Totally agree. Mbappe and Haaland shouldn't, in my opinion, be compared in the slightest. The dynamics are simply too dissimilar. Mbappe is an attacking midfielder, Erling is just a striker. I am not really a fan of Mbappe but we gotta be honest here. Erling relies on his team mates to receive the ball but Mbappe is different. We are aware that Mbappe excels in terms of technique and durability as well. There is no need to compare anything.

Messi said, Kylian Mbappe is a great player and difficult to play against in one-on-one situations, but the current mbappe is not yet in the category of the world's best player, and I agree with his statement. Mbappe and Haaland have incredible talent, but I don't think these two stars are the same. but what is certain is that these two players are young stars of this era.
Mbappe is a beast but Haaland is a goal monster. we always enjoy each of their respective performances, but IMO, Haaland is better than Mbappe in terms of attitude, if there is a vote which chooses who is the best of the two. obviously, we like Haaland more than Mbappe.

PSG are the strongest with most earned points and biggest goal difference. It means their attacking is a damn dominating strong but the point difference shows that they are still followed very tightly by other clubs from Marseille to Lens. Only a several points differently and it can be covered affer one or two match days.

Above all it is reading stats but I don't think other clubs will be able to catch PSG and beat them at the end. In a long run, PSG have more advantage than others as they have many good players on bench. Their substitute players can get in main squad in other clubs very easily. It reveals a lot about strenght, depth of player resources and differences between PSG and their competitors.

It is interesting to see how the ligue 1 table looks like as at today. It is different from what it used to be in the past, seeing Marseille giving Psg a very close mark is good. Another surprising gesture is seeing Lens at top4 with over 20 points after playing 9 matches. It is an interesting one and if they could show more strength before this year ends and remain in top 4, they could end in top 4 by the end of the season.

No doubt Lens is having very good time in early part of this season and with their game and performance look like they are going to be good until first half of this season after the World Cup we have to check their performance and if they are able to keep this momentum then surely it's going to be best for them and with this most chances they are going to have their European spot at the cost of Lyon and Lille which are surely having the worst time from the start of this season and another club which is surely the biggest disappointment after having good end of last season is Strasbourg which is currently in relegation zone so look like things are changing in Ligue 1 as few teams are going badly down with new challengers are coming for fight which will give them better result and revenue which will be helpful for improving quality.

Actually i didn't too surprised to see Lens achievement because after promoted on Ligue 1 on season 2020/2021 Lens has successfully finish at 7th on standings league two season in a row and as the team who still new in this league i have to say Lens is dark horses team who can beat strong teams and this season they performance quite impressive until week 9 because still unbeatable and if they can managed it i think possible Lens will finish at European competition

The lens team is playing very well this season. Compared to Lille, their performance is much more stable. Lens are undefeated so far and have 21 points from 9 matches. On the other hand, the Lille team has scored only 13 points in 9 matches. Lille also lost points against relatively weak teams. And so I guess Lille will lose points against Lens as well. Lens's offensive and defensive performance is excellent. At the same time, due to the good bonding between the players, they are able to play consistently well.

That's true, and last season Lens were also massacred by the Lille team, but for this season Lens have been able to repay them with their best performances and the next match for Lens is on October 10 who will be a guest at Lille. I'm sure Lens can still win against the Lille team even though the match will be at home to Lille, but Lens still has the consistency to win every game this season.

season they can play in European competition, and we'll see if Lens is able to do that or not. Next Lens will face Lille, and if Lens can beat
Lille at least get closer to Lens to be in the top 5 this season.

Lens when compared to last season, they have improved now but this is still early of course and they still have to continue to maintain their performance so that their position is not shifted.
2 seasons in a row they have always been in 7th position and most likely if they are in this form and can maintain it is not impossible that their position is better than before.

But Lens is getting better. It is interesting that after 9 matches, Lens stayed without a defeat along with Marseille and PSG.
Lyon got the 4th defeat in a row which isn't good at all and I believe they will have hard times to compete in an european competition spot. The situation isn't any better for Lille and Montpellier..

I don't know how long mbappe will survive with his selfishness, he can continue to get the ball (assist) from the others because other players still think he is a striker and their friend. PSG's toughest problem is this and it's impossible to fix it.

Lyon vs lens match ended as predicted, lens managed to win 1-0. Lyon continues to lose in the last 4 matches, nothing seems to have changed from Lyon, Lyon is still the same as last season.

That's understandable, I mean if you see the roster that PSG has, you may expect them to win by 5 goal too, that's understandable. But just because they didn't win my 5 goals, doesn't mean that they didn't dominated. They dominated but failed to turn the possessions into goals, and that was the reason for the result, not the lack of domination.

In the end, they got the three points, as I always say that's the only thing that matters. They can get even better, but results will not change, no matter how amazing they get, if it's three points it's three points and nobody will ever get anything more. They do not give you points per goal, it's always 3.

it is mostly because Mbappe is not the only good player that can score in the team, and the play style of PSG and Man City is not the same, Man City are focusing more on one striker and PSG play more as a team, Mbappe should not get affected negatively by Haaland's success, like been too greedy and not passing the ball to his teammates, he should focus more on the team's success first and his comes second.

Mbappe cannot be compared to Haaland at the moment. Haaland has been playing brilliantly in every match. Mbappe, on the other hand, continues to behave selfishly. Mbappe should follow Haaland's style of play. If Mbappe plays this selfish way, no renowned team will be interested in keeping him in the squad in the future. Mbappe will definitely need to change his style of play.

Yes, I know what you mean, I saw the game in its entirety, but I can say something, that the second goal from a free kick by Messi was magnificent, Messi had previously tried to do it and it did not work out, until the same Neymar almost came out, but there is no denying that that goal was masterful, it was perfect and now because of the resolution of the screens it looked like he was playing Play5, that was very good, I think PSG is not that is lowering the level and that's why they win with a difference of 1 or 2 goals, it's because the league is getting very interesting, for me they have to do more merits, because the reign is running out for them, even Mbappé celebrated that 2nd goal as if it had been his.

Marseille is very close to PSG, it is a team that should not give up on what they are looking for, and with what I have seen they have shown, it is very likely that they can do a better job, they are a few points away fighting for first place, could we see a surprise from this team??

PSG really needs luck to a large extent for them to achieve their goal of lifting the Champions league. Their performance against Nice is a clear indication that Christophe Galtier has not fully solved their goal-scoring problems. Benfica is not a team that would be underatted. They won their last match against Maritimo by five goals to nothing. PSG would have to improve if they would be able to with that match. Kylian Mbappe's fitness would be a big boast to the club because he has proved to be one of PSG's most reliable goalscorers. 


It is true that Haaland is the bride of football currently, but Mbappe is not also doing badly. Both players seem to be the most promising young footballers currently. Halaand is currently enjoying a well-organized team that has one of the greatest coaches, while Mbappe features in a team that had several issues and is managed by a relatively average coach. He is just recovering from injuries and I expect that Mbappe's performance would improve within a few weeks.   

Yeah mbappe that guy is very lucky in the right position, even Neymar in that match can't scoring goals his accuracy rate decreased, want to be like Messi for scoring in free kicks but he didn't successful to shoot on target. For the Champions League, maybe PSG have a chance to win, but Benfica at this time should not to be underestimated, this team's performance is currently improving and I think it is quite challenging for PSG. By the way what do you think about Ajaccio? after getting promoted to league 1 this team looks like it will return to league 2, maybe this team not yet strong enough  to compete in league 1.
