It is natural if you are weak seeing the face of the PSG goalkeeper because it looks terrible but the most important thing is that he has now undergone a recovery period and will most likely be out for a little longer and the wound on his face will definitely leave a scar that is difficult to remove.
Even so, I am happy that PSG won against Monaco because this makes the points advantage at the top of the standings wider and the clubs below PSG will find it increasingly difficult to catch up on the points.
The increasingly wide points advantage will certainly continue to make PSG stay at the top of the standings until the end of the season because for now, let alone Monaco, even Marseille will not be able to catch up on PSG's points even though Marseille has not played a match for the sixteenth week this season. I also regret the face of the PSG goalkeeper, but in any case, it is something that has happened and cannot be avoided so that the goalkeeper only needs to undergo a more optimal recovery so that the wound on his face can disappear and not leave a mark on his face.
Donnarumma received 10 stitches on his face, and Luis Enrique is certain to rest him for the next few games. In a short video circulating on social media, Wilfried Singo was seen visiting Donnarumma after the match to apologize directly for the incident. Besides that, regarding the fight for the top of the standings, no Ligue 1 contestant has been able to disturb PSG position so far. However, I believe, the two spots to the Champions League will be competitively fought over by several teams at once, not only Marseille and AS Monaco. Lille and Lyon look set to keep up the pressure until the end of the season.

I agree with you, the result of this match is influenced because their levels are at different levels. Monaco is good, but Paris Saint Germain is better than them, and in Ligue 1 I don't see any team that has the same level as Paris Saint Germain. This is why in the end Ligue 1 is not more popular, because the competition here is very minimal, and we can even predict who will be the champion in the next season. Not without reason, because as you said, Paris Saint Germain has everything it takes to be a champion. They are a club with all the advantages that other teams in Ligue 1 don't have.
That is why I say Ligue 1 is not so competitive because when it comes to competition only PSG is the only strong team that might have an impact to dominate the league and overall there are almost no other teams that are able to provide balanced resistance in the struggle for the title. The PSG level is above the average team there and even challengers such as Marseille and Monaco are only able to compete for the second to third standings.

The level of popularity of Ligue 1 is not too bad but not many people may have an interest for this league for some reason where there is no more competitive competition. PSG has everything while other teams are unable to make efforts as made by PSG.

As I expected, Monaco will have a hard time facing Paris Saint Germain, and as a result they have to swallow a 2-4 defeat from their guests.
They were behind first, but there was a moment where they could turn the game around. But unfortunately they were not strong enough to maintain a 2-1 lead early in the second half and they had to concede 3 goals again and made them have to swallow a defeat from Paris Saint Germain.
Actually in their game they were not too bad, but Paris Saint Germain were too strong and that is something we have known from the start. Once again Monaco lost the opportunity to get closer to Paris Saint Germain.
Thia actually a really good one that PSG won away from home and for Monaco it's a pretty poor one loosing at home by such margin even if we know that PSG is much bigger and ahead of them both in depth, form and even position on the table, although Monaco isn't a weak team but weren't just a match for PSG , the dominance of PSG has continued and its gradually becoming that they are going to undoubtedly be the winners of the league title thia season.

I agree with your statement that AS Monaco is not bad in their gameplay, but their opponent PSG was too strong for them, so even though they got the situation in their favor, they still failed to maintain the score at that time. With this match result, PSG is increasingly safe at the top of the Ligue 1 standings. They have 40 points, 10 points different from Marseille & AS Monaco who are in second & third place.

Haha that was pretty bad, nothing good from Monaco game and they were just lucky to create 2 goal from benefits of PSG defensive off guard and the mistakes that happened, if there were no mistakes maybe Monaco would not have had those 2 goal, I had hoped Monaco would be able to match PSG game and really at least hold draw but yes we know PSG is much stronger than Monaco.
Dembele has always been surprising player in several matches, he is player who is able to help PSG in every condition, if it continues like this we will see PSG win Ligue 1 again for the umpteenth time, I think Monaco has disappeared from the list of team that are able to compete well.

If I look at the video, it looks like Wilfried Singo took a shot and then, Donnarumma came forward to block it. But unfortunately, Wilfried Singo didn't have time to jump high because Donnarumma was also quick to block. Thus, Wilfried Singo was basically not grabbing the ball from Donnarumma or any other PSG player, but he was dribbling and then took a shot. As such, I don't think it was an  incident of deliberate or accidental action either,  but purely a violent collision. After all, when the match was over and in the dressing room too Wilfried Singo had apologized directly to Donnarumma and their problems were over.
This is indeed an terrifying incident, how scary it is to see this photo. It happened so fast. But as you said, it happened so fast and it was hard to avoid. But, again, we even don't know exactly that there is an element of intent or not purely. Singo has also apologized for the incident. But, the fact that Donnarumma was injured still happened. and Singo wasn't carded. That's what made PSG quite disappointed.

