You're missing something here it's not a closed subject for the community and his cause is starting to gain traction here and elsewhere. It's being talked about in chat rooms and "fortunejack" and "scam" are starting to be lumped together. Remember that the community has been ripped off by flashy betting sites before, diceninja, etc. Deleting his post was a bad move on this forum.

A couple of suggestions:

1) You need come clean on whatever evidence you have that get_money scammed you or you need to pay him out. Having multiple IP addressed and multiple accounts doesn't constitute fraud. The lack of doing so seems to point out that you're scamming him on a big win.  Saying the "details are delicate" when he is willing to be open with screenshots isn't helping you.

2) If your blackjack game has a bug, take it offline, and return his principal deposits. I think you will find that the community is more supportive when you declare you have a problem with a game.  He may have offered to help you define the bug (if there was one) that led to a winning scenario.

You missed an opportunity to turn his big win into a marketing position for yourself. Imagine how much business you could have gained showing a big payout and now you're claiming fraud with no proof on a "provably fair" system.

It's your business, you're going to do whatever you're going to do, but know that the crypto community tends to support the little guy and not a gaming corporation that promote a "fortune" that you can't win. :|

im at fj 20 hours a day and this get-money guy pops out of nowhere and wins 45btc on blackjack. he was playing 3 hands at a time and getting 3 bj a number of times.

You are correct as I opened that wallet strictly to keep my gambling funds in. I would not want to use my main wallet as I would be tempted to just transfer more in easily if I lost immediately. If I was cheating it would be highly unlikely I would play back most of that 22btc that I previously withdrew before I started winning again.

I don't understand this. I use Private Internet Access which is a sponsor of bitcointalk. I did however change my ip to make a secondary account so I could play with your play money (FJC) and also be available if there was anything that could be relayed via chatbox to me as you had not just disabled my primary account but banned my ip from even accessing the main page.

5. The only reason you decided to withdraw amount that much is because we approved your 17 and then 22 BTC requests before.

The reason I decided to withdraw that amount is because I have a slight gambling problem and knew I needed to stop before I played it all back. This is evident seeing as how I played back almost all of the 22BTC I previously withdrew. I could also provide records from Betcoin.ag with my same username tied to my same email showing that I gamble and lose a lot. I do feel that a previous casino I was playing at was rigged or so it seemed and even praised your site because it seemed like it actually was fair play.

I even asked when the 45btc withdraw was pending if you could just cancel it so I could play some more. If that doesn't say gambling issue I don't know what does lol.

In these cases, every casino would count it as a FRAUD, and start the investigation, that is exactly what we are doing now. We have the right to suspend your account, you agreed to the rules while registering.

I applaud you for your honesty but if you had successfully withdrawn it all would it not still be their fault/issue and them eat the penalty? Site security should be paramount for them. If a brick and mortar casino had incorrectly shuffled a shoe of cards that dealt the players blackjack every single hand would they call that unfair and take your money back because they had an internal issue?

I get what you're saying, bugs happen but if you suspect bugs then have small table limits instead of 3.6btc a session. If there's a bug that let me win a decent amount then prove there's not a bug that made me loose a decent amount etc.


I don't buy the bug explanation as they didn't pull BJ offline for any amount of time. And if there was a glitch or whatever I believe they should still honor the win.

Instead of replying "we are verifying your large win and you will be paid in a day or so"   they delete my post and screenshots.
