An attacking team will always have gaps in defense, you can't be perfect at everything. PSG always focused on attack, because this line was always very well developed, and they didn’t worry too much when they conceded goals, because they could score more than their opponents.

If we evaluate PSG now, they are not as strong as before, and this applies to defense, midfield and attack, so Enrique need to find a balance where the team must focus on good defense, and at the same time not forget about attacks.

The midfielders are not doing their job properly which is causing the extra pressure the defense is getting and the extra pressure on an already weak defense can be attributed to PSG's poor defense and midfield. PSG has a manager with skills and experience who must have noticed and will probably think about it.

After successfully holding PSG to a draw, Brest will face NICE this week where they will really be tested because they are facing two strong clubs at the top of the standings, so far NICE have not looked consistent in their last five matches, they have suffered two defeats and this is different from Brest which in five Last match they were unbeaten with four consecutive wins and one draw, I think Brest might be the favorite in the next meeting.

Playing at the Francis-Le Blé Stadium, of course Brest will be very favored playing at home in front of all their supporters, considering that they have been very consistent in the last few matches, making most people favorites for Brest to win against NICE. If Brest is able to beat NICE and get the full three points, of course that will shorten the difference in points with NICE or maybe shift NICE from 2nd position, however the title race will probably be very difficult for Brest and NICE because it seems that PSG is dominating the Ligue 1 title this season, at least Brest and NICE can maintain their position in the top four Great for getting UCL tickets next season.

As long as Brest doesn't make more mistakes and concede ridiculous goals in the next few matches, of course Brest can be in third place in the standings quite comfortably even though the three teams you mentioned can continue to put pressure on Brest. Because Brest only needs to maintain its consistency to continue winning and also be able to continue to perform well in every match so that its position cannot be disturbed by Monaco, Lille and Reims.

This match is quite hard to predict although montpellier was not in a good shape but rennes may able to beat it too. There will be more interesting match to come between PSG vs strasbourg.

Rennes montpellier = rennes.

Im see ing it as less risky choices caused by PSG is obviously stronger compared to the strasbourg at this moment.  Rennes is still consistent with its performance and im sure that it will able to beat montpellier which has been placing out of top 10.

In my opinion if PSG will be winning aaginst strasbourg with huge margins. I consider that the terrible performance from strasbourg will give more advantage to the PSG which is still in a good shape after the club was consistently getting winstreak.

Well, this is multi-layered loss that PSG has to face and of course PSG will definitely experience pressure in the next few matches, this really is an opportunity for other team, especially those in second place, to be able to close the point difference.
Nice and PSG have difference of 6 points and there is still chance for Nice to catch up on points, with an opportunity like this it is possible for Nice to achieve success which is called an unexpected surprise.
If Nice succeeds in catching up and surpassing PSG in points, then Nice can win this season title and of course there will be new champion which many people really hope for because PSG dominates Ligue 1 every season.
When PSG fails to win the title this season, the sentiment will also be different from football fans and of course Nice is team that can be said to be quite successful this season.

Of course, Brest will really maintain their current advantage and will not just give up the place at the top that they have worked so hard to achieve. Brest is able to prove that every season there will always be a team that is able to be at its best and they have done that so far. Holding PSG's series was not easy and they were also able to stop PSG's winning streak.

Maintaining their chances of appearing in the Champions League next season is a realistic target for them through this season and there will probably always be obstacles they encounter before they can reach that place. The next match will be no less difficult for Brest because they will face Nice who are currently right above them and if Brest is able to win then they will have the same points as Nice in the standings.

Like you said the best conditions are in England. It isn't because of their being a special country from the beginning. It is a result of their high effort to offer the best conditions. Is France doing the same? Unfortunately not.

I mean they don't need to be like England. But they can at least get close to other top countries' level. You mentioned one of the reasons for France for example. They can work on making some improvements to attract more investors. But if this isn't fitting the government policies then we would continue to see France football behind the others. I don't know maybe they are already happy with their position and I'm just discussing it for nothing. 

Buying the players from their best competitors in the league is mostly possible in leagues where you have this one overwhelming power and as you said this is the case in the Bundesliga with Bayern Munich or PSG in Ligue 1. In the Premier League this won't be as easy. If Liverpool tries to buy Haaland, then Manchester City will buy Mbappe. There are several clubs with big financial resources and the Financial Fair Play in place that there is still enough competition. Although even in the Premier League you can see that it is hard to compete with Manchester City, which I think won five Premier League titles in the last six years or so. Money does play a role, but the Premier League creates a level playing field (to some degree) because of their broadcasting revenue and how they distribute the money to all the clubs. Ligue 1 is broken. The Bundesliga is broken.

The result of the PSG - Brest game was unexpected for me. Even though Mbappe didn't score or make any assist PSG didn't have any problem on scoring multiple goals. But the main problem was with defending unfortunately. This team need better centre-backs immediately otherwise the problems in this area would continue to be seen. 

Kimpembe has been injured for a long time. He couldn't even play properly last season and has 0 game played this season as well. Marquinhos is still a decent defender who should be in the starting eleven now. But he needs a reliable companion beside him.

Brest has been able to perform quite well in the last few matches. They are already in third place. However, they are not safe there because they are only 1 point different from fourth place and 3 points from Lille in fifth place. Anything can happen in the next few matches. But I think Brest is performing much better compared to last season because now they have the opportunity to get a place in the Champions League even though there are still Monaco, Lille and Reims who can chase their points.

Brest has emerged as one of the top teams this season and they are fighting hard to remain in the top three of the standings, so far Brest's performance is still quite good and they have only suffered four defeats in Ligue 1. The percentage in scoring goals also looks better compared to last season because Breast was able to show a much more accurate attack to score goals even though the chances were small because the opponent's defense was much more solid in some matches.

