Hey everyone,If you’ve been scammed by Freewallet like so many of us have, I want to let you know that we have a new strategy to take action and potentially stop them from continuing their fraudulent operations. After doing some research, it looks like Hetzner is the hosting provider for Freewallet's website (
https://www.hetzner.com), and we now have the chance to get them involved and demand that they take Freewallet.org offline.
Many of us have already lost significant amounts of cryptocurrency because of Freewallet’s scammy practices. They’ve locked users out of their accounts under the pretense of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification and then ignored all attempts to resolve the issue, all while taking our funds without consent. The fraudulent use of KYC is one of their most notorious tactics, asking for personal documentation like passports, IDs, and selfies, only to block or endlessly delay access to the accounts. Meanwhile, our funds disappear.
Even after reaching out to Freewallet’s customer service, victims have received little to no response, leaving us without a solution. The company continues to lure in new victims, and this scam shows no signs of stopping. That’s why it’s crucial for us to step up and do everything we can to fight back.
Our plan is to flood Hetzner with complaints so they realize what kind of scam they’re supporting by hosting Freewallet’s website. Most hosting providers have strict policies against hosting websites that engage in illegal or harmful activities, and we believe that once they understand how serious this issue is, they will take action to ban Freewallet.org.
Here’s what we need you to do:Go to Hetzner’s website at
https://www.hetzner.com and find their feedback form.
Write a detailed complaint about your experience with Freewallet. Explain how they locked you out of your account, the excuses they used, and how you lost your funds. Make sure to emphasize that Freewallet is engaging in fraudulent activities and must be investigated.
Make it clear that you are asking Hetzner to block Freewallet.org because it is a scam that continues to harm more people.
The more complaints Hetzner receives, the more pressure they will feel to take this issue seriously. We can make a difference if we act together!
