On https://freebitco.in/?op=stats Personal Stats, are the figures accurate?
For me, free roll winnings + ref earnings +/- multiply & lottery & jackpots ≠ total payouts

To everyone storing their Bitcoins on this site: you do realize that they might support the hard fork mid september IF that has the most miner backing? I suggest to withdraw your Bitcoins to your own wallet before the fork. You can always restore them a few days later. It would be a pity to see that the interest you built up has been converted into some altcoin!

They'll support the coin that has the most support from miners. The other one (bitcoin core or bitcoin segwitx2) will be available for withdraw in a compatible wallet.
So if they support bitcoin segwitx2, the bitcoin core I've earned interests with will still be available.

Hey Wetsuit, Myfe.

I learned a lesson today, and I'm hoping that you might consider implementing a new feature or perhaps change the text in a portion of Freebitco.in so maybe others won't have to deal with what I'm currently dealing with.

The lesson I learned is that the auto-payment option withdraws your entire balance of bitcoin from freebitco.in. I read that the minimum was 30,000 satoshis. Seeing no place to enter a withdrawal amount, I assumed 30,000 satoshis was going to be withdrawn from my account. Hence the situation I am in. My plan was to try a new online wallet, and fund this wallet with an automatic withdrawal of 30,000 satoshis. Now the balance is pending confirmation to this new, untested, wallet.

So understandably, I'm nervous. Hopefully this new wallet functions as it should and I can transfer my bitcoin back to freebitco.in soon. I'm fully aware that this is not the fault of Freebitco.in, but maybe either a user-specified amount can be entered under the auto-withdrawal tab? Or perhaps a warning in that tab that explains your full balance if over 30,000 satoshis gets withdrawn?

Thank you for your consideration.

https://bit.ly/387FXHi lightning theory
anyone here actually using this site to store their coins? like more than .1btc of coins stored here just to earn interest rates? can i know some feedback? i would like to store some of my coins here

I have 1.3 in there. Partially for the interest rate and partially to make to forks easier as they're a great site!
That being said, if you want a better interest rate (but with less funds accessibility, there's always bw.com who offer 8%).

(No one quote this and say I shouldn't be doing this as I know it's not recommended but they are quite trustworthy and have a good service).

Yeah, I'm storing some for pure interest rate. I don't gamble, only freerolls once in a while.
So far this website has proven itself quite reliable, no reason for lack of thrust for wetsuit(owner).
They give cool options during forks so no need to move the coins back and forth, interest rate seems legit/realistic, not to mention all the chances(tho slim) for additional rewards from free rolls, makes it (IMO) good and safe method for investment.
Remember, risk only that what you are ready to loose anyway. All in all its a gambling website.

What I really like is that they still moving, model changes, new options are being added from time to time and there are no adds and all the similar annoyances.
Give it a try and check for yourself, it wont make you rich overnight but this 0.01% daily is still something!
Its like making bitcoin POS Smiley

https://bit.ly/387FXHi lightning theory
Actually how does this site make the money to give free BTC out?
 Huh

It's right on the "earn" tab.
Profits from mining/hosting gambling. Abd 35 Sats an hour per user is not much for a site with 500BTC.

It's still just a faucet.
It's exactly a faucet. I use like a wallet actually.

Using it as a wallet is not bad, actually, having a significant amount stored to it would earn you some from their new feature wherein you get 4%(im not sure with the figure) annually.

It is not bad indeed, but it is just too risky as their main service is not as a wallet. Better to use other online wallet or cold wallet to store big amounnt of bitcoin. Even though the site is trusted, but I would never use them as wallet and for 4.08% annual interest.

4.08% is the annual interest. Wink storing/keeping large amount of coins would be a bad idea, it's too risky(just my opinion). i never keep anything on online wallets/exchanges, they can be hacked!

The site is trusted but it is not advised to store all your bitcoins in an online wallet particularly site is involved in gambling and mining business. It is better to store some coins and rest of them should store in a desktop offline wallet. Just because of 4% interest rate don't take so much risk.

He hasn’t said he is using it as his only wallet. I also use it as a wallet, one of the three wallets I have, so I can profit from the 4% interest without putting all my bitcoin investment at risk, although I think the risk is low. That interest is much more than what my bank gives me for having my money in a savings account.

Also, he never mentioned that he is using other wallets as well so I thought it is better to advise new people because as per me keeping your coins in any online wallets always got a high risk of losing money. Not only this site wallet but even all other online wallets shouldn't store our long-term coins just for 4% interest. In banks even though you get less than 4% but money is safer compared to this wallet.

Yes, you are right. Some people in the forum become too enthusiastic about bitcoin soon after discovering it so the advice can be useful for him or for others reading this thread.

Apart from that, I am fully aware that money in my bank account is safer than in this wallet (or site, if you prefer) that’s why I have a much lower amount in it.

I stand with Ukraine.
i'am earn 0.5 Btc every month

0.5BTC? dude, you are either kidding or you have a million referals, 3000$ is not a low ammount.....
I sure he is kidding or miss few zero's because this is very big amount and if you have every month then you no need any job great work

NOTE   right now site is down any one else have problem its showing site is down for me

I agree with you. No way he's able to earn 0.5 BTC per month from referrals or from any other way regularly. That's a very big amount and I think that indeed he missed a few zeros there. Smiley

If he is one of the early adapters or early users of freebitco.in, there is a possibility. Having thousands of referrals (if ever) would make that possible.

Look at what Don Pedro Dinero posted yesterday:

~

Referral commissions in the last 10 days were up to 1,17 bitcoins, that makes around 3,50 btc in total monthly. If what he says was true it would mean that he alone is getting 1/7 of the total referral commissions on a site where there are almost 9.000.000 users, many of them trying to get referral commissions.
~

This shows that it is highly improbable to earn 0.5 BTC per month from referrals by one person. But I agree with other posters that it would be nice to see a proof from onlineportal if he can provide one because, who knows, maybe he made the impossible possible.

Even though early adapter of freebitco site but it is quite hard to find referral who are still active so long because I also got more than 15 referrals but only two to three guys claim a couple of times in a week. I think making 0.5BTC per month is quite challenging from referrals that too now each person claim has reduced because of high BTC prices.
You don't earn only from referrals' claim, but also from their interest earnings (25%). With a good amount stored and some referrals who have the same (early adopters), interests should give a good amount each month.