Nice is much better than Brest because they are currently in second place in the standings and they have also only experienced three defeats. What is quite surprising is Lyon's performance because they have lost their touch to play more consistently and so far they are struggling to get out of the relegation zone because of their inconsistent appearance.

Brest seems to be on a redemption arc that rises from the ashes like a phoenix, while Nice might need a football therapist to work on their away form issues. It's a battle of the attacks, and Brest's offense is turning every match into a goal-scoring buffet. They're probably handing out goals like candy on Halloween! Meanwhile, Nice seems to be stuck in a scoring slump, maybe they need a motivational speech or a lucky charm. With Nice's shaky away performances, it's like they're playing football on an ice rink, slippery and unpredictable.

Losing a match might sting a bit, but they've got a cushion to fall back on. It's like having a safety net made of mathematical equations. As the football saga unfolds, Nice needs to channel their inner underdog story and work on that attack, maybe hire a goal-scoring guru or recruit a team of motivational penguins. Anything is possible in the world of football theatrics. Let the games, and the plot twists, continue.

So far Brest performance in Ligue 1 is quite impressive and it can even be said that they are able to improve the quality of their game to be better this season. The match against PSG was quite difficult for them, but after watching this match it was clear that Brest was able to put on strong pressure for PSG.
 Even though in this match their status was the visiting team, Brest was able to make it difficult for PSG to beat them. By achieving a draw, Brest was able to maintain their run of 5 matches without being defeated.

Well, I'm sure Brest wants to achieve their target of being able to play in the Champions League next season because in the previous season they only finished in the middle of the table.
So this season they have the opportunity to achieve it and whatever happens they have to be able to play well to get points. From the standings table, their position is not very comfortable because their points are quite close to the teams below their ranking, so they need a lot of work to maintain their position in the top 4.

It is very natural that the top team is not always able to finish the match with a win. yeah, like the PSG vs Brest match. this match ended in a draw with a score of 2-2. You don't need to worry if Paris Saint Germain can only draw when they host Brest. after all, Brest's performance in 10 matches in two competitions was quite good with no defeats. Brest only experienced two draws, namely Strasbourg and the match against PSG. Basically, the ups and downs in a team's performance are not unusual in football. even though, PSG is in a positive trend. after all, PSG did not lose in this match. but the losers are those who bet on choosing Paris Saint-Germain.

Referring to the data and statistics of PSG players, there are several players who underperform. Some of the names are Warren Zaire-Emery who was placed at wing back. even though, this player plays as a midfielder. Lucas Beraldo, didn't play well in his first debut together. PSG only brought this young player from Brazil this January. In this match, Enrique is trying to experiment with other patterns and rotations. one of them, reducing Warren Zaire-Emery to a wing-back like in the match versus Lens. but in this match, he did not play optimally. the other two defenders also did not play with good performance, it is natural that these two players were also tried to shift their positions by Luis Enrique to find out their performance playing in other positions. apart from that, Ruiz also didn't play ideally. so, to be more precise, in this match, Enrique is experimenting with his squad, IMO. so it's normal if the results are not optimal. Brest doing much better than Nice with in early weeks they are having some bad performance, but now they are recovering from this all and trying to jump at the second spot which is possible for them after having Nice at their home in next week because their away form is not good, and they can lose points and spot after losing against Brest with their attack is also better which is doing more than two goals in every match with Nice is having the poorest attack at the top with 20 goals from 19 games but here we have better thing for the Nice as they will be stayed at this spot even after losing their match due to good difference of points, and they have chance for staying here if they try to improve their performance and quality in coming matches which is now important as things could be not easy in coming matches while all teams try to have better results before end.

From the start, Lyon were problematic and although some time ago they were quite convincing, in the end they disappointed again. This club seems unable to recover from adversity this season and I think not being relegated is its best achievement this season. There are many sectors that they have to improve and maybe coach Pierre Sage has to give the right direction to his players.

This season is still quite long and everything can still change, but if defeats are the only thing that continues to haunt Lyon then they won't be able to survive much longer in Ligue One. It would be bad history for Lyon if they were relegated and maybe anything could happen if they couldn't get consecutive wins in the matches they were going to play. Rennes can always provide an answer for their performance and even though at the start of the season they had the same fate as Lyon, at least they are much better at the moment.

It could be a head-to-head fight. Of course, the outcome of this match may be a draw, but I think Brest is the more advantageous team as the host. They want to get second place in the league by winning this match. Anyway, PSG does not leave the leadership to anyone. They will try to improve their reputation by finishing in second place. Bad times have passed for Monaco, they play differently now. Their target is also the second place in the league. I think they will want this match to end in a draw.

When the leader goes into the lead and there is no intrigue, then everything that is outside the fight for the championship does not attract enough attention. Brest can try to beat Nice, they seem to be in good shape, but I think it will be a difficult match for both teams, which could end in a draw, and Monaco will take advantage of this. Nice has an excellent defense, but they should strengthen their attack, I am inclined to believe that Nice will not lose this match.

I agree that Brest is doing fine, but in this league it really doesn't matter who ends a season well for just one season. You can be any team, but you will not be consistent with it. Not many teams have consistent good results, when was the last time a team finished in top four standings for 5 seasons in a row?

I am not sure if it happened for the longest time, I am not even saying second, I am saying top four, Marseille looked good, now not so much, Lyon looked good, not so much now, Lille won, and nowhere to be found. Brest is doing good now, but I bet that either next season or season after that they will not be even in the top six, let alone be in top four, they will be midtable at the best chance. Teams need consistency.
