Well 1.63 is a decent odd on PSG and i think its a really good despite how good PSG is. I expected at least 1.45 on PSG but i guess the bookies think it will be a lot hard for PSG to win. For me a lock is over 2.5 goals i can see this game with lots of goals from both teams

It's just paper calculating because football is not like math where we can count it as the dominant champion. because the session just started, if happens like your count, the PSG domination will not be like expectation because we don't know next, maybe the player got injured or something happens in the middle session that makes the situation change.

Which bet? 1x2 or handicap?. For the 1x2 market itself, I don't see good odds if we go for PSG's win, only @1.63, although it's very likely they will win this match, but with the current odds, I don't think it gives any interest. Better to choose a handicap bet, even with a smaller chance, LOL.

Indeed this can still happen but when we talk about betting I think if I were then I would not place a bet on Lyon because even if the chance of winning is still there, this is only a small possibility of all the possibilities.

It still sounds quite reasonable for Lyon to beat PSG in my opinion, this is not unreasonable, because in their last meeting at Parc Olympique Lyonnais, Lyon managed to draw against PSG with a score of Lyon 1 - 1 PSG. Nothing is impossible here. BTW, I've placed a bet for goals over 3.5, I'm pretty sure that there will be a lot of goals in this match.
