I don't think Christophe Galtier has had a good change for PSG and PSG's failure in the champions league yesterday was the benchmark. from this problem I read from several sources that there will be several new coach candidates who will replace Galtier, namely Mourinho and Zidane.
PSG has intention to sack him after this season will be ended. Winning league 1 is not even enough for PSG caused by PSG has spent so much money to with higher level of competition. Galtier is actually useless for PSG right now.
PSG has been linked to the several names but none of these names have got confirmation. I remember what already said by mourinho if PSG has not even contacted him before.

That means if almost all of rumors that were speading in the various media are fake news. PSG is not yet even making a movement to sign mourinho from as roma.
Look at how roma was able going to the final even with low valuation squads.

these two prospective trainers have experience and high profitability in bringing their teams to success in winning titles and achieving their goals. I would agree more if later PSG recruits a new coach like Mourinho who can make PSG stronger and certainly win the Champions League trophy.
Me too. Let's see what kind of decision that will be taking by the management. It's not good to trust galtier for another season. it's enough for him to be a coach for PSG.
PSG will be stuck at the same place under him.

Having an unbalanced team is the reason for PSG to get bad results, in fact, PSG had good forwards and they had the most expensive players in their team like Neymar, Mbappe, and Messi while in PSG, they need a better coach They had to hire better defender and midfielders I think that's what they are going to do for the next season otherwise they won't have better performance.
PSG management should have been able to consider this before the competition starts next season and they should also look for a coach who has so much experience in Europe. We know Neymar and Messi are likely to leave PSG in the summer and only Mbappe is left as a star player in the PSG squad.

Maybe PSG after the departure of the two players will aim for some other star targets and I think they should do that to make it easier to achieve maximum results in Ligue 1 and especially for the champions league competition. PSG's current situation is still not conducive regarding the problem a few weeks ago and they must refocus on fixing every hole in PSG's body.

Not even zidane can manage such a huge ego in psg all star team.

Uniting the star players at a team never easy , instead to have the full power to get a maximall result ... they flopped on the field due each ego . That's the hard part , give pep guardiola the job ... he might handled it better , that's the problem in psg.
Pep Guardiola have extended his contract to 2025 but I will not doubt that he might walk away once Manchester City win EPL (done) and Champions League title (soon) this season. That way he will be able to join PSG and fix the team after getting ride from some annoying players and make the others more disciplined.
Zidane is also a good coach but I agree that the best fixture will be done by Guardiola for PSG. There is Klopp that might help PSG in my opinion but he comes after the previous two.

Guardiola has been targeting to complete the missing piece of the puzzle for Manchester City for years. It is a Champions League title of course but it looks like they are very likely to make the dream come true this season. After adding this achievement to his collection with this team also I wonder what his future plans would be.

Indeed he still has 2 more years on the existing contract but after achieving the main target maybe he might even want to look for new adventures. I mean he would stay for one more season in my opinion but after that we might see him leaving maybe. I don't have such expectation like he decides to be open for an offer from PSG side this summer after achieving the Champions League title.

I still think Zidane is the best name for the position at PSG now also.

We have all seen that at some point we have imagined PSG in the hands of the great zizu , Although it would be something great , I think the sheikh must have been very aware of him in the days when PSG were all at their best , I think that even They can drag Zidane to PSG , they have to Comply with the players that he demands and obviously with the salary , this is something that cannot be denied , in Madrid they had him thanks to the fact that they pleased him with everything , and thanks to that he won the League and UCL , not bad for a Player/Technician like him.

Sir Alex Ferguson left Steven Gerrard 'hurt' after controversial Liverpool claim Zinedine Zidane slammed

Quote
In truth, United haven’t really recovered since Ferguson’s exit. Getting through eight managers over the past 10 years, if we include caretakers and interims, Erik ten Hag’s League Cup win in February was only their fourth trophy since the Scot’s retirement and first since 2017. Meanwhile, they have failed to add to their record of 20 league titles and three European Cups over the past decade.

When I look at the numbers paid for the testimonial fees of these football players, I consider the issue as a real failure. The testimonial fees they paid for Mbappe and Neymar are still at record levels. Despite this, the fact that they could not achieve success in the champions league must be an annoying issue for them. I think one of the most important reasons for this is that they are not working with the right coach yet. Even if they find the right coach to achieve this, they should give him at least 2-3 years. Even if a good coach starts working at PSG, I think he needs time to turn the team into a team that can win the champions league.

