I don't think it this will take a long time for PSG to take the first place on the table back from Monaco again. We know other teams in the French league like Monaco and Marseille are strong teams but still, the fact about these two teams is we can't just say they will be able to win the French League title in this season just because of some good results they got. PSG has better potential than these two teams and they can have much better players for this team.
I guess time after time Monaco will lose points and PSG is there to use the chance.

PSG plays so much better than everyone else and there is no confusion on who the better team would be by the end of the season. I am not saying the opposite is impossible, sure maybe Monaco will get better and better, while PSG gets worse and worse, we have seen weirder stuff happen in world of football before, but I do not think this will happen. We are going to end up seeing PSG just keep being good and they will eventually lead the league back again and we are going to end up seeing them win the league without a trouble as well, they are just too good.

I expect PSG to win with ease, it shouldn't be a very tough one for them and I think you're right to say they'll win without much pressure. As for the standings, there's nothing for fans to worry cause they're still in a good position even though they're not leading currently, it you take a look at the standings you'll see that their's not much gap between PSG and Monaco and it takes just one draw or a lose for PSG to top the league. We're talking about the most dominant club in Ligue one so it's not something to be worried about cause I don't think Monaco are capable to doing what Leverkusen did at the Bundesliga last season. Well I think Monaco might likely give PSG a tough challenge this season because looking at the standings they're the only team that's yet to lose asides PSG and their form is impressive but then they've only played just 7 games and still got lots of matches and different competitions for both teams to play, however PSG has more squad depth to keep up with different competitions for the rest of the season and because Monaco is leading currently doesn't guarantee they'll win the league this season.

It is a sure win for PSG who are stronger than their opponentsand from past records, PSG has whipped Strasbourg ass more and I believe that the same thing will happen when they clash again. Honestly, Monaco have started the season with great form, and it is noticeable that they have improved significantly. It's quite good to see Monaco at the top so far but am just worried about how consistent they would be because that's the most important thing in football. In football every point counts and if you drop points along the way then you may loose your spot thereafter and that's why it is important for Monaco to be aware of this fact. There are so many clubs that will be contending for the title this season in France and PSG happen to be one of them, so Monaco has to take every game seriously or else they would be displaced anytime soon by either PSG or any other club behind them because Monaco involved in many competitions which I think might be of the factors that may affect their performances this season as they aim to clinch the title.

Last season we only saw the dominance of PSG in Ligue 1. PSG were 9 points ahead of second-placed Monaco in the table. Monaco was able to perform well from the start of the season. But Monaco could not maintain the winning streak. So in the end PSG won the title.

Monaco are looking to strengthen their squad this season. And I would say that Monaco has been quite successful. Monaco have won 6 out of 7 matches and are now at the top of the table. But more importantly, Monaco's players are capable of performing well. Monaco scored 14 goals and conceded only 4 goals in 7 matches. Monaco's overall performance is very good. If Monaco's players can maintain this consistency, it will be very difficult for PSG to occupy the top spot in the table this season.

The thing about another team winning the championship is we are not really seeing anything change afterwards. Look at Lille, they won the league during PSG dominance era but then what happened? They became not so great later on and PSG continued to dominate like nothing happened.

This is why I believe winning once doesn't mean anything, as long as there are no more competitions after that single season. Monaco could win, but then if Monaco sucks a year later, then who cares? What this league needs is more teams that can compete and this isn't really impossible neither, we could see this potentially happen. How?

Simply, we need to see that Paris FC takeover, which would be a rich person so we could totally see that team become great in a few years with a ton of big name signings. Then we have Monaco doing great already, and Marseille seems like they are spending more too, so that's three teams already, Lille isn't terrible neither and could maybe do good too?

If we have 4 teams giving PSG some trouble then we are going to see PSG having trouble with getting a title. But right now, there are few teams which are remotely close, and because of this PSG just beats every other team.
