I see only 46-47 participants make 100 bets so will they be receiving 100% of the prize?
Because as far as I know in the previous contest if less than 50 participants make 100 bets then the prize will be deducted 50%

We keep every bet made with the competition address on the profile list in the leaderboard, but only valid bets count for the competition and affect the leaderboard. So it's normal that the list has more bets, but don't worry because they will not affect anything in the leaderboard.
