Lille achieved a narrow victory at home when they beat Brest with a score of 1-0. The quick goal scored by Yazici in the 6th minute lasted until the match was over and made Lille finally break into the top 4 by overtaking Brest. Statistically, this match was dominated by Brest but unfortunately they were not able to create many chances and on the other hand Lille had so many chances but they were only able to score 1 goal.

This result is enough for Lille and maybe in the next match they have to be even more productive because a narrow result may not necessarily secure their victory. Even those quick goals sometimes make it very difficult for a team to maintain a lead. Despite all that, this is a win that Lille deserves after last week only drawing against Lens.
LOSC replaced Brest in 4th place but both have the same points and only 1 goals differenced.
LOSC is slowly starting to catch up to occupy the top 3 positions in the standing and there is only a small difference in points so LOSC still has the opportunity to continue to climb up the point table, even though it is quite difficult to get through, it looks LOSC will try hard for that this season.
It does not matter if LOSC only scores 1 goal but at least LOSC can still maintain its defense line so that it does not concede a goal from Brest until the match end, and LOSC must be satisfied with the narrow victory and managed to get full point from Brest.
Indeed, Lille is only a goal difference from Brest and I think that is still good because they have recovered from less than optimal results so far. In the last 5 matches in Ligue 1, Lille has had 2 draws, 1 loss and 2 wins. Lille have lost 9 points from their previous 3 matches and only managed to collect 2 points. However, that is better than not producing any points at all and I think their goal is now starting to become clear again to be in the top 4 competition board which they always target every season.

But the question is whether they will be able to win again next week? because they will face the top of the standings so far, namely Monaco. I think Lille will definitely experience difficulties again through this match and Monaco will come with full motivation to steal points at Lille's home ground later.

PSG is a great team, but to be honest, they are playing football that is far from the previous years. They also lost dramatically to Newcastle United in the UCL. They will play against AC Milan in France tomorrow. This is a difficult match for them. They suffered a surprising loss of points in the league in France, but Messi, Neymar and Ramos are no longer in the team. They have only one Mbappe trump card left and they should use it in the best way possible on the field.

In a team, there are eleven players. each player has their own duties and positions. yep, even though Mbappe will always be PSG's mainstay, however, he will really need his teammates. As for PSG's defeat in the second matchday match against Newcastle, we have reviewed why PSG lost in that match. Well, tomorrow PSG will host Milan, at least Enrique will do his job by improving his team so that it doesn't happen again like the match against Newcastle on the second matchday.

So far, I don't dare to speculate too far. Moreover, I also haven't gathered much detailed information. However, if you refer to the available odds, Paris Saint-Germain is superior to the opposing team. However, we will soon find out that these two teams will meet in the Champions League group stage match. and what is certain is that now is no longer the era of Messi, Neymar and even Ramos. These three names are already with their respective new clubs. Currently, Enrique's job is to ensure that his squad performs well and wins their matches in order to strengthen their position so they can qualify for the next phase. To find out more, let's follow this match tomorrow.
PSG players must play as a team to achieve victory over AC Milan, and must forget their previous defeat to Newcastle in the previous match. If you look at PSG preparations and performance, of course Luis Enrique squad is very ready to continue the match on matchday 3. Enrique also has players who are complete enough to fill the starting XI, just deciding on the best choice. Acting as host will be very profitable, and will motivate you to give your best in front of the fans.

On paper, PSG is superior in various aspects, except for the winning mentality, of course in this case, Milan is really better than them in the UCL competition. I understand that it's nothing more than a history of past glories, but that can be a bit bragging when they visit the Parc des Princes. Milan have not been defeated in the previous two matches and have not won, this match is very decisive and is guaranteed to be very interesting.

PSG was one of the all-time favorites to win the Ligue 1 title but this season I don't want to say anything beforehand because the Ligue 1 title could go beyond PSG this season. If they return to the performance that PSG performed in the beginning, it will be challenging for them to be number one to five in the points table. Closing the gap to 2 points with Monaco is not a difficult task for PSG but whether they can maintain their consistency like this is a big challenge for PSG now. PSG already have no major achievements so if they lose the Ligue 1 title this season they will be heavily criticized as a club. Of course they will have to try to retain the Ligue 1 title this season.
The Ligue 1 title is the only one which looks more like that which PSG could have a chance with but outside that, with their current performance followed with the level of inconsistency they display by every passing game, they don really have good chance at the UCL, if they make it pass knock out at the UCL we could say it's good achievement for them, because they don't have the form currently to win UCL.

But if they could possibly improve and have a good chance at both leagues if they improve, the two points difference away from Monaco is something they could possibly achieve if they get a better strategy and tactics, mbappe will continue to give fluctuating performance as long as he remains in PSG because he is currently interested more on the Real Madrid deal, than he is in staying at PSG.

Of course they will have to try to retain the Ligue 1 title this season.

