Galtier had been made the man to lead PSG to their champions league trophy next season.I actually thought it was going to be Zidane who will take on the job,but those rumours were far from the truth.PSG needs a man that can manage those big players at the team and blend them together to be able to produce something reasonable for the club.Neymar,Messi and Mbape are three big players at the team that can make things happen at that club if the coach is able to manage them well and reignite the winning spirit in them.
It is no doubt that the champions league is really going to be tough next season because of the transfer of different players to different clubs of their choice.It is yet to be seen whether the man they've chosen for the job will be able to deliver the team or not.

I don't think it is going to be a big improvement for PSG. they needed someone who could impose authority over the players. not someone who could be just a substitute for who was here earlier. I have heard that Neymar has extended his contract with PSG. so, PSG still has the same team, or at least basically the same team going into the next season as well. it will be a big disappointment if they are unable to win the champions league this time as well.

I think that the automatic renewal of Neymar's contract doesn't change anything as it doesn't pose an hindrance for him to be sold still. However I started thinking that even Chelsea might not be very willing about signing him considering his very high yearly wage. I wouldn't wait for Neymar to be okay about making much less money than he does now. I don't expect Chelsea to give his current contract too.

Neymar made a smart condition in his contract with PSG and honestly, I don't know why PSG was dumb like this.
from what i read the contract was automatically renewed and looking at neymar's age and poor performance and injuries is allied to the fact that he misses training and i also heard that he does not have a good attitude in terms of education in the changing rooms which can cause other players also become rebels so keeping neymar is not a good choice, he can't play at least 60% of the games every season, PSG is just spending money to pay neymar salaryI agree with you. PSG is only wasting money by giving wages to Neymar. Neymar's wages are much higher. But PSG should take one more risk. Since Messi will be at PSG until next season, PSG management should give Neymar another season and a chance to play with Messi. My guess is that if Messi, Neymar, and Mbapee play well and don't get injured, the PSG team will be unstoppable. At the same time, they need an experienced coach badly.

The big responsibility lies with Galtier because PSG's biggest target is the UCL trophy. Even though they have expensive players inside, PSG's cohesiveness is not yet clear, this is what makes them bad compared to Madrid, Man City, Bayern, or Liverpool. but galtier is famous for his surprises, and maybe in his hands PSG will get the UCL trophy next season, which will also be his first UCL trophy as a coach.

Yes PSG is really only concerned with winning the Champions League. I also think that it will only be a matter of time before they win. The focus and concentration are not at all on the competition for this team. That could also have been the reason why Lille became champions 2 years ago and PSG had a dramatic season in the league. The question is more how many points ahead PSG will have at the end of the season. I think few players will leave. It is a pity that Simons is gone, that was potentially a successor for Messi.

Galtier is not a manager that ever had any success at that level before. They are going with an untested manager. While everyone was expecting them to sign Zidane, they managed to get a manager that wasn't in the radars of any team. I do not know what they have seen, I do not know what the point of this is. But, I am sure that they did their testing, they did their scouting and found something in him that nobody else saw.Let's see what they would be doing this year, if they could do that then we could be doing a lot better. Of course it will take a while before we understand how he is, because champions league is easy when in group stages for them, and out of group stages are months and months away. So we will learn how he will do in like maybe 8 months, hence it is going to stay a question mark.

What would Neymar expect to leave PSG if he joined Newcastle United?If Neymar wants to leave PSG, I don't think Newcastle United is his club. Neymar's recent condition at PSG is reportedly not so comfortable because the media there is closer to Mbappe.

Olympique Lyon landing the Frenchman, Corentin Tolisso on a free transfer is a good news for the team as they now reinforced their Midfield with the former Bayern high class midfielder. Tolisso will face new challenges in his former team Lyon which he left back in 2013. Tolisso signed a five year deal with Bayern Munich, his current contract expired June 30, 2022, and it certain that Bayern Munich don't have intentions of extending his contract. Tolisso is back to his former team on a free transfer and we will be looking at a new Tolisso.
this will be very profitable for Lyon, they can get it for free. Corentin Tolisso is only 27 years old and so it is still possible for him to contribute a lot to the Lyon team, in terms of quality Tolisso is still very good.and because he used to be with Lyon for 5 years now it might be a little easier for him to adapt quickly to Lyon.

I think that with this news then neymar will not leave PSG. I hope this new coach knows what he's doing, because neymar can never play all season without having an injury that prevents him from playing many games, PSG is spending money on him

Neymar is one of best players and in PSG, he is one of best ones too. Any coach will prefer to have Neymar in their team but it is just Neymar has a record transfer and his salary is too high. Therefore people ask for bigger contributions and titles from Neymar. If he does not receive too high salary, pressure on him should be much lower.Working with a new coach will be challenge for all players in PSG as Galtier is a very disciplined coach just like Morinho. He will punish players who don't obey club rules.

Neymar made a smart condition in his contract with PSG and honestly, I don't know why PSG was dumb like this. Expanding a contract with players from 30+ years old is risky. Their performance can decrease dramatically afger their 30s and when they lose it, they hardly to get their best back. Neymar as we known is not too professional to maintain his body and fitness. I am very doubtful that he will be able to play well in next 2 or 3 years.Maybe PSG just wanted to convince Neymar to sign a contract with them and did not think too far. They just hoped to win Champions League with Neymar in one to three seasons.
