I received a great question on our Gambling board thread regarding if we will improve our user interface. It's something we've been pondering. What thoughts do you all have?
Specifically, what elements of the current user interface are confusing, awkward, redundant, or time consuming?

Sorry about the downtime guys, we had a pretty large DDOS attack directed towards us. When stuff goes wrong, its 20 servers that need to be checked and services rebooted. We handle more bets than pretty much all other dice sites combined (60 million+/day and nearing 80 million for today) so it's not as simple as just restarting a single server.
Even after the issues we had this last 30 days (probably our worst 30 days ever in terms of downtime) we have had an uptime of 99.5%. We do aim for 99.9%+ but it is not always possible.
The free btc bonuses have not been finalized yet, the numbers still need to be worked out. The bonus will stack with the reward points bonus so you can have both running to maximize your rolls. However the free btc bonus is only guaranteed for the next roll and if after that your requirements fall below the threshold, the bonus will be reduced as well. Just to make things clearer, the picture below shows the maximum your faucet can be boosted to with the current prices.

Can you pls tell me (or redirect me to a link) wich specific requirements are needed in order to get the bonus? I'm trying to spot them on the web and i fell on this 3ad but at the moment i didn't find nothing about requirements... I play the hi-low game, bought some lottery tickets and daily claim at least 12/15 times but still the bonus is not available for me.

This is one of those sites that has been around for some time. It is one of those most popular ones and has gotten a good amount of talk on the forums. They have added a few features here and there and evolved some over time. The hardest times are in the beginning and once they got past the recording for this and that issue that a new site runs into, I have not seen any issues at all.

talking about lottery, why some of the user ID is only like 3 Digit,4,5 and some is 6 digit User ID. is that a legitimate user or just a number use to fill as fake winner in the lottery?
It's just how old the account is. Mine is only 3 digits because I was the 178th person to sign up.

The bonus rewards are still experimental and they will probably change as I work things out (probably go down). there is no fixed wager requirement to get an increased bonus. It is calculated based on what you have wagered/spent on lottery vs. how much you have claimed from the faucet. As that ratio increases, the reward will increase and as it decreases the reward will go back down. It isn't guaranteed.

Thanks for that clarification, wetsuit! Looks like I'm a part of the ELITE club with my +1615 bonus. I'm gonna pop a Free BTC boost right away! Until now I've been hesitant to touch my RP :-)
Just an FYI as I made this mistake, the Free BTC boost only affects the base payout (+/-80 sats). The bonus that wetsuit has just added is only added on top of the boost, it is not multiplied by the Free BTC boost.