In about four weeks from now Monaco will be playing against PSG and until then we will first see whether both teams are able to win their games and not drop any points, and besides that we may also see that PSG can extend a potential lead in the table with the game against their competitor Monaco. While I think that PSG has always some reserves in the tank and can go harder if they have to, I don't know if Monaco can do that for a whole season and also increase intensity and improve their game when PSG takes the issue seriously. It will be about Monaco to keep winning not only a few games in a row, but to win and win and win. Lens had 84 points last season and was not the champion, can Monaco go for 85 points?

We still don't know that but at least I'm sure Monaco will continue to play well until the end of the season and the transfer window will open and at that time there will also be changes in strength in the teams that are updating their squad. Especially PSG who also want to improve their squad, I'm sure they will provide many surprises in the transfer market next winter.
PSG still has the possibility to dominate in Ligue 1. but Monaco also has a chance if PSG doesn't make immediate improvements this season. and it was Monaco's chance to prevent PSG's dominance.

I think that the transfer window in winter should really not be considered the time when teams are able to make fundamental changes to their squad and bring it to the next level due to transfers. It's always the same during winter. Usually only those players are available that do not perform very well in their own clubs or did not get a lot of practice during the first half of the season. It can work, but often it is a lucky shot when a winter transfer comes to fruition and really takes the squad to the next level. That's not happening very often. If Monaco can remain as strong as they have been over the last few weeks, it still won't be easy for PSG. I hope it will be a tough competition because it also makes watching Ligue 1 more worthwhile.
It would be really fun to watch a championship race between Monaco and PSG. In fact, both teams are strong and effective teams in France. If Mbappe is sold for a transfer in the winter transfer, Paris may be in a much worse situation in the league. If this happens, they should definitely transfer a good player instead.

Lyon have one of the worst starting of the season since so long time, at a point where we doubt they could get up and avoid the relegation this season if they continue performing like that. I can't believe they lost vs Clermont Foot, the team that is just behind them in the standings with 0 victory before the match. Now things look worse for them in the last spot with 3 points after 9 games Lips sealed
It was initially hoped that Fabio Grosso's arrival would bring big changes to Lyon, but in reality his contribution has not yet been seen. Conditions like this must be evaluated immediately because if they continue it will be difficult for Lyon to get out of the relegation zone. Three points from nine matches could actually pose a threat for Lyon to move down the caste next season and even though Fabio Grosso has only played five matches with Lyon. There is no other way than playing with high intensity to get a win and the coach must immediately evaluate some players who are not in the best condition when playing.

Facing Marseille, Metz and Rennes in the upcoming matches will actually make it difficult for them to win the match, so it will be quite difficult for Lyon to get points to move up to a better position in the standings. Fabio Grosso will be even more difficult if he loses again in the next three matches and it is very likely that he will be fired sooner than expected.

Yes, I also agree with you that the game was very balanced, and it can be said that Nice won because they were lucky enough in this match. With this victory Nice can maintain their position at the top of the standings with only 1 point difference from Paris Saint Germain who are right below them.
Nice are also the only club unbeaten so far, but even so, there are still notes that they must improve, one of which is in their attack line. Because they have problems there, as evidenced by only being able to only create 10 goals from 9 matches they play.

Actually, Nice is above PSG, but this is not so important, at this stage there is only a two-point difference between PSG and Monaco and it is these three teams that will most likely get direct access to the Champions League. This season, France gets another place in the Champions League, which is a great achievement, and while Lille is in fourth place, I doubt that Brest will be able to move them up, and Marseille is still playing weakly enough, to lay claim to their place.
PSG have been able to improve their position considerably. After a few matches in the beginning of the season, PSG's position was from 5th to 6th in the points table and then we thought that maybe PSG will not be in a good position this season but due to their good performances in the last few matches they have been able to improve their points table considerably.

Monaco is number one in the points table with 20 points and PSG is in third position in the points table with 2 points less than them. The performance of PSG in the last few matches, if their consistency is maintained for most of the season, then it should not be difficult for PSG to recover these 2 points and go to the number one position in the points table. PSG will have to try to improve their performance from the current position they are in. If their performance deteriorates from this position, they could drop back to the bottom of the points table.
Of a truth, Paris Saint Germaine are currently occupying the third position on the French Ligue 1 standings and are two points behind league leaders Monaco but I still consider them as the favourites to win the French Ligue 1 title at the end of the season and that's because if the kind of quality players in their squad.
The club's poor results this season I think is caused by the manager's poor decisions and playing pattern. Last weekend, we saw them cruise to convincing victory against Strasbourg because Luis Enrique cane up with a formation that worked. So if the manager can introduce good playing style that'll bring out the best from his team, overtaking the league leaders shouldn't be a huge problem for PSG.

Paris can win League 1 again, it is not difficult for them because they have very good players in their squad. They still have Mbappe and this player is a quality player who can come on the stage at their worst moment and win the match. They can close the point gap with Monaco and dominate the league alone in the coming days. I just think they need a little more time because Luis Enrique is still trying to adjust the team.

