The Kvara deal is near being completed. The discussed transfer fee is around 75 million euros with bonuses. Considering today's market, I believe he is worth that much with that big talent.

Aren't Monaco and Brest from Ligue 1? Brest is in 7th place with 13 points, and Monaco is in 16th place with 10 points and all teams from Ligue 1 have a pretty good chance of making it to the playoffs (except PSG, who have only 7 points and are outside the playoff zone). So dominating Ligue 1 doesn't mean that PSG can be better than them if they can dominate Ligue 1. Maybe it also matters what opponents they played, but it still doesn't give PSG the right to be in 25th place.If you look at these facts, I personally did not expect PSG to have such bad luck this season, dominating Ligue 1 does not automatically make their journey in the Champions League easier. If it is possible for Lionel Messi, he will just delete his record of going to PSG from his football career because he practically achieved nothing in France apart from winning those local trophies which PSG usually win with or without him. When he joined the team, I was actually thinking it was the right time for PSG to win the Champions League trophy as they hard the best trio in the world as at that time. A combination of Neymar, Messi and Mbappe out to comfortably bring the UCL title home but it turned out that was one of the worst moment of the club as they did not near even the final before they were disgraced out of the competition.

I also agree, it doesn't necessarily mean that clubs that dominate the Domestic League will be better in European competitions.