The Champions League will always be a benchmark for them or for any coach they hire, but when even Manchester City takes so long despite being frequently challenged during the whole season in the best league in the world, I wouldn't be surprised if it takes another ten years for PSG to finally win the trophy in the Champions League, if even then. I think being the coach for PSG is great because you earn a lot of money and you are the coach of some great names, but you know that as soon as you get eliminated from the Champions League, the season is almost over. The Ligue 1 title isn't that valuable and even the Coup de France isn't.

Troyes, Ajaccio and Angers are 3 of the 4 clubs that have confirmed they will no longer be in Ligue 1 next season, one place remaining for next season's relegation. Nantes and Auxerre will compete over who will be safe and stay in Ligue 1 next season. 2 matches remaining and they only have 1 point difference with Auxerre collecting 34 points and Nantes collecting 33. The competition from these two clubs will be very interesting for us to see. Of the 2 opponents they will still face, Nantes can be said to be easier, because they will face Angers in their last game. Who do you think will survive?
It should be Nantes who will stay in League 1, the most difficult opponent for them will be against Lille. And against Angers is the biggest chance for Nantes to stay in league 1. Meanwhile, Auxerre is possibility not get any points because they will against Toulouse and also Lens in their remaining matches. On paper, also Toulouse is better rather than Auxerre. Even, last time when the both meet Toulouse got a very comfortable winning with a big score vs Auxerre.
The problem in this case is for clubs that are either in the relegation zone or close to that position, all of whom have had similarly inconsistent performances towards the end of the season.
In their last 5 matches starting from Auxerre, Nantis Troyes and Ajaccio they suffered the same fate with 3 losses and 2 draws.
So in this case it is also possible to be difficult to predict now.

The last 2 matches are important for all because it is very possible for them to get out of the uncomfortable path and stay in Ligue 1 for next season.

Even though PSG has so many great players, it's only the best performance in Ligue 1 that matters. PSG could not reach the quarter-finals of the Champions League. Lionel Messi, Mbappé, Neymar, Hakimi Ramos are all expensive players but can't do well in the Champions League, how do you see it?

When doing something total with the players, of course we also have to think about the same thing with the coach they have.
At the moment the PSG squad is very luxurious and indeed that is proven by the presence of star players in almost every line of theirs, but things like that are still lacking with an ordinary coach so that their potential is not too different from that of ordinary players.
Previously, Galtier and Poche were actually quite good coaches, but that still can't work for PSG because you could say the capacity is different, so something more is needed so they can maximize their players with a coach who is better in terms of mentality and quality.

That's very true because the problem with pag is clearly not with the players but the coach and stuff, i believe zidane will be the perfect coach for such clubs and if they manage to bring him next summer the club will surely have a big season

The biggest flaw of PSG was that they did not have a balanced team. The team was full of attacking power. But there is no use in having really good attacking players if the midfield is unable to supply good balls to the attacking players properly. And of course, the defense was really bad.

If the team actually work well and the players had good communication with each other I don't think most of them wanted to leave the team. And the success was also going to be a lot more from PSG if they just did not act so selfish on the field. After all, I will say that the biggest problem of PSG was not Messi.
I agree, so far PSG has only focused on attack but forgot to strengthen the midfield and back even though if PSG want to be an unbeatable team then everything has to be balanced

in the transfer market later, I wonder whether PSG will buy a midfielder or not because actually that is what must be the first homework for PSG, if PSG's midfield is strong then their defense will definitely be strong too
They are filled with players who are actually very good and the quality can be said to be far from average, especially for Ligue 1, it's just that in this case it's also not enough because we can still see that there are still many gaps and chemistry between the players, especially for the defense line and attack line is still very lacking.
There needs to be someone who can set the rhythm for their midfield because this can also be very important apart from for confidence it can also be used to smoothen their attacks.

