PSG is a force unshakable right now in the Ligue 1. Even though  we're only halfway through the league, we can clearly see there's no competition to PSG. The second team in the table Nice is not only 5 points lower while playing one more game than PSG, but the goal difference they and any other team in Ligue 1 maintain is minute to what dominating gameplay PSG is displaying. The race is now for the 2nd and 3rd position to qualify for the champions league.
They've no competitive race for their league one title, they're not struggling like other clubs sitting first on the table. Paris Saint-Germain is the best leading club in Ligue One, we have seen the ambitious run of the new coach, Luis Enrique. He's capable of handling top duties and he's aiming for more brighter sides with Les Parisiens. Coming to the record in Ligue One, they're balance, but in UEFA Champions League, they don't seem to become formidable and consistent, their performance is a little bit shaky, but they will definitely pass through the round of 16 phase.

Luis Enrique still has a tough task ahead of him even though he can still make PSG dominate in Ligue 1. But yes, PSG's main goal of recruiting Luis Enrique is not only for success in Ligue One. Because after all, PSG also expects success in the Champions League or at least, for this first season it is hoped that Luis Enrique can take PSG further in the Champions League such as to the semifinal match or maybe to the final match. Because ya, if we consider PSG in Ligue 1, of course it is clear that PSG is still a team with above-average quality when compared to the teams in Ligue 1.

Paris Saint-Germain are topping the Ligue One table but not with good gap because their top rival for the title, Nice is just sitting around the corner and they will ensure they make good use of any slacking chances created by PSG on the table.
If PSG can win the match against Brest today, then the difference between PSG and Nice is 8 points. In your opinion, how many points difference does PSG need to create to be considered good and safe? Don't you think a gap of 8 points can make PSG comfortable enough to lead the standings? Then from there I don't see Nice being able to win all the matches and take advantage of every PSG mistake to get maximum points. Nice haven't been as strong as you might think to thwart PSG this season, so don't get your hopes up.

PSG headcoach, Luis Enrique is not here to play or jeopardize his chances of winning the Ligue One title, rather he's concentrated on the title, he's doing everything within his reach to ensure he keeps winning streak records in Ligue One matchs, which we all know it's not going to be easy for him but he have to do his best.
All coaches including Luis Enrique make the title an achievement that they must get at the end of the season. Luis Enrique has the good tactical skills so far to make PSG a strong title contender, so he will certainly give his best and will not jeopardize the opportunity that is already within his grasp.

Today was utterly amazing lol. 4 games ended in a draw so far. It's safe to say my XFUN parlay wasn't anywhere near to hit, but man, that Loriant game was a fun one to watch, even tho it didn't end up the way I wanted it to.

The match between Toulouse vs Lens in French Soccer League has already started. Lens team is now leading by two goals. Toulouse team players are trying hard to score goals, but they haven't scored any goals yet. Toulouse team goalkeeper G. Restes has a bad performance.  The performance of Lens team players is very good. It seems that Lens team will score some more goals in this match. Lens team player D. Costa scored the first goal in 42 minutes. A.  Diouf scored the 2nd goal on 55 minutes.

I'm not sure Nice can catch up with Paris Saint Germain, I'm not underestimating them but if we look further into the weaknesses that Nice still has it will make it difficult for them to be able to compete closely with Paris Saint Germain. Currently their point difference is 5 with Paris Saint Germain still having 1 game more. If Paris Saint Germain can win that match then the point gap between them becomes 8 points.
8 points in Ligue 1 is a huge difference especially the club being chased is Paris Saint Germain which is the strongest club in Ligue 1. Maybe if the situation was reversed it would be a different assessment from me. I mean if Nice were at the top and Paris Saint Germain were chasing, then it could be said to be a distance that would be easy to catch up with.

I don't see anything like that from Nice because after all we must be aware that the current state of Nice is just a dark horse but will not be able to produce anything in the competition because PSG is too superior to Ligue 1 at the moment.
The current situation of PSG is very good even though they reshuffled players especially in attack and did not have a good enough performance at the beginning of the season but now Enrique has changed PSG back to their true form for Ligue 1 because after all with the strength they have and with good resources PSG will not be touched by other clubs in Ligue 1 at this time.
Currently their gap with Nice in second place is 5 points and looking at the opponent today it seems likely that the gap will widen because surely today the possibility for PSG to get 3 points is very large.

If PSG wins today, their advantage over Nice will be 8 points. Do you really think that Nice is somewhere nearby and waiting for its chance? In fact, PSG could miss 3 games and still remain top (because Nice won't get 9 points out of 9).
Today PSG will play against Brest, formally the third team in Ligue 1, and I think it will be easy to see how dominant they are. I think the score will be something around 3-0. Bookmaker quotes are currently as follows:

1.36 - 4.90 - 7.45

Quite generous in my opinion.
Paris Saint Germaine is undoubtedly the strongest team in the French league and considering their intimidating quality of players when compared to other teams in the league, it's very safe to say that Paris Saint Germaine will always get the better of any other team in the league whenever they get to meet each other.
Later tonight, Luis Enrique''s team will be playing a French Ligue 1 home game against Brest, a win in that match will make them go eight points clear at the top of the league. Brest on their day can frustrate the efforts of a bigger club in the league but I'm very convinced that they're not getting any result against Paris Saint Germaine tonight.

Currently PSG is 5 points ahead of Nice who is in second place, but I don't think there is a team that can challenge PSG strongly in the race for the Ligue One title because we can see that Nice does not have the quality compared to PSG and no other team either. which is equivalent in quality to PSG.
I have no doubts that PSG can defend the title this season, especially since Luis Enrique has built the PSG squad so far and continues to be on a positive path. In fact, the main target for the PSG team is to win European competitions, and that is a little difficult.