When I first saw a photo of Gianlugi Donnarumma's face on a  sports website's report about the incident, I was very furious at the decision of the match officials not to have sent Wilfried Singo out and out of curiosity, I went to search for the video footage and after watching the different camera angles, I understood better why Wilfried Singo wasn't shown a red card after the incident. It was an obvious mistake from both players who collided against each other. For Gianlugi Donnarumma, I wish him a quick recovery but that wasn't a red card of you ask me

I feel like it's a disgrace that Donnaruma got that kind of stiches and there was absolutely no card in that position. I mean I get that it wasn't done purposefully, not like he wanted to do it, in fact it's clear that he wanted to take the ball up, and failed and that's why that happened, but just because it wasn't on purpose, doesn't mean it is not a card, dude literally had to get stiches, what else does it need to be before you red card someone?

I would say that is the clearest red card I have ever seen in my life, as dangerous as it gets, a few inches right and we are talking about literally blind from one eye, and yet there was NO card, I mean we are not even talking about yellow card or red card, we are talking about something that is wildly easy red card, getting ZERO cards in that position. We need to improve on this referee situation, could be AI, could be something else, I am sick and tired of all the human referees all around the world making silly mistakes like these.

Arguably one of the most horrific incidents of the season, this was the most egregious foul and thankfully it didn't end in anything more fatal. Donnarumma had to get 10 stitches from the impact, which shows how violent the incident was. Although Wilfried Singo claims that it wasn't a deliberate act, the impact was still huge, and probably left a deep trauma.

And it's true that Singo apologized to Donnarumma in the dressing room, which was more than just an apology but also showed his regret for what he did to Donnarumma. In addition, Singo also publicly expressed his apology and regret through his social media. This was a wise move and showed good sportsmanship. Incidents like this serve as a reminder that in football, physical collisions can happen, but responsibility and attitude after the fact are also important.

Ligue 1 is a competitive league, it's just that teams other than PSG always have difficulty winning the title because of inconsistent team performance. There are several teams that always have the potential to win the title in each different season, but in the end they often fail because their performance worsens. PSG has better squad depth than other teams, so that is one factor why they dominate.

I don't know why Ligue 1 is called a farmers' league just because of PSG's dominance, but that's the reason, then the Bundesliga, Serie A and the English League might also deserve to be called a farmers' league because of the dominance of one team in winning the title, Bayern Munich dominates the Bundesliga, Manchester City dominates Premier League, while in the past few seasons Juventus dominated Serie A, but not sure if someone would say it's a farmers' league.

People say that and they say that the Premier League is the most competitive league. and maybe it is said to be uncompetitive and called a farmer's league, because in the French League certain clubs can dominate for a decade or more, and for now that is happening to PSG. and the presence of quality players in the team may be one of the reasons, but some teams are not as rich as PSG, so they cannot present more quality players like PSG.

In a violation there must be an element of intention or not. However, when a violation occurs in a match, especially if it has fatal consequences for the player who was violated, even though it was intentional, the player who committed the violation will say that it was unintentional and unintentional.

And regarding what happened to Donnarumma which made him have to be pulled out of the field when the match had only been going on for 22 minutes. Whatever the reason for the lion, intentional or not in the match, the lion deserved a red card.

Marseille and Monaco are both 10 points behind PSG. This could really close the possibility of competition. Last season PSG also finished the season with very good dominance. I actually hoped this season would be quite interesting when I saw Monaco and Marseille playing quite well, but it seems like this season will still belong to PSG. Everyone must realize that PSG's dominance has not been broken in Ligue 1.
At the beginning of the season, Monaco and Marseille have shown a very good performance in each of their matches, but as I said, it is precisely their mentality and consistency in competing to be title contenders that is very low, making it difficult for them to try to break PSG dominance this season, a difference of 10 points already when the season is still halfway has shown how tough PSG currently has in Ligue 1, Yesterday's victory over Monaco showed how other teams are very difficult to give PSG a defeat when playing in the domestic league so far,  so with a 10-point advantage, I think PSG will most likely be able to win the league again by leaving other teams a considerable difference in points and maybe even when the league is not over they will celebrate the championship.
This is the particular aspect of the league that I don't like about the French Ligue 1, None of these teams ,Monaco, Marseille and rest really wants to break this decades of PSG dominance in the French Ligue, very bad. Even when PSG is not in their best form where we expect another to become champions,  PSG will still find their way through to lifting the trophy. I wonder when things will take a new shape as regards to we starting to see another team prop up and challenge PSG dominance that we won't have them become champions all the time.

So far we consider the factor of differences in the quality of players and team finances to be the reason PSG is so strong in ligue 1, but after what was done by marseille and monaco in the previous transfer window, it began to doubt me if the quality of the squad was the reason for the inability of other teams to become champions, because at this time even marseille and monaco which have a squad equivalent  with PSG, but still they are difficult to break PSG's dominance in ligue 1, mentality is the main problem for rival teams to be able to conquer PSG in ligue 1, so if they do not immediately improve a better mentality then even with a good squad it will be difficult to prevent PSG from becoming champions, unless maybe they get lucky like Lille who can champhionship when France is hit by covid in 2020/21.