The sole purpose of adding Lionel Messi to the PSG team was to do well in the Champions League. But the PSG team's midfielders and defense have been very bad this season. And Lionel Messi has so far failed to adapt himself to the PSG team. And just like the previous season, PSG has been knocked out of the Champions League this time.
I always said that if you can't build a "team" then having great players mean nothing, you should be able to turn all those talented players into a single unified team, if you can do that then even worse teams do better as we have seen so far. PSG is a great talent pool and they have great players but those players do not play like a team and have trouble even among each other let alone with the coach.

I think if they can get another coach, someone who could actually win UCL with this roster, then the roster could be enough to win it, there is no denying that. This season I assumed they would go further but they lost as soon as they got out of the group stages, I believe they are not going to be really posing any threat to anyone as long as they do not fix the issues within.

Why do you blame the coach in this case? Even though in general the PSG team can win the match even if only with two goals from Mbappe. And you also need to know that the two goals that occurred in the first half with a short time difference were thanks to a mature pass from Lionel Messi in the 8th minute and another from Ruiz in the 6th minute of the match. So in this case how can you say that Lionel Messi's performance was mediocre and failed to adapt to PSG?
Looks like you didn't watch the match played by PSG at home to Auxerre. This was proven when you were wrong in saying the final score for their match and also said that Lionel Messi couldn't adapt to the PSG team so you tried to blame the coach in this case. I think that's really strange because in fact Lionel Messi also contributed to the goal scored by Mbappe in the 8th minute. Although I'm not surprised by the result PSG got because PSG was against a weak team in Ligue1.
You are right. That is a very weird and wrong comment. Not only about the score but also adaptation of Messi to PSG and this being due to the coach. I don't think there was no adaptation issues for Messi. PSG's problems lie within the team quality. Offensive power is of course great and mostly effective but I can't say the same things about the midfield and especially defense. Coaching is another issue. Even if they'd bring someone big like Pep, things wouldn't work out perfectly with this roster IMO. Benzema has grown old and completed his mission. Mbappe has to come to Real Madrid, now if we put Julian Alvarez or Osimhen next to him, that will be a legendary team. Messi has been doing his job very reluctantly for the last 2-3 matches. But his head is elsewhere. The team is very selfish, messi can't get the ball where other players should pass it to him. Next season doesn't look bright for PSG.

After started the match two goals have been scored and felt that there will be more goals from the PSG but that was not happen rather there was more excitement in the 51st minute when Lascine Sinyoko scored on behalf of Auxerre. Many expected the match will ended by draw. But after scoring a goal they tried to turn around and PSG had to work hard. But eventually PSG won the match 2-1.
Auxerre had a poor start, otherwise they could have really taken at least 1 point. If Auxerre plays the last 2 matches like the second half, they will secure their position ahead of Nantes.  Well when a team like this comes against a team like PSG, I wasn't expecting them to win. However, they played the first half like they had given up already. Somehow they managed to come alive in the second half but then it was already too late. The favourite was PSG and they didn't disappoint at all.

As expected an impressive performance from them! Mbappé's early double set the flore for the match and they never really looked back. Despite a couple of half-chances from Auxerre, Parisian were in complete control tonight. With this victory, they have now opened up a 6-point gap over 2nd placed Lens and need just one point from their last two games to secure the title.

To be honest, Mbappe is the only one for his team, and even at the end of the season when Messi and Neymar leave PSG for other teams because of the bad situations they have, still, there is a higher chance for Mbappe to stay because he just extended his contract, during the game against Auxerre Mbappe had perfect start by scoring two goals in less than 10 minutes.

I will answer it. it should be noted, when PSG fell against Bayern, PSG did not play with a full squad. even Neymar was injured at that time, as well as several other players. PSG has sharp strength on the front line, but it's a shame that the front line players don't get good support from other players like good and creative midfielders. which in the end, they fell against Bayern Munich.

To be honest, I don't blame Galtier as a coach, but on the management of PSG itself. they didn't sign the ideal players, especially the midfield positions. whereas, they were able to bring in players with more potential in the transfer market last winter. but the fact is, they didn't.
Apart from that, since the beginning of the season PSG has always been rumored to have conflicts in their locker room. if it's not Mbappe, it's definitely Neymar. this team, always bombarded with various rumors that always cornered them. even today, Messi and Neymar are the mockery of PSG fans.
By the way, PSG still has 2 games left. PSG only needs 1 winning match, or a draw so the Ligue 1 trophy still belongs to PSG.
