Finance cannot be separated from football or from a team, many teams end up slumping because they have financial problems and there are also teams that improve drastically after they have a lot of money. For example, what we see here is Paris Saint Germain who can collect many star players in the squad, and of course it requires a lot of money that they use for transfer fees and also salary burdens.
There are no signs that this Ligue 1 team will be bought by someone who helps them financially. I don't know if no one is interested in them or not. What I said earlier was just wishful thinking and that's one way to make the competition even more competitive.

Indeed, in terms of financial stability, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) is a standout when it comes to clubs playing games in world football. With more than able backing in terms of funds from their owners, the club manages to put together a selection of star players from various parts across the globe. Lionel Messi, Neymar, and Kylian Mbappé precisely illustrate how the financial leeway allows PSG to build a very competitive team packed with stars.

However, there is still a big irony behind their financial stability. For years, they have been winning the local league in flying colors but have not been able to lay their hands on the UEFA Champions League (UCL) trophy, which is their biggest dream and that of their fans. The huge investment has not really borne the fruits in terms of the most prestigious European trophy.
Finance does play a big role in the modern world of football as it is today, the financial ability possessed by supporting them to able brings in many star players and allows them to continue to dominate the domestic league easily, but as you say, but ease of dominating the league has actually formed their mentality that is quite bad when competing in more competitive competitions such as the Champions League,  although previously they have Messi, Neymar and Mbappe but we can see if their mentality drops when facing pressure from teams from more competitive leagues european, I think winning the Champions League will not be easy for PSG at the moment, if they do not have the mentality, consistency and also high fighting power of their squad.

Lyon is very different here. They are not Barcelona. To put this into perspective, Barcelona has around 1.35 billion debt and Lyon has over 0.5 billion debt. But is Lyon half as prominent and attractive as an investment target as Barcelona? By far not. Nobody is interested in Lyon. That is what makes the situation for them so tremendously precarious.
The situation of Lyon and Barcelona is very different even though Barcelona has a bigger debt than Lyon but they already have a big name and they can handle it well their performance is also not that bad in the league because they still have the best players in it, while Lyon does not have good players in it. Barcelona invests their money in good players and can be relied on in all conditions while Lyon's mistake that they recruit mediocre players so when their finances are in trouble the conditions change and the players' mentality drops.
Also, Lyon's economic power is not the same as Barcelona's. While Lyon allocates less money as a transfer budget, Barça allocates more and considering their success, Barça is a more successful team. Barcelona does not have much difficulty in making sponsorship agreements, but Lyon cannot sign as big agreements as them. Because Barcelona has a history full of success. That's why such harsh measures can be applied to Lions, but not to Barcelona.

This match may still be a long way off, around 1 week to come. But my question might be interesting for us to discuss.
Currently, the points difference between PSG and Monaco is a little further away and will PSG be able to give a points difference to Monaco in the upcoming match?
On the one hand, Monaco will not easily beat Brest because Monaco has lost consistency and if Monaco loses points in the upcoming match, I think PSG will give a 9 point difference and it will be very difficult to catch up on the points.
PSG is the only unbeaten team and they lead the standings with 6 points difference from Monaco, plus PSG upcoming match which will only be against Toulouse makes them more guaranteed to be able to save 3 points in full to widen the distance from Monaco.
But I don't think Monaco will play badly against Brest even though they are currently not so consistent, if something really bad happens to Monaco and they lose then it is certain that PSG remains the superior team that is more guaranteed to defend the title, we will not see more fierce and interesting competition if all this happens.

Yeah you are right, they were at the very bottom of the league last season at the start of the season, they finished properly compared to that. Lyon was also a 7 in a row winners as well and they were what PSG is today back in the day. Having this type of financial issues after being that good proves that if you are mismanaged you are not going to get a good result at all.

There are tons of teams that make enough money but end up with problems and Lyon is another example of those. If you spend a lot on players that do not give back a good return then you are going to end up with a loss without a doubt. Lyon spent way too much money on players and didn't get anything good in return, which caused them to have this issue and I believe we are going to end up seeing them relegated if they keep this up. Of course they could still sell some players during January transfer window, and make some money and show that as a return to keep the team going, but that is not going to be enough.

