Their signup bonus claim is very misleading. On their website, on the promotions page it says:
"To receive your 100% Bonus just make your first deposit– that's it! You'll be enrolled automatically!
Please note: you receive your bonus in the same currency that you deposited.

wager at least 30x whatever your bonus was. Okay, I can accept that.
So I create an account, and make my deposit but no bonus. So I emailed their support team and
this is the reply I receive:

You need to wager your deposit x30 times in order receive bonus, some games have different
requirements. Please read promotion rules for more details.

Hmmmmm... Not quite the same thing, is it? So I withdrew my initial deposit (less a few losses)
and will look elsewhere for a site that is clearer and more up front about their bonus system. It's
a shame - I liked FortuneJack's interface a lot and REALLY liked the Bingo game. Oh well...

Your 100% deposit bonus is credited to your account straight away, as you make your first deposit. You can see detailed information about your bonus under 'My promotions' tab. As you make your first deposit, we match 100% of the sum up to 1 BTC, however, you need to wager it x30 times in order to claim it.
Example: If you deposit 1 BTC and wagered it x3 times, you will be eligible to 0.1 BTC, you can claim it instantly by clicking 'Claim Now'.
Wagered it x6 times, you will be eligible to 0.2 BTC, and so on.
However, some games have different wagering contribution %, you can view them on Promotion's page.
The problem is you did not receive your bonus, because of the huge DDOS we took last week, we had to change a lot in the website operation scheme to prevent DDOS happening in the future, it is all fixed for now and you can continue wagering your first deposit bonus. We apologize for inconvenience caused.
Does it work for all depsits or just First deposit?

Promotion is called '100% First Deposit Bonus' so it works only for first deposit, if you withdraw your deposit without completing wagering requirements, your bonus will be void. You may not claim the full amount of your initial deposit if you do not wager it completely, but you can still claim the amount corresponing to your wager instantly.
