Yes, agree. We really Appreciated and we thank for consideration. Sometimes our post has been deleted even though it is related to the topic. And also to those account that has been banned, We lost our activity that we've been working, can retrieve our accounts? Thanks!
The policy to not remove anything worked when the forum was small. Now that we have thousands of posts a day, we can't afford 50% of them being junk. The moderators are now instructed to be less tolerant of low-value posts.
Some guidelines:
1. Free speech - you can say anything as long as it is relevant and presented in a calm and polite manner. Swearing, SHOUTING etc. make your post more likely to be removed.

One point though; I think that you should remove "uninteresting" since that is completely subjective and there is no way an honest post can avoid it (readers determine interest, not the poster). I think that "pointless" covers it well and is much more objective within the context of a group and easily covers "intentionally uninteresting".

This is a great new implementation by bitcoin organisation to implement this new rule. There is just too much cyber junk floating around in bitcoin. Now at least the bad posters will have a reason to stop Some guidelines:

If it didn't say it was a tempory ban for a specified period then the ban is permanent, so no it can not be recovered. You will have been given an email link to send an appeal to. It is very rare and only in exceptional circumstances that an appeal will be successful. Also making a new account and starting again is ban evasion so if you get caught doing that you will probably get banned again.

First point is actually correct. I have seen my friends accounts getting banned for posting irrelevant posts and over postings. For a newbie, there should be only 1 post a day. and the content should include from 50-100 words. Otherwise, there's a possibility of your account getting banned from signature campaign and from bitcointalk as well. Some guidelines:

Allowing only one post is overkill. We have the Activity system in place to prevent abuse so you can't spam your way through ranks. Making a post meet some minimum character or word count would also be counter productive as people will just ramble on needlessly. Users will also find a way to cheat it as they have done with signature campaigns by adding obscured junk into their posts by changing the colour and font size etc.

There is no limit or requirement on the number of posts or the number of words in them in the forum rules. People get banned for posting irrelevant uninteresting posts just to increase their post count.
Signature campaigns are different and all have their own individual rules.

Even if it said as "free speech", it should be very relevant, constructive and helpful. Forum was made for clarification, answering queries, to help other people and for our both benefits.

One of my friend got his Free Speech deleted on their local board. And its on the welcome to newbie thread. He basically said he was enthusiastic in learning and very grateful that there are guides to help newbie on their local board. I've actually read a post on whats not ot post, but there is no clear parameter on what to post. Newbie here and I am trying to follow the rules as much as I can. Thanks.

This has to be really implemented. Some posts or comments don't seem to be relevant to the topics. I think, it's better if the moderator filter the attempts to post for a certain topic. Well I agree that selling in this kind of discussion groups must be prohibited. It is also a must that links posted here should be confirmed to be free of virus or spam free for the safety of the members of this discussion group.

If one looks at what the whole of what you wrote above, the only thing of substance is that you are basically saying "I agree". Everything else you wrote is basically irrelevant to the subject.
In most discussion forums and I'm 99% certain it's also the case here, bumping or saying "I agree" is the most fundamental form of spam or otherwise a tactic to increase post count.
Don't be surprised if your "first post" disappears.

We need more than one Bitcoin forum. When a forum gets so big that they basically tell people to "go", and they start removing posts from left and right, without slowing down in registrations, membership, or traffic - telling ME (at least) that the Market is now big enough to other forums.
agree, but while writing try to be more subjective, things that you find uninteresting may be interesting for someone else