You can't put this as a general rule of thumb because there is a very prominent counter example to your theory Wink Just have a look at how Barcelona is financially managed, but I think everyone agrees that they are successful despite financial mismanagement. The point is if a club is as successful and prominent as Barcelona, debt doesn't matter as much because they will always find ways to refinance their financial burdens. Investors around the world are interested in buying licenses, paying sponsorships, purchase whatever there is that could have ROI potential.

I think both teams, PSG and Monaco can get winning points in their matches. Monaco will not have too much trouble getting a win from Brest, even though they are not playing consistently enough at the moment. PSG are undefeated and they always play well. Against Toulouse, they will be the favorites to win. I think it will not be difficult for both of them to get a win. and the situation will not change anything for both of them. unless PSG has to draw and Monaco manages to get a win. the gap in points between the two will be reduced.
PSG is not expected to draw or lose points in the next match in week 12. So far PSG is unbeaten in 11 weeks in Ligue 1, but PSG has lost 4 points due to 2 draws. Luis Enrique and his team are favorites to win 3 points at home against Toulouse, I'm not worried about that considering the performance of the two is very different.

However, Toulouse has improved in their last 3 matches in Ligue 1. They have won 9 points in their last 3 matches and maybe this will be a separate consideration for PSG so that they do not underestimate their guests. Toulouse could be an unexpected threat and be able to become the first team to beat PSG in Ligue 1 this season, but I wouldn't change PSG's winning probability much just because of these statistics.

Honestly, playing at UCL should be harder than playing at domestic league. In UCL you are facing other leagues good teams, the best teams from other leagues, whereas if you are in domestic league, in this case if we are seeing them end up playing at French ligue one, then we are talking about something that is much smaller and that is not going to end up giving any good return at all. We shouldn't really be considering anything further than that, we need to remember that we are going to make a good return from betting on these teams at domestic league and they are facing very easy teams and failing to win.

Monaco ended up beating Barcelona, and then came back here and lost points here, that never made any sense to me and how teams could switch like that is beyond my understanding. All in all, I am guessing that they are going to do fine, but finishing second place seems like the best they could hope for this season, nothing more.

PSG is the richest club in Ligue 1 and that's why it has a standard that no other club can contest with them on winning the league for a long time now. Of course, if a rich investor buys the club like someone from Suadi, it is possible that after pumping funds into such club by buying world class players with great potentials, and a coach with high level of experience and success in his career, the newly bought club can transform into a very strong club that will be able to challenge PSG and win Ligue 1 from them.
PSG dose not only have dominance with wealth but they aswell have the best squad in the ligue 1, beating this is going to take beyond just buying new players and coach for a new team in ligue 1 and that is because if with the best squad and coach, they will need sometime to blend together a d grow aswell it's not going to be an instantaneous effect, what we see in PSG is almost a decade now so it's not something a team can just come up one day and get ahead of them without having to go through the process, they may win the league in their first rush but will not be able to sustain that form just immediately and that sustainability is what PSG really do prid in.
Of course Paris Saint-Germain has the best squad in League One. That's why I can't think of any other team that could win the French league. Their chairman is very rich and spent a lot of money to bring the team to this level. Now Paris Saint-Germain is seeing the return of their investments in the past. I can't think of any other team that could win the French league. Lille probably won the championship from them in the end.

What you said makes sense because the financial level of a team is also included in the development factor of the team itself so that the team can buy expensive players who have good quality and that will make a team stronger than its rivals. PSG is a very close example that everyone can see every season so if there is another team that has bigger finances, of course it will be very possible for another team to match their strength with PSG in the future and by the way which team in Ligue 1 has been bought by the prince?

We know previously that PSG was not a strong team and even they were no better than Monaco who was considered the ruler of ligue 1 before PSG was acquired by rich investors, with strong financial support of course currently PSG has an advantage in recruiting star players and building a more competitive squad than other teams, I think their emergence as the only richest team in ligue 1 actually makes the competition that exists today very bad cause their dominance is very big, just like you, I also hope that if there are other big investors who want to acquire other teams besides PSG in Ligue 1, so that way we will see tighter competition happen later so that it will make the league more interesting to watch later.

