What is the current DOGE reward for the top reward supposed to be on freedoge.co.in? Is it supposed to be equivalent to $150USD or $200 (335,431.79 DOGE)? Why does this site gives 4% interest for free? I mean, this site worked fine so far and gave me a lot of money, but why would they gift something so valuable?

There's a lengthy explanation on the website when you click on "daily interest". They invest in mining.
Also they save transaction fees when people let their money sit.
They divide it in 3 parts, one part is used to cover withdraw expenses, second part is used as Dice game bankroll to pay gamblers and cover the game expenses and the third part is used to expand their mining operations.

I'm assuming these users are top in affiliates, or betting since you get extra tickets for referrals or bets.

The odds have never been good relative to what other sites offer, but it's never been misadvertised or hidden. And besides, something has to pay for the free to play portion of the site. Advertising doesn't cover it, and that revenue has to come from somewhere.
