to scream scam.

It looks like these guys very seldom visit this thread so you can just write to them from the contact page and see what they will reply. I hope they will have some explanation for this issue. They need to learn to reply issues on this thread to keep things up to date instead replying through emails.

it was wierd, i guess because of there is some work to fix in fortunejack gaming platform recently we have seen several problem experienced by players just like what happened to you , i don't think fj accept 0 confirmation, never experienced something like that before.

so i assume it is just an impact of fj maintenance , however always better to informing fj support.

I sent this yesterday that got tied up in the mempool backlog for 21 hours and still counting but the strange thing is that i was able to bet using those unconfirmed funds, can anyone explain this?

I was playing roulette at a table

During the session

it was a row that 6th 7th time 1st12 not winning

I put 70mbtc to 1st12 and 70mbtc to 2nd12

Just before the ball dropped server disconnected,
When I returned to the table, The result was 4 but I was not rewarded.

I sent the screenshots to tech support
It was the first time I am using the site to play and it is a very unpleasant situation.

I hope it will be solved in a timely manner.
