I think it depends because look when Benzema and Lewandowski won their titles as the best players in the world. I know this is not how it aways goes, but a striker can be extremely good in his 30s if they stay in great physical shape of course. Without that nothings works, but that is the same for a player at every age.

Usually in their 25 - 29 years they have a better pace, but with age also comes some more experience that can definitely be beneficial when it comes to close games and critical situations. Those players may be more calm I suppose and know exactly what to do and where to spend their energy.

Kolo Muani is a brilliant transfer for PSG thinking of the future. He can actually be beneficial as of today also because he is already 24 years old. The most productive time period for a striker is said to be between the ages of 25 and 29 - as far as I know with many examples. This isn't valid for everyone of course as there are great players even at the age of 35.  

Anyway I don't see any injury information for Kolo Muani currently. Maybe he has already recovered which is good news.

I was just not expecting PSG to spend an amount like 95 million euros to sign another striker after loaning Ramos. But if Mbappe leaves next summer then PSG would make use of this transfer even more.

What if he misses one or more games? The guys bought him with long-term thinking. He will play there for 5 years. This is an excellent transfer as long as he doesn't break something and suffer long term injuries. He was one of the best players available in the market. Teams other than PSG should be upset that they didn't get him. He could have gone to teams like Real Madrid, but now he will play in France. It was one of the best transfers of the year. This fact must be accepted.
