I think Angers will win tonight against Saint Etienne... The visitors have played terribly this season, although the head-to-head stats are on their side! However, both teams have a lot of players away for national team games... The odds on Angers are certainly attractive, but I think there could be very few goals or no goals at all!

PSG have the full control in the league and it really seems like this will go on for so many more years. Lille won the title too while PSG were this good. But this kind of incidents don't happen often in the end. To be able to finish the PSG dominance in the Ligue 1, some other team must be bought by rich people and the team should build a very strong squad like PSG. But we don't see this often too. I mean that we don't see many very rich clubs in every league. And the Ligue 1 is one of them.
PSG have completely controlled the French league, in week 22 they have collected 53 points, their points are very far behind their rivals, which is my question, why do many rich people do not want to buy clubs from the French league, why do many billionaires prefer to buy? I'm a PSG fan but I admit that PSG shouldn't relax thinking that they are already champions because they know they haven't been consistent, there are games where they end in a draw, so if they relax and start to draw in a lot of games then they can lose the first position of the table
And they must be aware of this reality too. PSG should already be focusing on the Champions League the most as the last 32 round is closing in. They are aiming the title there in the end.

PSG are doing very well as always. They had a home game against Reims and they won by a huge score like 4-0. It was an expected kind of win from them. They are still eleven points ahead of Nice which are at the second position in the standings now. It really doesn't seem like any of the rest of the teams will be able to catch up with PSG and fight for the title. And they must be aware of this reality too. PSG should already be focusing on the Champions League the most as the last 32 round is closing in. They are aiming the title there in the end.
I don't think any other team is hoping to win the title in Ligue 1 right now. PSG at the top of the points table has scored 53 points in 22 matches, while second place Nice has scored 42 points in 22 matches. The difference in their points is 11. It is almost impossible to reduce the gap by 11 points because PSG's performance is much better and stable in Ligue 1. So PSG will undoubtedly maintain their dominance in Ligue 1 this season and win the title. I am sure he will get better and he will play awesomely but for the time being that transfer was only done so that PSG could sell jerseys with Messi name on the back.

Its not really impossible, its quite hard but totally not impossible. Its only 11 points and with 16 more games to go, PSG could be slipping especially when the UCL roll out then Poch might rotate some of the players. I honestly thought they would have lead with bigger gap by now but with 11 points gap, Nice and Marseille still have a decent chance to close that gap

Do you honestly thought someone will really 'invest' alot on Ligue 1 when the majority of the crowd is not watching the league? Nah thats not going to happen unless somehow the majority of the crowd share shift from EPL to Ligue 1

I feel PSG are confirmed for Ligue 1 this season even though there are still a lot of games left but that won't change the title contenders and I'm sure they will be top now and until the end of the season

We saw a great match between Montpellier and Monaco. These teams both were having an average period of time in the league recently before this match. I didn't think any of them as the favourite of this match. Because they had nearly equal strength and performance. I was just expecting and hoping for a competitive match with many goals. And they gave this to me which made me happy. Monaco tried to make a huge comeback but they were devastated by the goal in the stoppage time (90+1') and lost by 3-2. But I appreciated the performance of each team.

PSG will be winning the league title without any hassle in my opinion. What I loved is that Ramos has scored a goal and he is given the freedom and maybe the leadership (i guess?) maybe PSG might do better, as I personally think that Ramos is a better leader on the field compared to Marquinhos.
But a lot of hard games coming for PSG, especially vs Real Madrid., Hope that they will do good.
It seems very likely like that. PSG are very strong in Ligue 1 and in this season, they have yet lost many points by their carelessness. So with their attention to win Ligue 1 at higher level than the past season, it is very difficult for other clubs to beat them in this competition. Current leading advantage is big enough for PSG to win Ligue 1 even if they don't have their best in rest of season.But a lot of hard games coming for PSG, especially vs Real Madrid., Hope that they will do good.
PSG are now 11 points away from 2nd placed Nice. About 17 or 18 more matches are left in the season, so I don't think that PSG will have any problem winning the league.
Last season they were challenged quite well by other teams, but this season that seems unlikely to happen. I just want that Mess_Neymar_Mbappe trio do better for them as winning the league won't be a hassle for them.

Psg has grown from strength to strength since the GOAT joined them, they're almost formidable this time around and it make them outstanding in the French league, though they isn't enough stronge clubs to compare but they have strived to make this history and thier performances for the whole game is superb, kudos
I think the event tonight isn't PSG winning with 4 goals against Reims but Ramos scoring a goal So far the gap between PSG and the others is quite big and reassuring since PSG will have quite hard games from now until mid-February whether in French Cup (Nice), Ligue 1 (Lille, Rennes) and CL (Real Madrid)!
The only true test to their strength is the champions league, which is why Messi and even Neymar was signed.
Their clear and undoubtedly lead in their local league will allow them enough time to plan against champions league.
Either by resting some players now or whatever means.
So, we are waiting to put their strength to test by February.