There is a prince who buys one of the teams in Ligue 1, this will be one way for other teams to be on the same level as Paris Saint Gemain. Because the very stable finances owned by Paris Saint Germain are one of the factors why they have almost no competitors that match them. If the finances of other teams are very good, then they can also do what Paris Saint Germain has done so far. We can see the difference in the composition of the players they have, like it or not we will see the difference. Well, this makes everything the same every season, where no team can be on the same level as Paris Saint Germain.

PSG will face Toulouse in continued ligue 1 week 12, the opponent faced by PSG in my opinion is not a team that has the potential to stop them away from Monaco later, so they do have a greater chance to widen the difference in points from Monaco, their performance so far is still very consistent and unbeaten course promises a greater chance of winning in the match than toulouse.
While Monaco will certainly face a difficult match in the 12th week later, although currently Brest is not as consistent and good as last season, but they often give extraordinary surprises when facing strong teams like what they show in the championship league, so I think, most likely maybe both teams will draw in the match later or one of the teams will win with a thin score.

I agree PSG have a lot of money, but the way they spend it is unreasonable. They only dominate Ligue 1 when teams like Lille, Marseille, and Monaco are weak. At some point like the above teams have enough money to spend, I believe they will overthrow PSG.
Money is not an issue for PSG. But status is. A squad full of stars is struggling to reach the last 8 of the Champions League. This is becoming an all too familiar story. PSG is only strong in Ligue 1. When entering the continental arena, PSG is like an apprentice. When money can't buy class for PSG in the Champions League, the Champions League dream is still far away for them, if they keep spending money wastefully like that.
Paris Saint-Germain are popularly known to dominate their territory which is the Ligue One and there's every tendency for such an elite club to become formidable in other leagues but they're not. In the UEFA Champions League, they don't match with the amount level of competitive race, they're weigh classified low when it comes to the odds of winning the league. PSG are in farmer's league where winning the league title doesn't seem to be challenge, they've everything within their reach to execute, why struggle when their oppositions are classified weak? PSG just have to step up their game, we're talking about winning elite teams in the UEFA Champions League which becomes a priority for them this season.

Actually i want to see Toulouse can make PSG get in trouble because if PSG lost from this match then race title would be more interesting and if we see from the recent records from Toulouse this team in the positive conditions this because Toulouse was unbeated in the last 4 matches in Ligue 1 even they can gets 3 wins from those matches and only conceded 1 goal so if Toulouse can able to managed their consistency actually they have potention to gets at least draw result from PSG

For Monaco last week they had just return to the winning ways by beating Strasbourg i think this is indicated that they can able to bounce back and their upcoming opponent is Brest and this season Brest performance is decline and until week 11 they have suffering 6 loses in Ligue 1 so i think beating this team won't be hard for Monaco

PSG aren't playing very well but the other teams are weak, when they get money from a rich owner taking over then PSG will begin to see competition from the other clubs. Right now they don't have money yet they can still challenge PSG but when they have enough money as PSG has then it's going to be a tougher battle for PSG for the title. Mbappe was one of the players that was keeping PSG very high above all other clubs and he scored lots of goals for them. Messi still being at the could could've given the club more strength to compete not just for the league but champions league but they choose Mbappe over Messi and he still left them at the end.

This comparison between Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe I don't think is necessary but what's even more unnecessary is your opinion about Paris Saint Germaine's decision to choose Kylian Mbappe over Lionel Messi. The Messi you're comparing with Kylian Mbappe in your picture story was when the Argentine was in his prime and not when he arrived Paris Saint Germaine. At Paris Saint Germaine, Messi's workforce was less than that of Kylian Mbappe and because of their age difference, you shouldn't expect the club to choose Messi over Mbappe.
Paris Saint Germaine of a truth haven't been consistent with their results but they're still the best team in French league and only needs to improve in their performances in European competitions

Lyon will always be a good candidate but towards the second half of the season. I mean, Lyon is actually always a team that looks weak at the beginning of the season and looks very strong in the second half of the season and that always happens every season. If you remember, last season Lyon was almost at the bottom of the standings and managed to leave the relegation zone far away. And if this is related to competing for the title, even almost all teams in league 1 will look weak if we have to compare them with PSG because the finances of all teams in league 1 compared to PSG are very different. So this is the reason why Lyon and other teams will always have difficulty performing better.
