Today Marseille will play an away match against Nantes and since 2020 Nantes has never won against Marseille. I think it is quite clear who will be the winner in this match, regardless of Nantes as the host. Marseille have capital with the previous victory against Brest and Nantes is actually not too bad with a draw against Monaco. But the difference in the squad between the two teams is obvious and Marseille is far superior. We will get the final results of the French star's contract today. PSG has not made any official announcement regarding Mbappe's contract. However, PSG has finalized their decision on this poison. If they get Mbappe or not, they have pre-ordained their alternative route, even if it doesn't go well. What Mbappe will do now is the main issue. But since he already announced his departure from PSG and two of his teammates Messi and Neymar have left the team I think he will be better to leave from PSG. The team officials could understand how badly he was needed in team. I think he should definitely change his position. But he will understand his own good and bad. I can't even think positively toward him. Mbappe makes everything became very hard to be solved. he needs to sign a new contract with PSG and this is also finishing his complicated story with PSG.

The transfer window is almost coming to its end. Mbappe had no choice other than to stay in PSG for another year.

Personally, I previously thought that speculation about Mbappe future was over, Mbappe would stay at PSG. However, several media have again discussed that Mbappe will be going to Madrid in the next few hours. We know that in a few hours the transfer market will close, this move is very difficult to happen I think. Meanwhile, several other media said that Mbappe would stay at PSG and had extended his contract, PSG sporting director Luis Campos managed to convince Mbappe to stay.

But regardless of these reports, in the next few hours Mbappe's future will see a bright spot. Whether he will stay or go to Madrid will all be answered when the transfer window closes so that doesn't give us any more headaches.

With most chances we will have no enough chance for the title, but this can turn into good chance for the future with few adjustments and improvement into performance can bring better results, PSG needs to be focused on every game instead of going to be thinking about big dreams which are shattered many times in last few years.

It's not a rumor anymore and i think that mbappe is very close to dealing a new contract with PSG. The PSG chairman has been us clue regarding the future of mbappe. That being said that if mbappe is likely extending his contract instead of joining in the real madrid. Im very happy to hear that caused by mbappe's transfer saga has been running since last season. I hope PSG can lock him with the new contract as soon as possible.
PSG really needs him as there was no player that is able to performing as good as him in the club. Not even concalo ramos was on the same level as mbappe.

As long as he can leave with free agent and almost all of european big clubs will give him offers. The major problem since mbappe is still under contract with PSG and khelaifi's club is only willing to let him go with 250m as an exchange for him.
Real madrid may face the same problem as barcelona if the club was forcing itself to buy mbappe this time. Madrid wants him when he leaves from there with a free agent.

Your question has been answered, how the media seize the moment to make speculation and give useless baseless rumors as you said. That's what always happens when a "star" player does something including making a post. And this is not the first time this has happened, even before it happened to other players.
And it's back to us to filter every news or rumor that comes. Therefore, I personally do not want to speculate too much in response to existing rumors, especially for rumors that have no basis that can really make us speculate like that.

I do live in reality, and I do accept the fact that anything about a star, regardless of him being a player, or maybe a movie star, the media is definitely going to try to make news out of nothing. I am just saying that this kind of news is definitely misleading. The media has a great power of making people believe in things. All I am saying is that they should use that power responsibly. But at the same time, I also know that this is never going to happen because the media is going to look for news that generates more buzz.

Few teams and their performances are surely disappointed but hopefully in coming weeks we will have good improvement because now few clubs are investing funds for the better players which can bring good changes and this could be also good for the French league because improvement of quality and challenging fight for the title is good for the entertainment.
