Hi support,

I have a question. What does it means? "Bonuses should be claimed within one (1) month". I should understand it how ? I was wondering about it.

For eg: If I deposit 1BTC + 1BTC (100% bonus) = 2BTC

Wagering 30x: 2BTC x 30= 60BTC

I must wager 60BTC within one (1) month or I must claimed 1BTC (bonus) within on1e (1) month ?

I sincere thank you!

Both, you wager 60BTC so that you can claim the 1btc bonus. They should be both done in 1 month. Or the bonus would be void.

you must wagered 30x like if you deposit 1Btc and get 1Btc as 100% deposit bonus than have you to make 30x rollover
1x30 = 30 Btc within a month to get unlock the bonus amount.

So I just wonder which expect return is correct. I prefer 95.15% one.

I use a calculator as well, but it is a bit more involved than the one you reference imo, although the results are still very close.
I checked out the calculator that you posted and the default pay table for Joker's Wild that is preloaded into it revealed the 1.4%* house edge.
(*My calculations show the standard pay table provides a 1.4013% house edge.)

I will show them side by side below:

FortuneJack                                                                                    Standard

Either, fortunejack needs to correct their info to reflect a ~4.7% house edge or change the payouts.

FortuneJack, I view this as a major issue that is just as important, if not more important, than a wallet security bug.
I would hope we are on the same page in this regard. I, also did not see a house edge percentage posted at all regarding blackjack. I will look into that next.

Should I post this to the bugbounty email? or would you rather just pm me here?
I have not read the whole thread, but I would assume this has not been mentioned otherwise it would have already been corrected one way or the other. Surprising to say the least because the thread is ~6 months old.

P.S. fox, I do not think you would prefer the 95.15% unless you are the house.

LOL, you misunderstood what I said, I said:"So I just wonder which expect return is correct. I prefer 95.15% one." I mean I prefer 95.15% is the correct one, I didn't mean I prefer playing 95% house edge game.  Grin

I am not silly. That's why I like playing blackjack but not other games. BJ on FJ also had high house edge, they modified the house rule, house edge may be 1%-2%. So after I lost some coins in blackjack here, I left here.

And your speculation about 98.6% is correct, 98.6% expect return is standard one, FJ just copied that figure but set the lower return of 2 pairs, royal flush and etc. So 98.6% should be a false advertisement/statement. FJ should modify it to 95.15%

My bad.

I would rather they modify the actual payouts Wink.

I will run the numbers on the blackjack rules they have posted in a little bit.

Your Joker's Wild video poker information page (https://fortunejack.com/game/videopoker/)
shows the house edge to be only 1.40%.

Using the pay table on the game itself, (no multipliers that I have seen)
I am showing the house edge to be 4.54%.

Have I messed the numbers up, possibly missing something?

Or are your numbers incorrect?

EDIT: I apologize if this has already been covered in the thread. I did not read all the way through it.

I am also confused by their return, I think their number may be wrong. I use a video poker calculator: http://www.winnergambling.com/casino-tools/video-poker-payout/, the expect return is 95.15%

Have just seen you have added a new jackpot!
it looks like you have to get consecutives numbers in tens, what is the chance for that event?

Since you have to roll 1X.XX, 2X.XX, ... , 8X.XX in a row, the chance to hit the dice jackpot would be 10%^8 = 0.000001%

so,counting that fortunejack has 115 million rolls in his history, jackpot may have happened only one time,so may be necessary months to get the jackpot, the one who gets it must be really lucky

will i be aBle to withdraw my deposit after i got the deposit bonus or it is locked too until i meet the wagering requirements?

If they allow you to withdraw the deposit bonus as soon as you deposit, all of us would be rich and you would have people creating multiple accounts on FJ just to take advantage of it. The simple answer is no... you cannot withdraw your deposit bonus unless you wager it x30. Remember that dice is not included in this promo, so wagering on Dice is no use. Also, do not withdraw the deposit that you make because if you do so, you lose your chance of claiming the bonus. Play some Keno, keno has the highest loyalty points as also the wagering requirements and you will hit x30 soon. Just about any game other than dice would be a good bet to get closer to claiming that deposit bonus!

I am asking if i can withdraw my deposit, not the deposit bonus. :p

Oh well... guess i didn't read that properly, but the answer remains the same Cheesy. If you withdraw the deposit as soon as you get your bonus, then the x30 wagering requirements are out the window. You need to wager your deposit x30 times to be eligible to claim the bonus, which you can see under "My Account" -> "Balance". So every time you meet the wagering requirement, you will see what can be claimed under "Sign Up Bonus". So in theory, if you don't wager the deposit and withdraw it, you will not be able to play anything and the first deposit bonus is as good as dead!  Smiley

omahapoker and micky123 are very good gamblers in FJ.  Shocked I see the deposit bonus claimed is 0, does it mean you bust your deposit bonus?

Well.... as far as i remember they did not have the deposit promo when i joined. Surprising that omahapoker was able to claim a bit (even though it was only a few satoshi!!). Tbh, i am not such a great gambler, it's just that i grew a pair and played some.  Cheesy Cryptobet and D3VIL egged me on to play more, D3VIL pushed me to play keno when i joined and i hit my first Keno JP of 0.08 with a 0.0002 btc bet! Since then, it has been no looking back. Cryptobet also sent me 500K redd once - no strings attached and asked me to just let it run on wheel to build up loyalty points and that's what i did! Slowly started playing dice too, even though i was 1.1 m down, my wins on leader board and loyalty points covered my losses sustained in Dice.  Grin

What are the requirments to receive a deposit bonus?
What rollover do i need to do ?
please explain

thank you Smiley

there are no requirement for this, the only thing you need to do is to deposit into your account. First time deposit will get 100% match up to 1 BTC and you need to wager it 30x to be able to withdraw them.

For information about wagering percentage check this page out https://fortunejack.com/promotions/

so actully there is a requirment to wager 30x from are first deposit
just wondering if i can do this on dice ?

If you go back to the previous page on this thread, you will see that Dice is not included in the wagering requirements. So essentially, all games other than dice can be used to wager toward claiming your bonus. This is a double benefit for new players, as the loyalty points can build up too while you get the wagering requirements in place + you take a stab at the leader board too. Loyalty points can be claimed back as BTC so it should be a win-win situation eventually. Unfortunately, when i joined, they did not have the match bonus and i missed out on the wonderful offer.
