Yes of course we have heard of luck, but we believe this is not the case, that is why we are investigating it. We have been in gaming business for 20 years, and have never seen similar gameplay before, details are a bit delicate for now. We have closed the subject with get_money until the investigation is finished, so we kindly ask you not to provoke it again.
Fortunejack,
You're missing something here it's not a closed subject for the community and his cause is starting to gain traction here and elsewhere. It's being talked about in chat rooms and "fortunejack" and "scam" are starting to be lumped together. Remember that the community has been ripped off by flashy betting sites before, diceninja, etc. Deleting his post was a bad move on this forum.
A couple of suggestions:
1) You need come clean on whatever evidence you have that get_money scammed you or you need to pay him out. Having multiple IP addressed and multiple accounts doesn't constitute fraud. The lack of doing so seems to point out that you're scamming him on a big win. Saying the "details are delicate" when he is willing to be open with screenshots isn't helping you.
2) If your blackjack game has a bug, take it offline, and return his principal deposits. I think you will find that the community is more supportive when you declare you have a problem with a game. He may have offered to help you define the bug (if there was one) that led to a winning scenario.
You missed an opportunity to turn his big win into a marketing position for yourself. Imagine how much business you could have gained showing a big payout and now you're claiming fraud with no proof on a "provably fair" system.
It's your business, you're going to do whatever you're going to do, but know that the crypto community tends to support the little guy and not a gaming corporation that promote a "fortune" that you can't win. :|
(Also, your replies to community members makes you look like a jerk, it's not exactly helping you out)
It is not about Fortune and 45 BTC win, we have reasons to believe it was a fraud, we have the right to suspend account based on our doubts and investigate it (please read terms and conditions), we will keep the community updated regarding the investigation outcome. Before that, we do not really see any reason to argue about it, one side states it was fair, the other side states it needs to be checked. If we are not paying the player, we will obviously bring all the proofs once the investigation is finished, stating exactly why we did not pay out. Scam and FortuneJack are far enough from each other and if there is a possibility of player being acting unfair until the investigation finishes, we think it is not fair to blame us in scamming, at least until the investigation finishes. With all the respect to your opinion, but our 6 month reputation means something, and freezing 45 BTC payout for several days and investigating the issue for the casino who pays out thousands of dollars worth of coins every day as a single wins with around 100 BTC promotion payouts per month should be respected enough to wait for the investigation to be finished instead of false allegations of scamming, or even something close it. All we say is we need some time to work on the issue, no matter what we decide, you can rest assured we will be acting fair enough.