Nobody could even expect to see PSG lose this match to a team like Monaco. Just compare PSG with all other teams in the French league and you can understand PSG spends much more money than all teams in the French League.
Even PSG could score more goals than this and on the other hand for a team like Monaco, it was a lot to score two goals for PSG considering the players and the coach they have in this team.

Monaco does not have a lot of money like PSG. However, Monaco was not weak this season. Monaco played well at the beginning of the season. But Monaco could not maintain its good performance. That is why Monaco has gradually fallen behind. Monaco's defense was also very strong. In 15 matches, this team conceded a total of 12 goals. But Monaco conceded four goals against PSG.

I thought this match would be more competitive. But in this match we saw PSG's dominance. Monaco did not play badly. Monaco's players made a lot of attacks. But PSG's defenders played very well. So despite a lot of attacks, PSG conceded more than two goals. However, I bet on PSG to win. PSG conceded two goals in this match, but they were able to win the match. Dembele was able to score two goals in this match. Ramos is also in pretty good form now. In almost every match we see better performance from Ramos.

It is very difficult to beat Paris Saint Germain, even though the opponent has the status of a club that can be counted on with good performances and also playing at home. In fact, I also think that one of the things that can make Paris Saint Germain lose is that they are unlucky, or the opponent (whoever it is) has very great luck. No one can deny that Paris Saint Germain is the best club in Ligue 1, but unfortunately only in the domestic league can they compete and dominate. While when they are in a bigger competition they can't do much, like their progress in the Champions League which always fails every season.

Although Monaco is not as strong as PSG, the fact is that Monaco was able to put pressure on PSG by putting up resistance and managed to score 2 goals. This means that no matter how strong PSG is at the moment, PSG defense still looks a little weak when playing against a team that is almost equal. PSG dominance is unquestionable because the title guarantee is still ongoing. But still, the coach must immediately fix this slight weakness. Because PSG is not only about the league 1 title but also has to perform better in the UCL.

PSG won big against Monaco in today's match, as I expected PSG would score more than 2 goals in this match and they did not disappoint me this time and made my bet win, but this PSG victory caused a wound for their goalkeeper who had a terrible incident because this accident caused his face to suffer quite serious injuries, this match did look very fierce all the players tried their best to provide difficult resistance but despite experiencing a serious incident PSG was still able to focus on the match and was able to score 4 goals.

I was weak when I saw the photo of Gianluigi Donnarumma, the PSG goalkeeper who was hurt in the first half of the game. The injury was bad, and Wilfried Singo committed a terrible foul, I expected the referee to hand him a red card after the incident because he was already on a yellow card. Despite the goalkeeper's injury, PSG performance remained unchanged, they fought hard to win the game. PSG won a difficult game because Monaco has improved with their games this season, and PSG play seems to be unpredictable.

Furthermore, you made a good prediction because it will be very difficult to select PSG as the favorite to win against any opponent at this point. Based on their performance against St-Étienne and Nantes in the previous games and the fact that the match is expected to be difficult for PSG, I predicted that the BTTS, while the match ends with a score of 2:4 in favor of PSG to increase their lead over Monaco and Marseille by 10 points.

From your point of view it's true that it appears like Neither party was at fault and it wasn't a deliberate act aswell and so it resulted to nobody been given a card for the "supposed offence" I just hope Donnarumma doesn't get terribly affected there after, although till this moment no official comments on that so hopefully he's fine and good, the situation taken care of and he will probably be appearing in their subsequent fixtures for PSG.
Although this happened unintentionally, the referee should have given Wilfried Singo a card because this is a fairly fatal foul that occurred even though it was unintentional. Hopefully nothing happens to Donnarumma so that he can continue to strengthen PSG in the next match because they still need him quite a lot. PSG themselves will face several important matches in the future so they have to ensure victory so as not to make the challengers behind them chase the points they have.

In the Champions League itself, there is still a lot of time to prepare because facing Man City is not easy even though their current form is much more unstable. But if PSG do not prepare for the match well then Man City could make PSG fail to advance to the next round.

Here it seems risky to bet on a side to me. Instead taking a bigger risk like BTTS & Over 2.5 goals @1.76 seems better.  Smiley  I know that draw I mentioned was a 0-0 one but I want to act according to my feelings.

I'm so glad to pick this betting option for the Monaco - PSG game.  Roll Eyes  It was too easy you know and I really loved to watch this game. 2 comebacks but PSG were the team that left the pitch happily with a big 4-2 win in such a tough matchup. I'm saying it was tough despite the score. Because Monaco didn't play bad. Especially in the second half they showed a great effort.

There were some good chances wasted to keep up with PSG. And I think there was a debatable potential penalty incident too. I don't think it wasn't a penalty honestly. It could have changed things for Monaco maybe.

Lastly I was nearly forgetting about one thing. What was that challenge by Singo?  Huh  It was too dangerous against Donnarumma but he didn't get even a yellow. It doesn't make sense that it was just because of not being intentional. There must be a limit with that.

Nobody could even expect to see PSG lose this match to a team like Monaco. Just compare PSG with all other teams in the French league and you can understand PSG spends much more money than all teams in the French League.