I once said that no team will prevent PSG from winning the league title this season. They are very strong in the league. But their real target is to win European competitions and I think fans no longer see the Ligue 1 trophy as an achievement that PSG is proud of. I mean they already get it every year and it seems completely normal. They are too strong in the league and I'm sure the fans feel the same way.

It is true that Nice are waiting behind them, but they have played 1 match too much. PSG currently has 43 points, while Nice has 38 points. If PSG completes its missing match and wins, the point difference between them will increase to 8. This is not a score difference that can be easily caught. To be honest, I cannot think of any team other than PSG as the favorite for League 1 this year. They are the only team that will become champions. I'm sure Luis Enrique will lift the cup this year.
Brest also has a very good winning streak, they are in third place, although Monaco will most likely be able to move them up when they finish the missed match. As for the match with PSG, no matter how well they play now, against PSG they will have very little chance even for a draw. Enrique has returned the old confidence to the team, and it is now obvious that there is no competition for them in Ligue 1, this will be another year when PSG become champions without proper competition.

The match between Reims vs Nantes is underway and I think it will be another win for Reims at home. The reason is that in the last 3 meetings, Reims has always been able to dominate with a win against Nantes and of course Reims also wants to maintain their winning record at home over their opponents. Maybe Reims won't win by a big margin and this will be more of a narrow victory for Reims later.

On the other hand, Nantes is still stuck at the bottom of the table with a series of defeats 4 of the last 5 matches. Obviously that explains how bad Nantes' performance is and I don't think they have the slightest chance of winning at home to Reims. But if Nantes can steal a draw in this match, at least it can increase their points tally in the standings, but it is quite detrimental for Reims, who now wants to displace Lille in 5th position.

Don't be too proud of Luis Enrique because he just continued everything that had been previously planned by Galtier and of course PSG will be guaranteed to get the league 1 title because they still have their flagship player Mbappe, so what if PSG loses Mbappe, will they still be worthy of leading league 1?
It's unfair if we compare PSG with Nice because these two clubs have different achievements in terms of the quality of the players are very different and their success is also very different and for me Nice is just a lucky club.
We'll see how long Nice can survive while Brest is currently in a strong state, trying to consistently add points in every match and we will be ready for a surprise Nice will be moved to 3rd place.
Today there will be a PSG match against Brest and I predict that PSG will win by a narrow score or end in a draw.

Another defeat for Lyon and another miss chance for them to actually leave the relegation zone. Now , they are 16th on Ligue 1 and now I'm convinced they will relegate and start fresh from Ligue 2.

Meanwhile , Brest , a team who was fighting relegation last year , they are now 3rd and with great chances to actually catch UCL spot ...which will be great for the club but not great for french football because once again this championship is super unbalanced between teams.

Five points doesn't sound too bad but it is actually five points plus a game that they are behind. It is one of the tougher games for PSG though as Stade Brest is ranked third, they won their last four Ligue 1 games and they haven't lost a game in quite a while. It is still a game at home for PSG though, but I have some hope that it won't be an easy game for PSG as Stade Brest has a pretty solid defense. A win for PSG would be bad to be honest as that would make it an 8 points gap between them and Nice and a 12 points gap between them and Stade Brest. In my opinion the season would be quite over by then.

The difference is five points from Nice who just won narrowly against Metz and that is quite a significant victory because they can maintain their position in the champions league for next season but PSG has not played their match against Brest which will be held today with PSG's opportunity to get three points quite big because Brest, who is in third place in the standings, has only been able to hold a draw in 1 of their many meetings with PSG, so PSG will maximize this so that they can increase the gap with Nice and ensure the title more quickly and if they succeed in qualifying for the last 16 of the Champions League, they will can concentrate on the tighter competition.

The Marseille vs Monaco match looked quite tough with two red cards that Monaco players had to receive and this result was as I previously predicted and for Marseille, this was quite detrimental because they could not maximize their ability to score more goals even though their opponents played with fewer players. Only two were goals from nine shots on target and for Monaco, this was quite good because they could get a point even if only one from this quite tough match.

Their consistent efforts to secure a decent position in the league, especially by maintaining a distance from the relegation zone, implies their resilience and determination. The recent away victory against Lyon, even with the host side scoring two goals, showcases Rennes' ability to face tough challenges and come out on top. Such wins undoubtedly provide a significant confidence boost for the team, and the momentum gained from victories like these can be crucial for the upcoming encounters.

With Montpellier on the horizon, Rennes has an opportunity to build on their recent success and secure another important victory. The positive momentum from the Lyon match could potentially carry them forward and contribute to a strong finish in the league. It's something important for a team to defy expectations and showcase their strength in competitive leagues. I think Rennes will continue their impressive run and maintains their position in Ligue 1 for the upcoming season.
Rennes has indeed achieved consecutive wins in its last few matches so it is natural that it is still quite confident in maintaining its winning consistency, especially since it is playing against a club that is currently in bad condition so this is not a big challenge. Lyon are basically not in good condition, they started to experience consecutive defeats again like at the start of this season and they failed to get out of the relegation zone because they couldn't win when they had the advantage of playing at home.

I think Rennes will win again against Montpellier because they are high in confidence after winning the match against Lyon. Montpellier is also in an unstable condition, they have just suffered a defeat and in the last 5 matches they have only won 1 win, so if Rennes wants to continue to improve their position, they have to win this match.