They are without Messi and Neymar this season. Mbappe, on the other hand, is playing a game far from previous years. It seems like his mind is still on the Real Madrid transfer. In this case, full efficiency cannot be achieved. Although Dembele is good on the wings, he is inconsistent. It can be really bad sometimes. PSG, on the other hand, is like a ticking time bomb. It is very difficult to predict when it will explode. The task given to Enrique this year is very difficult and if he cannot achieve it, I think he should not be fired because the opportunities offered to him were more limited.

In this season we have too many shocking results and performance from the different clubs, but now we can expect much better performance from the PSG with Luis Enrique is adopting better strategy which will give them better results, and they could be able to win convincingly against their opponents like they have in last game against Strasbourg.

Even Kylian Mbappe saga is still on card, but things are looking much better, and they are on road to recovery from their early loses Champions League match is also important but now most chances they could be able to handle this all with better strategy.

Monaco and Nice both are doing good job with leading the league table but recent performance is clearly giving good chance to PSG for having better chance for the title race, even still this all is too early and things can take another change with ups and downs are part of the game.

I think it's too early to talk about who will get a place in the Champions League for next season, because the league has just started and it's not even halfway through the season yet. It's still a long way to go to talk about who will be in first and second place.
Maybe at the moment Monaco and Nice can still be above Paris Saint Germain, but the question in my mind is whether they will be able to consistently maintain the place they are sitting now, because they still have a lot of games to play, and we also don't know what they will face later.
at the moment it is too early to speculate who will occupy first place in the League 1 standings, but in our opinion we all still really hope that PSG will be able to win the title in League 1, but in terms consistency, Monaco has been far superior since this season first started Monaco looks better stable while PSG still feels busy with it problems and problems that will come. Mbappe will leave PSG and with this problem PSG will experience slight decline and on one hand, Mbappe ambition is no longer like previous season because in almost every match I see Mbappe enthusiasm is no longer there its too big again and it all probably because of previous problems.

looking at point difference, it still very close and there will be many changes in position in the next few matches, but after that we can see if Mbappe is too far behind in points I think this season will not be PSG season.
I agreed about this it's too early to talk about title race with Monaco is having history of choking near the end of the season which mostly hurt them right now they are leading the table, but difference is just 2 points with Nice and PSG both are also doing impressive job Lille is also improving quality which will bring them to the better point in coming weeks in round 10 we have few interesting matches with Monaco is going to visit Lille which is having good record against them, so things can take change here PSG will visit Brest, and they are also going to host AC Milan for the Champions League match which is also not easy.

Nice which is having second spot with no lost in last nine games doing good job with clearly they can bring good challenge for these teams to have to stay at the better level if they want to compete with them and stay in touch for the title race.

I do agree that it is not time to talk about that yet, but that is a huge difference and teams should be aiming at that a lot. I understand that it may not look that important right now at the early stages of the season but that economical benefit you get when you are at the group stages is a lot for a team in France.

PSG is the only one that has a good consistent amount of income, all the other teams are poor and that's the difference between the clubs, sure if a team gets the title over PSG that would be insane to see and very lovely change, we would welcome it unless we are Parisian fans, but at the same time I believe that we are going to end up with a situation that would be a little different and could have some changes for a team that gets that money. The best case scenario for any team that is not PSG would be getting to that UCL spot and that's why people keep talking about it, because it means as much as a title for many teams to be there.

Lyon's trajectory continues and they are still struggling at the bottom of the league as there are still no shocking incidents to shock them. The hosts, who had just closed the first half with two goals from seven in the first half, dominated and pressed in the second half but could not find enough to win the game and had to be beaten. Lyon, who had more possession in both halves, were able to use their second line of attack and set up the game in their opponent's half, but still failed to win the match. With this defeat, their opponent moved above them and Lyon are now in last place in the league. There are no wins in the league yet and it seems that everyone is slowly giving up on them.

It really looks like Lyon are a serious candidate to relegate from the Ligue 1 this season.  Sad  They lost to even Clermont home which had less points than them in the standings. Lyon have 0 wins in 9 games so far. If this goes on like this until the end of the first half of the season then I will be more confident about their being relegated.

For example Lens are also struggling a lot but they are at least better than Lyon. They are focused on the Champions League more. So if they shift their focus onto the league more then I believe they will make a good improvement which is good enough to reach safety.
I have to be agreed with you about this all with after nine games no win is surely deep trouble for the team like Lyon which is trying his best for improvement but nothing positive happening for them now next game is against Marseille which is also having trouble but much better side with can give them another defeat.

Most chances in this year we will have no good result from them because next few matches are going to be challenging specially after having defeat against Clermont things are going not positive for them in this season we have few wired results from different clubs but mostly are recovering with Lyon is still in serious problem which is surely not ideal for them and their fans hopefully they will settle before it's too late for them in Ligue 1.
