I would say there isn't really a small risk to be fair. I do not see how it is possible for anyone to see how PSG can't be the champions this year, they are by far the easiest bet to do. But, I am not doing that because I am waiting for a better return on my investment than 10%. If I was a person who was happy with just 10% then I would certainly pick this, it is clear as a day that PSG will win the title, but I know for a fact that bitcoin will go higher than 10% in 10 months and that is why I rather keep it in bitcoin.

But, if I ever find places that accept bitcoin payment and get 10% back in bitcoin, then why not? There are some like that, and it means not only I will profit from bitcoin going up, but I will get 10% premium on that.

Most of the bookmakers that are presented on this forum allow you to bet in bitcoin, so if you bet on PSG and it really becomes a champion, then you will get + 10% in bitcoin.
But personally, I'm not interested in such a bet. In addition to the fact that the return is small and the term is long, I believe that there is a risk that PSG will lose the championship, that is, it is not even a guaranteed 10%.

I second that Messi was forced to leave Barcelona and it wasn’t his choice to leave, and Manchester City had already spent $100 million on Grealish hence his only option was PSG. Furthermore Messi will have an option to stay for 2023 season at PSG, but I wouldn’t be surprised if he came back to Barcelona at a lower salary because we all know how much he loves Barcelona.

What's the main trophy, because if it was only for the Ligue 1 title I think even without Neymar PSG would still be easy to get it. PSG's main target with such a luxurious squad is of course for the Champions League trophy but unfortunately, that target will not be easy because there are many other teams who also have the same target and even they also have a good squad. So the competition for the Champions League title is the main thing, but it still won't be easy even though they already have a lot of expensive players in it.

Have you forgotten that psg got to the final of the champions league some season ago when Tuchel was the coach, they lost that final to bayern, you are correct that they should be doing better in the champions league with the team they have, but it is the same situation with them and City, i have a feeling that one them, manchester city or psg will win the champions league very soon, and go on to dominate in Europe for some time, i do not know which of them it will be, but i feel it will happen very soon, it can be this season so don't count them out.

Agreed about the Champions League. It wouldn't be realistic to take their performance in a cup game or even in league games into account for their Champions League success this season. Because they are already way ahead of all of their opponents in the Ligue 1. But they have much more serious opponents in the Champions League for them. They need to build new strategies to be closer to their goal there as the old ones didn't work out very much.

It will be very difficult for them to compete in the UCL, especially if strong teams like Real Madrid and Barcelona qualify for the round of 16. In the 2020 season, they missed their golden opportunity to become UCL champions when they played with Bayern Munich in the Final. The result of the match at that time was 1 - 0 for Bayern's victory. Maybe we will see a better PSG result in the UCL this season, because they came with an amazing squad.

But I doubt that Real Madrid would do that for now. It was really unacceptable for Real Madrid to see that happening by the way. He was almost joining them but he chose money. It isn't a very nice attitude to refuse your dream team like this. If your dream team is really Real Madrid then you should just go for it when you have the chance.

If you look at the period when Messi was supposed to leave Barcelona, then all he said then was that he wanted to stay in Spain, where his home is, where his children study, where their family and friends are. Messi did not want to leave for any other country, but it so happened that he had to. And he chose PSG because of the best financial offer, I think that is one of the main reasons for his choice.

I'm not sure it's the right info about your statement because even, when Messi was new to PSG and started the first few matches Messi said Ligue 1 is a difficult league because of the different gameplay from La Liga Messi admits it was difficult to adapt at the start. After all, at least the league of each country has its own character, and we can't completely think of it as weaker. Because after all, European leagues are the top leagues which of course have their own difficulties, because the competition in the European league is not only about club against club but of course there are other competitions that make European leagues have high tension.

I think there isn't a risk here and PSG will end up with +10 points difference as usual after a couple of rounds until the end of the league Tongue

I don't see a serious competitor here, nothing special in this transfer window and the Lille surprise won't happen that easily imo. PSG started in force vs Nantes in Tophee des champions while Monaco for example ended their game with a draw vs PSV in CL. Not very promising.. I don't consider friendlies as serious game so I don't take them on consideration.

I would say there isn't really a small risk to be fair. I do not see how it is possible for anyone to see how PSG can't be the champions this year, they are by far the easiest bet to do. PSG already have big names in the club, with the presenc of Leo Messi, Neymar, and so many stars. But still yet, they're always kicked out of the champions league which happens to be one of their ultimate target every season. In the meantime Sergio Ramos is not having a good time in the club with series of injury and makes him unfit for games. The Spaniard needs more time to get fit since he's just adjusting his space to France pattern of game and he's definitely going to be better defense instrument for Christophe Galtier to make good use of.

The team needs experienced players if they want to perform well in the Champions League. Players like Ramos and Messi can help the team at crucial times. Ramos made just 12 appearances in Ligue 1 last season. He was injured. If he doesn't have any fitness issues this season, he could do well with the team in both Ligue 1 and the Champions League. He is still one of the best defenders in the world.
